Aber eine Sache die mich extrem stört und die eine Absolute Frechheit ist das es auf dem Klo eine Putzman gibt der meint den Weg zu blockieren und von einem Geld zu fordern das ist inakzeptabel das man sich hier was bestellt und dann unten aufgefordert wird zu bezahlen an der Tür steht auch extra das man zu den Mitarbeitern gehen soll wenn sowas passiert aber die Reaktion von der Mitarbeitern war genau so schlimm ,, man müsste ja nicht bezahlen der Putz hier der darf das''

My girlfriend was threatened by the bathroom cleaner and his friend, since they demanded she pay for the toilet even though it's supposed to be free for customers. There's even a sign on the door to not pay for the toilet. Shameful that she felt unsafe using the bathroom here.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Half of the menu turned out to be unavailable, despite the screen saying it's there. Poor toilet, requires a code from the check + 1 euro fee, which I've never seen in any other McDonald's. Definitely do not recommend visiting.

The cleaner of the WC didn’t allow me to use the wc without paying for it and I paid for my meal and my kid’s meals! So the use of the WC should be included! She was rude and argued with me in front of my kids and in front of the other customers! She cannot speak German.

There is a man in front of toilet who wants money to use the toilet, and become aggresive when i refuzed to give. The employers do nothing about that.

Horrible experience, worst McDonald's I ever visited. There was a big dying bug under our table, right next to the kids zone. The only plus is the employee who took care of it. Toilet is in the basement, free for guests, at least is written. But when you comeing out you are expected to pay to a stranger who is absolutely not working there. McDonald's employees do nothing against him, I guess they also afraid of him.

We ate in McDonald's and wanted to use the bathroom. The guy next to the toilet attacked my entire family because we didn't pay for the toilet, which is absolutely voluntarily! The restaurant on itself is also extremely dirty.

Diesen Laden werde ich nie wieder betreten. Alles verdreckt und unfreundliches Personal. An der Toilette wurde man aufgefordert 1 Euro zu lassen, obwohl wir dort Gäste waren und ich ihm das auch sagte. Der Angestellte hat die Leute sonst nicht durchgelassen, ohne das Geld. Die Toiletten waren übrigens zudem völlig verdreckt!

Came here for a McFlurry and apple pie, don’t understand why so many people like this place, hot inside, long lines, crowded as always, machines at this location is not always working, also poor sanitation

Fast service, WC available. But not many tables to eat at (one can also seek a table behind the cash register, where a kids zone is). And homeless stinky people were sitting and walking in the hall, which spoilt the atmosphere.

Es ist mit einer der schlechtes McD. Die ich kenne, die Leute sprechen fast kein deutsch , was noch geht ! Aber das schlimmste sind die WC Anlagen ,sie sind dreckig und stinken und zu allen Überfluss stellt sich der WC mann einen noch in den weg das man noch 1 Euro dafür bezahlen soll ! Ob wohl es zu der Pflicht gehört das die WC Anlagen für Kunden kostenlos sein müssen , und sauber sein sollten ! Also MC was macht ihr , ihr bezahlt den Mann und der presst noch mal bei den Kunden Geld ab !

Kleine Filiale unweit des Hauptbahnhofs mit recht großer Fluktuation. Das Essen schmeckt wie von Mc Donalds gewohnt, manchmal ist es vor Ort aufgrund knappen Personal nicht ganz sauber, aber auch nicht ekelerregend dreckig. Den Zugangscode zu den Toiletten erhält man über den Kassenbon.

Sehr flotte Mitarbeiter und das Essen ist bekannt. Nur es war sehr voll, aber zur Mittagszeit normal. Normal auch für die Lage direkt am Bahnhof.

Ich habe heute die Mc Donalds Filliale in der Poststraße 12, 53111 Bonn besucht um 20:30 Uhr. Als ich auf Klo ging, und danach rausgehen wollte , wurde ich vom Toilettenpersonal nicht durchgelassen, weil Ich Ihm kein Geld geben wollte. ( ist keine Pflicht), da man nur wenn man was kauft die Toilette benutzen kann und extra ein Code angeben muss an die Tür. Der hat mich und meine Eltern auf seiner eigenen Sprache beleidigt. Das macht er immer bei mehreren glaube ich. Ich finde es nicht gut das so ein unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter bei euch arbeitet

Nice restaurant, quite clean inside. Service was fast even though it was a weekend and there were surprisingly few visitors. Spoils the overall impression and mood of the fact that when issuing an order, employees take the check with the order! How then can you prove something if something happens? And the fact that a homeless person can freely enter such an institution despite the fact that he pissed and it stinks terribly from him even at a great distance is also unpleasantly impressive.

Terrible experience! Fries were cold, spicy burger wasn't spicy at all, Mcflurry was just soft serve, cookie tasted like it was laying there for 3 weeks already. It was only 6pm and they already closed the upstairs area. Like there wasnt enough place to sit and eat your meal. We had to stand for the first 15 minutes before there was an empty spot. If i could i would've given this 0 stars. Chicken nuggets and chili cheese bites were good (warm and tasty).

Worst McRib ever, the meat was cooked while ago and stayed there with just a drop of sauce and they served it that way.

My daughter loves Happy meal but at this McDonalds our orders were completely messed up with ice and the book. And he guy is not ready to accept his mistake. I would say this branch is not at all not up to mcDonalds standard. And Bathroom not maintained well.

I like it on Sundays when there are few people. The Cheeseburger😋😋😋. I can also charge my phone while waiting for food or eating. Oh! There's table service too!
