$12 haircut but unpleasant. An update: Realized it is much worse. The woman trimmed a hole at the front of my hair. How is this standard, though cheap, acceptable?

Update: My hair got absolutely butchered by K and it was incredibly frustrating when she tried insisting that it was the same as the picture despite being very blatantly not. It was actually so bad that everyone I knew told me to shave it off. So I shaved it off to a buzzcut. K did it for me but it was pretty uneven in length. So I'm not sure how I feel about the place now having had better quality and service elsewhere with about the same price. I'd love to return but I'm kind of afraid of having to shave my hair off again... A hidden gem! I've been here a couple times and Katherine does a wonderful job! She listens to my requests and really does her best to deliver clean, comfortable cuts! I've been to salons that charge up to $50 and more and they couldn't even heed my requests so this has been a breath of fresh air. Really appreciate that Katherine communicates with me in English too because I can't speak Chinese. Some hairdressers still insist on using Chinese and it becomes difficult to communicate what I want. Definitely becoming a regular here.

Brief and relaxing visit. Me, my mom and grandmother came here at 16 Dec 2023, around 11am, was attended by two gentlemen who was very efficient and accommodates the customers request. Only had a trim and surprisingly no selling of products and not a noisy salon at all, the staffs were very focused on their clients. Great price and good atmosphere!

I would like to applaud Mr Liang for his professionalism in handing kids. He takes the initiative to accommodate my child to cut while standing up. Really appreciate for making effort to coax my kids.

Just got the WORST haircut ever. Haircut was uneven and hairdresser K was so busy chit chating with other customer, was very rough when handling my hair. If you want to get your hair butchered, she's the one for you.

The staff at this hair salon is not only customer-friendly but also very focused on meeting your needs. Their pricing is also very reasonable.

Went to this salon today; the young guy who cut my hair is so pleasant. He did what I told him to do with reasons. Some salons dont listen to their customers but this young man does. Prices is so reasonable and the hair cut was well done. Overall the experience was good and value for $$. Recommended to go again
