When booking, we are referred to the nearest vet even if it is not an emergency and after we have been to the nearest vet (of course we did not receive treatment because it was not an emergency, so we booked again). At the meeting, there is an incredibly unpleasant treatment from ssk who tells my guy never to pierce his ears. Ssk has earrings himself so what is the problem that he has them? Also does not take into account the patient's symptoms and says that she does not know what the problem is, no further investigation takes place. So unprofessional.

Definitely the best VC and GP I have ever had. 100% satisfied. Efficient, agile, flexible and it feels like they really care about your best interests. Big plus for the very service-oriented and efficient nurses, both in the changing room and at the sampling!

Very long phone time. Called in the morning and waited on the phone for 30 minutes and still didn't get through. Switched from another advisor together thinking it would be better here.😔

Snoring and reprimanding treatment because I did not understand to change GP practice when I moved to Sjöstaden. "And you probably can't count on getting a place with us anyway because we're full" Sad. Kindness costs nothing.

My mother, who is 93 years old, became seriously ill with shingles. I sought help for 3 weeks without results, among other things at Bagarmossens The health center where mother is registered. She got help from you even though she wasn't written in Sjöstaden. Thank you kind amazing people. Thank you, Zandra, Karin, Tina and others whose names I don't remember. Thank you for the humanity shown, mother is in safe hands and I will finally sleep.

Incredibly personal care center. Just that you can call and they answer. (Not that they should call 3 hours later or have phone hours from 8-10, but they ANSWER. All day long.) It just doesn't EXIST these days! Everyone is also very nice.

Bad treatment, very snooty attitude. The AT doctor I saw was super nice but looked very stressed. Mentioned it when I ran into the manager who took the time to make it sound like it was me who was at fault.
