Very nice restaurant that offers specialties from a region of Germany every few weeks. We really liked the ambience. There are a few tables outside, but reservation is not a problem. Lots of plants and flowers round off the “beauty for the eye”. Service is extremely friendly and motivated. The restaurant is separated by a wall from the train tracks, a train rushes past every few minutes so the conversation unfortunately stops. It takes some getting used to, but we had no problems with it.

Fantastic restaurant! A relaxed but very harmonious atmosphere awaits you. Among other things, you can take a direct look over the counter at the preparation of the food. The food is not complicated, but it is homemade, varied and simply delicious. An absolute recommendation!

Do not miss this gem in Bad Godesburg! Could not have been the nicest owners and atmosphere. The patio was wonderful and all of the food was divine. Give this a try!

This was our first time traveling to Germany and we really enjoyed the food and the casual atmosphere. We would like to come more often, but unfortunately the restaurant is closing at the end of 2023. What a shame! The idea is good and maybe someone would like to continue it.

I love this place. The food is delicious and every month they change the menu. They focus on prepare typical traditional German recipes from different parts of Germany. The prices are okay but the environment, the decoration and everything is amazing. Love it.

The host made it a cosy night even though the rain was pouring down and we sat outside. The food and lokal beer was great. My best recommendation👍

Deutschlandreise is an excellent example of the combination between the traditional German cuisine and the modern experience of urban restaurant. The quality-to-quantity ratio is excellent, the service is exceptional, the owner of the place - Martin has explicilty described the options in the menu, while giving us relevant background about the offered dishes. It worth mentioning that some part of menu is composed by regional German dishes, which are changed every several weeks. I have tried some beef with potato, typical for a small area, north of Stutgart. This restaurant is definetely "to visit" point in Bonn if you want to have a cozy dinner in urban set-up.

Great restaurant - delicious food and very friendly service. The co-owner is vegetarian and makes sure that there are some good veggie/vegan options on the menu which changes every six weeks. I would definitely go back if I lived in the area.

What an experience!!! The name is the program. Every six week they change the menu and present dishes from another area of Germany. It was Coburg when I was there. It was fantastic and absolutely delicious to eat these wonderful traditional meals. Even the drinks are from the selected region. An excellent Slow Food restaurant with courteous and friendly service. A place I love to come back...

It's great that this restaurant exists! We were at the “Deutschlandreise” restaurant for the first time on Sunday lunchtime, but certainly not for the last. In short: it was excellent! Very nice rooms in an old Bad Godesberg villa with a large outdoor terrace. The owner, Martina Kuhnert, cooks everything fresh in the small, completely open kitchen. She only uses high-quality products, usually regional and organic, from producers or manufacturers she knows. The menu, which changes every 6 weeks, is regionally focused and based on traditional German cuisine. Not boring at all and stylishly presented. Dishes from East Frisia are currently popular. We tried chanterelles, dyke lamb with green beans and potato casserole, baked sheep's cheese with caramelized nuts, fried potatoes and salad, accompanied by a Blanc de Noir. The dishes were very well prepared and tasted excellent! Honest cuisine without chichi can be so delicious! The young, extremely friendly service lady Larissa served us very attentively, and it makes sense to follow her recommendations. This is how service should always be! The price level is more than fair given the top quality offered. The “Germany trip” is a gastronomic enrichment and worth recommending!

In the afternoon: a small cup of filter coffee, not really hot, served with a foot bath (sugar was only available upon request) for €3.50. The version with warm milk costs 4.50. We sat outside, i.e. right next to the train line, where a train rushes past every few minutes. Once and not again...

Our favourite restaurant in Bad Godesberg with an interesting concept of changing menus according to different German regions.

The name of the restaurant says it all. The menu changes every 6 weeks and is a guest in a different German region. The products are carefully selected and are processed into delicious dishes by the boss in the open kitchen. Everyone will find what they are looking for on the menu, whether vegan, vegetarian or meat lover. A great concept! I felt very comfortable, the service was very friendly and I really liked the relaxed atmosphere in the small, charming guest room. Only 24 seats conjure up an almost family atmosphere. Be sure to reserve!

Again any time! An authentic, local restaurant that you look for and unfortunately find more and more rarely. We love being guests here, please keep it up and don't let it get you down! And the rating from T G: €3.50 is absolutely justified! Have you actually noticed anything about inflation? Feel free to have cold broth served somewhere else for a euro!

Perfect! The food was wonderful and the staff very accommodating to our very limited German (they all spoke wonderful English) and our two year old. Did I mention the food is great? We are all vegetarian and had a great meal.

I had an excellent goulash dinner at this restaurant, made with fresh and well seasoned ingredients. The owner was very friendly and attentive, as well as the wait staff. Highly recommend.

This is an elegant place to eat from the different regions of Germany. Best quality of food I have ever experienced, always fresh. The atmosphere inside gives me a very welcome and open feeling. Wonderful service and people. I keep coming back again and again.

Briliant idea to present the food from different regions. Also, service is amazing. But food is far below expectations. Very disappointing...

Super cozy and rustic restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere. The food was very fresh and extremely tasty. The menu is always tailored to a specific region of Germany and probably changes several times a year. The ingredients are, wherever possible, regional and of good origin. Even as a vegetarian you are taken into account here and don't get 0-8-15 alternatives. The owner and staff were very friendly and warm, and in a nice conversation we were also introduced to the history and concept of this restaurant - a project close to our hearts, which we also felt as a guest! All in all, I can highly recommend a visit to everyone!
