Today I am utterly disappointed and upset at this clinic's staff. Specifically the 2 malay staff that was on the morning shift at 10am on 15 January 2023. In Singapore, clinics have a legal and ethical responsibility to provide medical care to patients in need, including those who have urgent medical conditions. As informed, we are told that the clinic has "too many paitents" and thus my sister was turned away with no other explaination or alternative suggestion. The Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations states that clinics are obligated to provide emergency medical services to patients in need, regardless of their capacity. The Health Regulations and the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Act, require that all clinics to have emergency care plans and procedures in place to ensure that patients receive prompt and appropriate care in any situations. In cases where the clinic is full and unable to provide appropriate care to an urgent patient, they are expected to have procedures in place to transfer the patient to a facility or give alternatives that can provide the necessary care. They have a legal and ethical responsibility to provide medical care to urgent patients even if the clinic is full, and there should be regulations in place to ensure that patients receive appropriate care however, that was not the case today. Look into this matter and rectify this issue pertaining your staff's professionalism and attitude regarding this case.

No matter…by hook or by crook…the doctor will not administer steroids jab even if you are a season user…they stress on the side effects…good in a way but ur rate of progression for recovery’s was rather slow…good in a way for long term…but patient that wana a short term for remedial will have lots to contemplate…the very reason why just one star is missing…

I normally don’t post reviews for GP appointments but do feel that this one was warranted. Two days ago, I contracted a stomach bug and was in so much pain that I was quite surprised I didn’t faint on the way to the clinic and let alone in the waiting room. When I got there, the clinic was rather small and looked like it was run by only a 2-person team. The seating area was a tad cramped and uncomfortable but when you’re sick everything feels (or is conspiring to be) uncomfortable. The receptionist was very gentle and patient with me which I’m grateful for. I felt that she was genuinely concerned that I was in so much pain. Though the wait felt long, when I finally saw the attending physician, Dr John-Paul, he got straight to the point and did a thorough examination and diagnosed me accurately and was comprehensive with his prescription. Long story short: everything worked well and I made full recovery in just 3 days! I’ve had stomach bugs in the past and I’ve never had such a short recovery time such as this. Just want to say thank you to the team :)

Don't usually do this but this clinic deserve my time to post this review. I was plaque by some hives that was so flared and angry, went to another GP this morning but was given the same medicine even when I claimed it didn't worked, out of desperation I googled and found Island family clinic altho it was away from me at another part of Bukit Batok but I still took a taxi here to try and NO REGRETS, Dr Daryl was very very honest & professional. When I asked about moisturiser, instead of upselling it to me (The clinic does sell) he was upfront and told me it will not do my chronic hives any good either. He spoke base of his past experience in the dermatology department elsewhere, referred me to NSC under subsidise patient as I was a CHAS holder. He was so patient in explaining to me how to eat the medicine, different methods to try to ease my hives. Not to mention, the receptionist on duty was superb. I wanted to buy a thermometer via my child CDA card, after the receptionist registered everything for me already I TOTALLY FORGOT THE PASSWORD TO MY CHILD CDA account, she did not even showed any signs of annoyance or impatience as I couldn't purchase it in the end. I came home and shared with my husband this is the clinic to go from now on, altho it's a taxi ride away from our house 😊

First time visiting IFC Bukit Batok. Dr Paul-Jon is patient, friendly and caring. He made me feel at ease. The ladies at the counter are friendly as well. Great experience. Highly recommended.

Today is my first time bringing my daughter to IFC Bukit Batok. DR DARYL GOEI is very friendly and patient which made my daughter comfortable. The ladies at the counter also very friendly. Will come back again if sick next time.

Dr Paul Jon Goh is very attentive and patient with our daughter during the check up although she was crying. Explained to us in detail about the symptoms our daughter is having and what we could expect for the next few days.

Whenever my child is sick, I will go to this clinic. Doctor Daryl is good as he is able to diagnose my child's illness effectively. It's hard to find a GP that is knowledgeable on young children illness. When my child had persistent fever, he searched for the cause and found out my child had HFMD, her ulcer was in the throat so it's not noticeable. Whereas, the other GPs i went, when my child had HFMD first time, they didnt look check properly until when we went second visit. So Dr Daryl is a good doctor for children and the receptionist also very nice. Recommended

was my first time here & my son and i had a nice experience. the doctor was calm and knew just the way to a kid’s heart! the clinic assistant was nice too! so glad to have a GP like this close to us 👍🏻👍🏻

My mum saw Dr Daryl and he was very caring and concise with his explanations, and even offered cheaper alternatives with medicine bearing in mind the financial constrains some may experience. The pharmacist/receptionist at the counter (she's Chinese, didn't manage to get her name!) was also very professional, and patient in providing information to answer our questions. Clinic is also very clean and organised!

Doc is knowledgeable and patient, give a clear diagnosis of my kid’s condition. The medicine given was good.

I am visiting from outside of Singapore and working at the school nearby and this is a fabulous clinic. Very well organised, an excellent doctor, efficient, well priced and just as effective as an 'international' clinic that maybe many people from outside Singapore might go. Daryl is much better understanding doctor, sometime paul john is ok too . but i dislike the weekends doctor jeffery, dont understand customer situation . please la be more understanding .

Terrible service by the 2 malay admin staff , they were very rude to me by brushing off my concerns and chased me out. They were also very biased to the same race patients as I saw that they talked to the other patients nicely but were very rude and unwelcoming towards me and my child.Wouldn't recommend this clinic after this horrible experience which was very traumatic for both me and my child as we did not expect them to be so rude towards us.

Thanks Dr Paul Jon Goh & the nurse for your professionalism & meticulous service provided despite I was so nervous to get my toe nail removed. The whole experience was not as scary as I've thought. Well done team 👍

Would like to express my thanks to Dr Goei & Team, they are the clinic that I turned to when my kids or myself are ill. Dr Goei has been very patient during consultation to explain the illness and answer my queries and know what is best for the children and ensure he don't prescribed whatever that is not necessary for the kids for their benefit. He also explained to me what are some of the side effect of certain medicine when I checked with him if he could prescribed me the medicine.

My first choice clinic when i am unwell. Dr. Paul-Jon Goh is really good.

All is good, but patients seating that Is outside need to keep looking in to check the number.Wld be great to have another screen to show the serving and room number.

My immune system has been relatively weak over the year so I've been to the clinic a few times. The Dcotors here are patient, explain the possible symptoms, aftereffects, what to look out for if a reconsultation is needed. The clarity if much appreciated! Seen both doctors before. They were very friendly, patient and meticulous to my child and us. Nurses were friendly and even brought out a toy for my child to play while waiting for our turn.

The doctors here and assitants are very pleasant and patient. Made my daughters visit a comfortable one. The visit here is affordable as well. Recommend to others to visit here should u not feeling well.
