This place has it all, great location, great management, great views and super convenient to bus/train/light rail transit. It also has great extras like a dog washing station, dry cleaning pick up and delivery and beautiful community room. Its really nice to live in an area that the rest of Tacoma comes to for special events and enjoying the outdoors!

My husband and I rented at Thea’s Landing for 4 months in between the sale and purchase of a home. I can’t say enough good things about Thea’s. The front office staff is amazing. All of the individuals I worked with were friendly, professional and hard working. A team member always got right back to me whenever I had a question. Special recognition goes to Brandie, who was just so great to work with and so warm. The unit we rented was a 1 bedroom with a den on the water side (with a beautiful view). It fit our needs perfectly. We had previously lived at the Esplanade next door, which is known for being quiet because of the type of construction. I was so impressed with how quiet Thea’s was. I think it might have been even more quiet than the Esplanade! Very rarely did I hear anyone above or next to us. Thea’s has a very family feel. Everyone made us feel at home - and so much love was given to our dog. (-: I highly recommend Thea’s Landing. It is a special place - and it was hard to leave!

By far the best apartment complex around. Staff is great. The building is well maintained and beautiful amenities. I left the building after a year to move to another town but when I moved back to Tacoma, Brandi made my move back in super easy. 10/10 would recommend. The train is sometimes loud, but you're in the city and you get use to it.

I will forever treasure Thea's Landing. This incredible community has everything required to be an extremely rare and wonderful apartment community. Let me be clear, I only moved because I fell in love and we combined households. I still look back on this place fondly and miss it dearly. The staff are all phenomenal. I don't think I spent more than one full day without hearing a response, and often they surprised me by going the extra mile with a smile and without condition. As an Organizational Psychologist (who specializes in luxury travel), I want to commend the employees and their management for allowing the staff to achieve great service. I have never met such exceptional landlords in my time renting apartments. This alone warrants a 5-star review... and yet there is more. The amenities are fantastic. Fully stocked gym, courtyards with a fire pit and BBQs, tanning, dog washing, or whatever your could dream up. The location is also fantastic. The trains may be a concern for some, however I found them to be very interesting. I was impressed with the sound proofing of the building. Still, be aware of your noise tolerance when selecting a unit. If you enjoy trains, boats, and some aircraft (you never hear them), you will enjoy living on a quiet and impeccably cared for waterfront with restaurants, bars, museums, and coffee shops. If my partner and I didn't have our home we would still live at Thea's. As we consider our next chapter in snowbirding, we are actually considering our options at Thea's for our Washington residence. Don't miss out. Don't wait. Prices will raise, lock yours in now.

Cozy spot, we're enjoying it for the most part. The trains lull us to sleep with the occasional banging to jolt us out of our slumber. The place is staying relevantly warm with the heaters set at 68-70 - working on not making it tropical in the place ;-). I will utilize the gym spaces a bit more now with winter approaching. One of our main concerns is the kitchen sink backing up - seems to underline a bigger plumbing issue.

I had a great experience living here for the last 10 months! No complaints at all! The staff was always very helpful, willing to assist and pretty proactive in mitigating issues. The moble app was also great for open communication and documenting issues. And my neighbors were super nice and we never had issues. If I move back to Washington, Thea's Landing is at the top of my list for places to live!

From the first walk through, to multiple positive interactions with their staff, and just now when I couldn't find our mail they found it FOR US... this place is beyond amazing and it's actually making me emotional. We're constantly treated like welcome neighbors by random strangers in the elevator. We're treated like family by the staff. I would not believe that places like this exist if I wasn't experiencing it daily at Thea's Landing. We've only been here a month... and I can't imagine ever leaving!

Lived here for 2 years. Great experience, great staff. Lots to do within walking distance of downtown Tacoma and the Dome. Unfortunately I had to move due to work.
