Their kokoreç really hits the spot, I’ve been looking for this ever since I came back from Istanbul. After getting some hot sauce on this there’s nothing really missing from this roll, the intestine fat really makes it super juicy and they get the roll perfectly crispy while also soaking up the fat. I added some hot sauce that I felt like the roll maybe needed, but after that it was really a wonderfully perfect roll.
