The medicine that have been prescribed were not effective at all. No antibiotic given and actually the sickness got worsened. And the bill is so expensive ! Not worth it for the medicine and treatment given!

Visited this clinic twice, once was for my daughter's leg injury and the 2nd time was for my own back pains. The doctors were very patient and professional in answering my questions, and offered suggestions on how to resolve the medical issues. Was served by Dr Jocelyn Yeo and Locum Dr John Wong. Relatively new in this neighborhood, there are not much patients ard. Come visit and experience yourself.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience visiting this clinic. I’m not sure if the doctor was tired or had a bad day, but she seemed quite impatient, and kept sighing. The receptionist also had some difficulty explaining certain technical terms in simpler language, despite her best efforts. When we approached doctor for help with the explanation, her initial response was nothing but another heavy sigh and contempt. I doubt I will visit again if given a choice.

In contrast few of the negative reviews, I have a pleasant experience with Minmed Boon Lay on my last week visit. Doctor friendly and explained nicely/detailed and also the counter staff are kind and helpful.

It's my first time visiting this clinic. I was surprised that the door to yhe doctor consultation room is so thin. I can hear everything that the doctor said to the patient while I was waiting outside. Where is the privacy sia? Don't tell me MINMED don't know such things?

Doctor quality ok. Customer Service need improvement. Would recommend they start using paper numbers instead as they can tell you one queue number then change to a different queue number without telling you.

My go-to clinic! Staff members are nice, always very patient and helpful with all my health concerns. Feels like I’m in good hands!

Staff are very nice and the doctor is very down to earth and caring. Will tell you everything important on how to treat your ailments and what not to do. Definitely my go-to GP. 🙏
