👍 We had a lovely quick trip on the rail cycles. The best thing is that it is a very do-able excursion for almost anyone- we had family aged 10 to 82 and we all had a good time! The trip out is all downhill and barely any pedaling, the return trip is more of a workout. At the turnaround point, it take... We had a lovely quick trip on the rail cycles. The best thing is that it is a very do-able excursion for almost anyone- we had family aged 10 to 82 and we all had a good time! The trip out is all downhill and barely any pedaling, the return trip is more of a workout. At the turnaround point, it takes a while for the staff to turn all the bikes. Luckily I had a quick game in my bag. We had a couple peek-a-boo views of the top of Mt. Rainier but mostly just trees and farmland to see, still nice scenery. If I were to do it again, I’d bring a picnic lunch to eat at the turnaround and a cushion for everyone to sit on. They did offer cushions at the beginning, most of us just didn’t think we’d need them! Staff was all very friendly and helpful.

Nice and easy first leg as it is all down hill. Was hoping for a view of the mountain the whole trip, but we only caught a glimpse. We were told to keep 100 feet in between cars and use hand signals to communicate with the car behind you. When the car in front of us stopped we stopped and were yelled at to keep going. Once we arrived at the end it took the staff about 30 minutes to turn all the cars around. We were told to keep the same seats on the way back because there was not enough time for us to adjust a new seat. We felt rushed to complete the return trip. We would like to try the Shelton railcycle but will not if it is run by the same group.

Great staff (professional, accommodating, patient) willing to take pictures of your group. Assigned and organized seating. Excited to experience everything they have to offer. Definitely worth the time... For people that don't care for crowds, the weekdays are best... Open 6 days a week...

Had an excellent experience here. Staff was kind and helpful. Going downhill is easy. The real workout was in our way back up. The rest spot didn’t have much, but they were good to put out some games for everyone to enjoy while waiting. We had a 1.5 year old in a front carrier and the adult was not able to use the pedals since the child’s legs were in the way. Just good to know that ahead of time. The dogs were super sweet.

The staff are amazing. They are energetic, super nice, motivational, and very hard working (even during the heat wave!) Po and Cat deserved a five stars review, but I will give 4 stars to the ride itself as I was expecting more scenery along the railroad but mostly are tall trees. It was a fun experience though.

We had a great time. Tour guides were helpful and friendly. The views were beautiful. The ride down was a breeze because it was downhill. The ride up was a little tougher so be prepared to get in your cardio!

Very enjoyable just thought fir the price the trip would be a little longer. Took about 30 minutes to reach the end then 30 minutes back. Still worth doing at least once. Loved the pups! 🥰

Such a fun experience! It was a 3 mile loop ride - 1.5 miles to the hangout spot then 1.5 miles back to base. It’s not as difficult as you would think. There’s a very slight incline back up to base, but it’s not bad at all. It took us 2 hours to complete the whole ride.

Great staff. Super friendly way to take a tour of the woods. It was a little shorter ride than we expected, but it was still something to do on a nice summer day.

Glad we finally tried this. Staff was really friendly. Whole tour took about 90 mins. Shade, sun, and a nice breeze. Bring snacks and drinks! Get there 20 mins early for safety briefing, like directions say- don’t make other people wait for you, California.

    - minuses: Unjustified price (for a car for 4 people $170 with tax) The trip started not at 1:00 but at 1:15 (we waited 15 minutes) The views suck, just a shabby landing and three cows in the distance We drove 30 minutes one way Then we sat on the benches and waited 45 minutes while the employees moved the cars in the opposite direction. There is nothing to do at the waiting areas, nothing to see. + pros: Not a bad idea The staff is friendly and polite Recommendation: Recommended price for 4 people (with typewriter) ceiling 50$ tip included in price Speed up the turn of cars I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! NO NO NO 👎 It seemed to me that we would return on foot faster than they would turn the cars around - cons: Unjustified price (for a car for 4 people $170 with a fee) The trip started not at 1:00 but at 1:15 (waited 15 minutes) The species sucks just a tight landing and three cows in the distance We went 30 minutes one way Then we sat on the benches and waited 45 minutes for the employees to move the cars in the opposite direction There's nothing to do on the sites to wait, there's nothing to see. + pluses: The idea is not bad The staff is friendly and polite Recommendation: Recommended price for 4 people (per car) ceiling 50$ tip included in the price Speed up the reverse of cars I DON'T RECOMMEND IT!!!!
