There
were
several
things
that
added
up
to
a
less
than
ideal
experience.
So
bad
that
I
left
the
hotel
three
days
early.
I
went
to
the
hotel
hoping
to
have
a
peaceful
and
restful
stay.
From
the
very
beginning
things
were
a
bit
off:
due
to
train
delays
I
arrived
fairly
late,
after
the
normal
kitchen
was
closed.
The
man
checking
me
in
failed
to
tell
me
that
there
was
24
hour
room
service
for
some
items
in
the
hotel
and
when
I
asked
if
I
could
have
something
delivered,
he
directed
me
to
google
it.
I
am
not
from
the
region,
so
that
was
a
bit
daunting,
some
help
would
have
been
nice.
For
some
reason,
housekeeping
kept
their
‘home
base’
in
the
hall
just
outside
my
room
which
woke
me
up
and
kept
me
awake
very
early
every
morning.They
rarely
refilled
the
coffee
and
when
they
did
they
didn’t
refill
the
cream
and
there
was
no
way
to
tell
which
pods
were
decaf
and
which
were
normal.
What’s
more,
the
hairdryer
was
broken
and
although
I
called
down
to
reception
a
few
times
for
concerns,
I
was
hung
up
on
each
time.
Once
I
was
lucky
enough
that
the
woman
attending
the
spa
called
for
me.
On
the
weekends
there
is
a
DJ
in
the
lobby,
which
is
a
nice
touch
until
you
try
to
sleep
with
the
bass
pounding
under
your
bed.
I
also
tried
to
go
to
the
spa
a
few
times.
While
it
is
nice,
it
was
always
very
crowded.
Of
course,
on
gloomy
days
this
is
expected.
What
I
did
NOT
expect
was
the
lack
of
etiquette
from
the
other
guests
and
the
staffs
lack
of
enforcing
standard
spa
etiquette.
There
were
small
children
running
around,
jumping
in
the
pool,
and
screeching
loudly,
there
were
groups
of
adults
drinking
abundantly
and
having
loud
discussions,
also
in
the
sauna
and
the
quiet
areas.
There
was
nothing
relaxing
about
the
experience
whatsoever.
The
area
felt
like
a
festival
rather
than
a
spa.
All
of
this
added
up
to
a
rather
stressful
experience,
not
the
restful
getaway
I
was
hoping
for.
So
I
left
three
days
early.
Upon
check
out
I
learned
that
I
had
also
been
charged
for
two
breakfasts
which
I
did
not
eat-
I
went
once
asking
for
a
small
piece
of
bread
and
a
coffee
and
was
told
I
had
to
buy
the
whole
buffet
breakfast,
which
I
declined.
I
don’t
know
how
one
is
charged
for
a
breakfast
they
did
not
sign
for
and
did
not
attend.
Luckily
the
gentleman
checking
me
out
believe
me
and
did
not
charge
me
the
€62
for
breakfast
I
didn’t
eat.
He
did
not,
however,
offer
to
make
sort
of
refund
for
the
days
I
was
leaving
early.
I
suspect
others
may
have
a
more
enjoyable
experience,
but
if
it
your
aim
to
go
for
a
quiet,
relaxing,
and
restful
stay
then
maybe
look
somewhere
else.
