Sometimes the best food hides in an unremarkable place, and Pita Baren is one of these places. The chicken gyros is moist and flavorful, but not too greasy. The pita bread is soft and you can feel the pleasurable scent of wheat. The sweet potato fries are thick cut, which means the outer layer is crispy while the inside is still soft and creamy. Will come back to try more dishes.

It was last nail in coffin of Stockholm's gyros places... I honestly believe anyone who is giving these guys 4 or 5 stars never actually been to Greece and had good gyros. I had Pork gyros (most classical one) and it was bad excuse for gyros: 'meat' was smelly, probably old, you could see it from how thin slices were (its hard to trim when its seating on a skew too long), opposite to jucy chunks you should get... Tzatziki was too thick and flavourless, no kick at all.

Very tasty! Went for chocolate gyros, but couldn’t manage after this big plate of food. Definitely coming back again 😋

The best real Greek gyros in Sweden! With the appropriate sweet afterwards.

Hidden gem. We came here few times. They make delicious pita roles with souvlaki. Portions are big. So you get what you pay for. They are pet friendly.

My go-to kebab place in town. Medium-sized portions but real good stuff - go try for yourself!

Amazing food, we've tried many different plates and all of them were superb! Pita Baren is our favorite Greek restaurant. They're also pet friendly, which is awesome! 10/10

Extra sauce cost 30kr If you order the food for 600kr. It was first and last time here. In pizzas shop or anywhere else extra sauce cost 10 kr max but they charged 30kr even mostly restaurants give it free of cost.

Best gyros in Stockholm. Only thing you need to be aware if you eat there is that you're clothes are going to smell as food.

I was highly disappointed with the food. I still remember the first time I tried it, and it had a genuine taste of Greece. However, since the place was rebuilt and reopened, the food seems to have lost its quality and flavor. Moreover, the atmosphere is nothing special compared to when they first opened a few years ago. Today, it feels like an average fast food joint with tasteless dishes and low quality. It might be acceptable for taxi drivers and construction workers, but if you're seeking an authentic taste of Greece, this is not the place to go. I would not recommend it if you're looking for high-quality fast food or at least something with good taste and flavors. I am extremely disappointed with the overall experience and find it to be mediocre. The place lacks quality and falls short in every aspect. P. S. The portions are small, the dishes lack flavor, and the tzatziki is tasteless and of very poor quality. The pita gyro is not a good choice either. 🥙👎 If you were hoping to enjoy a refreshing frappé coffee after your meal, unfortunately, that's not an option as they don't offer it.

We ordered Pitagiros (with pork meet), It's not the same as when you have it in Greece but it is OK. I have eaten better.

Noisy atmosphere and the place itself is tiny when weather is bad. However with good weather you can sit outside. This is the only place i have found that makes the Souvlaki taste exactly as in Greece. 10/10 on food

This is probably the best place to eat authentic Greek food in Stockholm. It is run by greek employees that make their tasty traditional dishes.

Good for a fast bite and touch of the Greece, I would like them to have a bigger slice of gyros, the pices was kind of small and felt like a crushed tuna fish, they can cut it a slightly bigger, but totally satisfied.

Good gyros, like a proper one you get in Greece. I like the fact that the pita is not dripping oil. It is a pretty light gyros. I would say that it has mild spices which makes it lack a bit of flavour that would make it a 5/5 for me! I totally recommend it!

Very small place next to the road and you could easy miss it. Don't! Excellent food and traditional Greek. And prices are a relief when you know the Stockholm prices

Great food, cute location and freindly personal. The fries are crispy and rich, the meat tastes fantastic (great seasoning) and the veggies are fresh!
