The recycled exhibit was amazing beautiful wish I had a bucket of money and a 10,000 ft² home so I could buy everything and show it off.

A little bit of heaven in downtown Everett. A cultural oasis in an urban landscape with far too few. Beautifully blown glass pieces, oil, watercolor, sculptures, and art of every medium. Great place too go on a rainy day... or a sunny one, for that matter! And the best part is it's free to all. Schack Art Center is one of those places you only have to visit once to love forever. They do offer paid classes as well, specializing in nany different mediums and forms, all highly reviewed, that I'm really looking forward to. They also do lots of different exhibits. We've been to a few, and there always awesome. Right now, as of 7/5/20, they have a Graffiti & Street Art exhibit on display. Right across the street from the Children's Museum. Streetside parking is free but limited, and there are a couple pay lots within walking distance.

So many beautiful pieces of art from many different artists. All for sale displayed in a gallery setting and in a gift shop. In the back you can watch glass blowing artisans. Many classes available.

Nice gallery, nice variety, and as stated, you can watch the glass blowing. However, do NOT buy anything here as a gift for someone unless they see it and ask for it. Nothing posted that I noticed, not mentioned to me when I was purchasing items at the gift shop, but it was pointed out on my receipt ( which was put into my bag at check out)when I came to return an item. "No Returns". None. Sorry. No exchanges, no store credit. If you dont want it, or the recipient doesn' t, tough. This wasnt a large gallery piece, just a 25 $ small bowl from the gift shop.

Schack Art Center gift shops ha a lot of unique art. I also enjoy the gallery but it was not opened when I went on my recent visit. The gallery is also free to visit. I bought this polymer clay puppy for $12. Also, if you ever get hungry there's a great café across the street too!

Wow, you can see how they make glass products. They have fire chamber to blow the glass and cool down. Also lots of art works to see. Free and take donations.

The Schack's support of young artists and their education in our community is incredible! And I always love stopping by to see their art exhibits as well. Most of the staff, including the education director, are super friendly and welcoming. There is only one lady that I sometimes encounter at the front desk who doesn't really listen to anything you say and comes across as rather staunch and abrasive, but otherwise, great people! Their art gallery can be expensive, but remember, the artist has to make money for all of the time it took to create it.

I only see this place when its closed. The stuff in the windows are so beautiful. I have a friend who live in the apartment above the store. I will try and make it in sometime soon.

My son has a wonderful time doing the art camp at Schack. Staff are super friendly. They hosted Fresh Paint at the Marina and it was a blast. I'd come back for sure and have my son take more classes.

We love Schack! Great shows representing amazing local artists. I think shows are always free/pay what you will. Excellent classes (adult, teen and kid) - we've taken several. Wonderful gift shop. We finally became members when we thought about just how much we enjoy getting a dose of Art at Schack.

Everett has some amazing public art, local talent & this fab resource: gallery, gift & hot shop + sponsor of art festivals, classes & more! Memberships are good for class & store discounts, too, so if you’re an art fan, take advantage & try something new!

I took a silversmithing class there. The instructor was grumpy and not very welcoming. I had a good time but silversmithing is not for me. The shop. Was delightful and I bought several things for myself there from local artists. The ladies in the gift shop were warm and welcoming. I would like to take another class there and may do my Christmas shopping there next year. They have beautiful and unique gifts there.

I have been so very happy with my experience at Schack Art Center. In particular, under Anita Black’s guidance in the stained glass classes! She is a one of a kind instructor that brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. I have been wanting to learn the art of stained glass for a while, and I am thrilled with the amount of education I received at the Schack thanks to Anita. She truly cares about her students and makes a point to celebrate each student’s strengths and help them with their struggles while learning the art of glass!

I was fortunate to visit the Schack Art Center (3?) times. I think it is absolutely a beautiful space filled with diverse collections of media by very talented people. I also loved the addition of children's art displayed on the halls. There were classes in session and once a glass blower. A highlight is the well-curated gift shop which rivals SAM. I was happy to meet the nice lady who curated it and kudos to her.

Wandering through the artwork of local artists was a really enjoyable way to spend a late afternoon. Glass artists were busily at work in the background and the gift shop has a wide variety of affordable art pieces.

Always fresh artists and ideas. I love that they feature local schools near the classrooms.

A great place to enjoy looking at art, watching it be made, learning how to create your own and supporting local artists. Always something new to see. My kids love watching the artists blow glass. A go-to for unique gifts that will be cherished. All visitors must sanitized hands upon entering as well as wear mask. Only so many people are let into certain parts of the store at a time. Employees are very nice and always happy to help or talk art!

Great place, you can actually see them working on glass (forgot to take pic). They have the display for the advance artist on the floor and a room for upcoming artists which are the pics I took of. Really nice place.

Wonderful and unique works are beautifully and beautifully displayed. There is also a place where classes are held, so I thought that if you live here, you would want to participate in the class.
