Used to be a great place that was friendly and could truly help you find jewelry pieces, but unfortunately my last experience with them felt like a surface level cash grab, giving off the impression that the only thing that was worth their time was the most expensive diamond. I was extremely dissapointed in this shift of attitude that has now become an elitist, condescending and off putting store to go to, i unfortunately will now dread going in to have my jewelry serviced knowing this is how they are treating their customers. I would gladly have a conversation with anyone willing to participate in regards to how customers should be treated in a jewelry establishment. Update: poor customer service is still in effect, refusing service because they want to close an hour early.

My husband and I have been coming here since we bought our wedding rings and it has been an awful experience after the initial purchase. Workers are incredibly rude and condescending. They close by 8pm rather than 9pm which is what their hours are posted at. Terrible experience. Wouldn’t have bought our rings here if we knew this was the future.

Patrick at this location is wonderful! He went and above and beyond to help me find the perfect diamond hoop earrings and at a great price! His store location did not have them in stock but he contacted another local store that had them and they’re being sent to his store in a couple days! Great customer service! I was very disappointed with the fact they canceled my account 6 weeks before i was to get married. After spending around 10k in last 8years. (THERE IS NO IGNORING THIS FACT)They help you custom make the most beautiful rings and they were actually able to create my dream wedding ring and had it in time for wedding. I NEVER planned on myself having this amazing of ring being the guy who works with his hands but the ladies at southcenter really came through.....

Beware ! The sales associate LILIT told us she was doing a soft credit check and boy did she lie. Not only was it a hard credit check she also signed us up for a Kay's credit card. I wouldn't touch this place with a 10 foot pole. Stay away!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experience!!! Very disappointed!!! Bought a new ring for my husband the lady that greeted/helped us was nice at first but when we came back after a week to pick up the ring we payed for she was rude & not knowledgeable I felt uncomfortable with the whole purchased and seem that they were just trying to secure commission the other Asian lady hand us the ring in a small zip lock with no box!!!

Tylor was fantastic to work with! Not only was he knowledgeable he made the whole process of customizing a ring enjoyable! I would recommend not just this kay Jewler, but Tylor as well to all my friends and family.

Went in for a basic ring resizing. Terrible customer service. They took one look at my engagement ring, questioned whether it was a real diamond, questioned the quality of the metal in my band, and suggested I go elsewhere. We ended up taking our ring to a local Fred Meyer. These folks at Kay were so rude through and through.

Ill only give it 2 stars because the lady that helped me out was very nice, very professional but if you plan on financing your jewelry be careful because if you pay $500 first month and think ” oh ill be alright not to pay next month since my minimum is $35 and i already paid $500” Your wrong , their bank will charge you a $37 late fee(that was what i was charged) if you do not pay the minimum, which is crazy and I’ve never experienced that before. But thats i guess thats how they stay rich. So be careful y’all. And it doesn’t matter how much you want to pay each month as long as its more than the minimum ,you have to pay it each month to avoid late fees.

On Monday 8/28/2023, I visited this location and the associates were the best! They greeted me and provided me with the best service ever in less than 15 minutes. The associate who helped me cleaned my ring, placed my order, and finished the purchase in less than 15 minutes. I am very satisfied with their service and I can't appreciate them enough! Thank you! This branch is certainly much better than Lynwood. The Southcenter branch is certainly a role model for the Lynwood branch.

Terrible. Predatory financing companies posing as banks. Jonathan is a complicit liar. He explicitly told me my remaining balance wasn't late fees, which the bank told me is a complete lie. When I went in to this location in person and explicitly paid off my full balance, they hid fees for months which causes me to pay extra money I don't have. Quit lying to your customers. In fact, just quit the lying business Jonathan.

The sale person name's Sophie is the worst; the assistance manager name's Ayrake even worsted. The employees at Kay Jewelry Store locate at South Center Mall in Tukwila, WA are just mind their own business and did not care about taken care of the mistakes that their co-worker makes. Worst experience with this Jewelry store and never want to come back against.

Mary and Mai (sp?) are the best! They handled our very last minute wedding band request with grace and got us exactly what we wanted. They made sure both our bands would be sized properly and ready for us before our wedding day in 12 days. (All while trying to handle a busy store!) They both deserve raises and a vacation. Totally got ripped off on a 500 dollar watch here that I can not put on my skin and can not take back.....and the numbers on the watch do not match anything online Do not trust them with your money

Gave wedding rings for resizing. We were traveling out of country and had just 5 days. They made sure we got our rings on time.
