😐 The first step is to pick the broth. They charge $6.50 per pot, you get your own personal pot. Sichuan broth was good, it wasn't spicy at all. Then you start getting the dishes from the conveyor belt (blue $2, green $3.50, red $4.50, yellow $5.50). I was not impressed with the food quality. I didn'... People often mention broth,

I didn't like the wontons, fish ball with roe and the lobster balls.

Honestly, I could go for a much better solo hot pot place at Bellevue for a better price and better broth and choices. The broths are $8.50 each and the food choices are just mainly veggies. The broths are scams. The chicken broth was the same as the Swanson chicken broth and definitely does not worth $8.50. If you go to other hot pot places in Seattle or Bellevue, your broth would be full of flavors and some veggies in the soup. My mom and I ate about 15 plates total and we paid $97 for the meal. Whereas we could eat at boiling point with a lot more food and better flavors for less than $50 together.

Cash/Card accepted Restrooms available Free public parking Group Friendly Family friendly Rotary Style conveyer Buffet (pay per plate) Vietnamese/Chinese cuisine An appealing establishment with a one-of-a-kind style of dining in. Prices at the time of this review are currently on a steady rise. We were greeted accordingly, and our server was very attentative. You'll have a selection of Broth, and immediately, they'll bring out your order. Cleanliness can be improved in some areas of the table and conveyors. Some options are limited but worth it. Some items on conveyor may have been left out for a while, so be cautious. Overall, it was a good spot. Prices may be high; all the while portions of the food have been sitting out can be less than appetizing. Just a situational awareness.

Everything was absolutely delicious. The conveyor belt was well stocked. Lots of variety in red meats, seafood, noodles, and vegetables available. Both vegetarians and carnivores in our group were delighted. The pumpkin was our surprise favorite! Good variety in spice levels of the broth too. Be aware that just like at a sushi carousel it’s easy to start piling up the plates and end up eating and spending a lot! The broth is $6.50. Plates range from $2 - $5.50. The cooking interface to control the boiling level of your pot was easy to use. The only thing I missed were some booths so my group could have sat together rather than in a long line. It was hard to talk/hear the person 3 seats away from me. In summary we will definitely be regulars here and introduce our friends to this place!

First time there and I will definitely be returning now that know how delicious the food is. I had 7 plates plus the broth and it came to $36. Waitress was helpful in helping us choose our broth. I was able to take a good amount of leftovers home for a late night snack:)

Really cool experience but expect to pay more to have this experience. You pick a broth and grab dishes to add to your hot pot. The beef broth tasted like strong concentration and the meat kind of sketched me out. I stuck to the vegetables and tofu-also each plate does cost a certain price so it adds up quick. That being said, the staff was friendly and I was able to have a customized experience.

Difficult to rate this place. I've been a few times. The first time I had a nosebleed which impacted my experience. I had the chicken broth this most recent visit and that was the best broth. My first time I had the beef broth and it was far too salty. The conveyor belt style choose-your-own-soup adventure makes your experience all about your decisions. It is hard to fault the restaurant owners with the food if you don't like what you've made. As far as the ingredients, they are either frozen or fresh. No problems there. The service was well-communicated, open and very accommodating. Minor frustrations: I couldn't quite get comfortable at 6ft tall as the heat from the soup burner was not too hot but uncomfortable(phenomenal in cold weather). Very easy to share ingredients and talk about food. I love the concept and their execution is great. The venue is large and can comfortably fit several dozen people. The food is good and the staff is kind.
