Great location right opposite of Central station. Bus to airport running 24h. Easy bus ticketing at bus stops. Buffet breakfast is with getting. Kitchen is clean & fully equipped.

The facilities of the shared bathroom and kitchen are great, but one's experience at this hostel is largely subject to the cleanliness of other guests. Sometimes people made a mess and it was unsightly. I also heard sounds from adjacent rooms, but luckily no one had been loud at night. I personally have no other complaint, but for the same price I have enjoyed included breakfasts, bigger rooms, and bathrooms shared by less people in Brussels, Münster, and München; and Uppsala is not as expensive a city. That said, great location and very nice staff. And the temperature is very conductive to good sleep.

Located right in the city centre close to grocery stores, cafes, etc. The stuff is super friendly and willing to help! The property is clean, tidy, and quiet. Kitchen is available, fully-equipped with everything a person needs. Bedrooms are equipped with all the amenities needed. Beds are comfortable, too. The bathroom is clean, hot water available. Wi-fi is good (average speed). All in all, excellent price/value ratio. Recommend it!

If you consider to stay at this price, I strongly advice you to read our experience in advance. I wish I would have done the same... You won't get a hotel room, but a prison cell. The hotel's location is excellent and this is the cheapest place in this area, also the staff is helpful. But if you are even slightly claustrophobic, this place will give you nightmares. There are no windows in the rooms, and the rooms are extremely small, about 6-7 m2. So you have a bed, and if you book a "larger" room, you even get your own bathroom. Yay... I work in tourism myself and have seen many hotels, but never thought that such a place could exist. So long story short, the rooms are extremely small, you don't have a window, and if you don't pay attention, you will end up with a shared bathroom. This place is just depressing, the rooms make you feel like being in jail. And although being the cheapest, it's way too pricey for what it provides. So better invest a couple of kronor more and book a decent accommodation.

Very conveniently positioned by the railway station. Simple but nice and clean. Decent breakfast included, all at a good price.

Very clean hotel, internal room meant no windows or ventilation, but regardless for the price it was comfortable and did the job. Staff are warm and friendly, shower and toilet area are well maintained, shower rooms could do with a coat hook, but are totally functional. A continental style buffet is available at an additional cost, there was a good variety of foods and cereals available and waffles could be made fresh to order. Excellently located for shops and the local bus station! Overall good value for the price!

Great location and good quality for the price.

Cheap place to stay. Offers breakfast. Rooms are small but also cheap. Showers, tiolet and washing facility are cleaned regularly. If like some guest complain that they are dirty it is only so because some people are making a dirty mess of it. I sometimes wonder if that do this at home to or have a mother or spouce to clean after them. Yuk. Some people seeme en to be able to pull a clothes rack of the shower wall. How this can happens with normal use...... Trainstation and busstation are a throw away. Supermarket is opposite the hotel/airbnb/hostel. There is a kitchen to cook your food and a place in the fridge to cool your food.

For 650 kr (about 60£) you get a room about 5 m sq large with 2 m sq of bathroom, and TV with 2 working channels; no window. About 80% of the room is a double deck bed, which was quite comfortable though. Wifi doesn't really reach the room. No toiletries but the soap. Breakfast is ok but not above average, a buffet that you eat off the plastic plates. Waffles are nice.

It is a great place to be with good service and customer care

I stayed there for three nights in a double room with my boyfriend. The location indeed was very good, close to the central station (3 minute walk) and to the city centre (5 minute walk). The room was quite small but had enough space and lets be honest, one could not expect too much for this quite low price. But a window would have been great. The bathrooms were quite clean and there was a kitchen, which we frequently used. But since some people dont clean after themselves, it was not very clean. And the atmosphere was not sooo good since there were no windows either. But as we said, we were happy that there even was a kitchen and a fridge. Sadly at our last night there was a party and so it was very very loud until 2 am although the people working at the reception had ensured us that it would be quiet at 10 pm. Sadly we did not book the breakfast but it looked very very good!! all in all it was a good stay. But if you prefere to be somewhere were you can and want to spend some time on, than its not the perfect place. But it is a good low budget place to stay for a night or two.

Small rooms, but they are ok (they told me before when I called). Kitchen was quite old and dirty. No comfy atmosphere. Single bathroom for a huge amount of rooms. I was happy to stay just for one night. It was the first time I stayed in a Swedish hostel, so this is may just my personal opinion. Compared to what you get in other countries I think it's pricey.

This hotel is good for young, college students. Not recommended for families with children. The rooms are very small (bunk beds), not enough room to move around. If you are only looking for a bed, TV and shower, this is for you. Although, the employees were friendly, courteous and helpful. Room was very clean. They offer free breakfast until 1pm, which is great and if you are in a budget this is the place. Also, is across from the bus and train station. Centrally located in near to shops and restaurants.

Stayed here for a two wakes, clean and pleasant place. Close to Uppsala Central station and a city center. The staff is helpful and pleasant.

Love the location, 1 min walk from the train station. Simple rooms and great service!
