I loved the vibes at first, but collete cut off a whole chunk of my hair in a pony tail first and i wanted to cry. It started way to short and the hair above my undercut had giant chunks in it. My hair was left 2 or 3 intches long when i repeatedly said i wanted a bob with an undercut. But please, go here if u want to be flat out ignored and given a horrible hair cut. My hair is ruined, i cant do anything with it. I genuinely dont understand? I feel like i flushed yesrs of growth down the drain and mostly im upset at myself for trusting reviews.

I get the best cuts from Collette. This haircut is so good that it styles itself. I can wake up and go. It's easy to style and will grow out and look good for weeks.
