Had minor service carried out. Got phone call explaining that my pads and discs need replacing as they are dangerous and it would cost £800. Bit surprised as car was motd the week before. Took myvcar to mot station who put car on ramp and couldn't find anything wrong with them so i took car to ATS who also couldn't find anything wrong with the breaks. I will see if i get a response first before taking it further.

Picked up my new Volvo XC60 B4 Plus on the weekend and as much as a great car will keep me coming back, its the customer service at Lloyd Motors that I have been telling all my friends and family about. From my first inquiry since deciding to move away from Audi (Great cars and no issues), Allan, Llinos and every member of the team were ready to help. From colour choices, engine information and even speaking to my insurer it seemed they had a passion for getting it right. On collection day the same care and attention was taken with Allan giving an in depth demo into the features, Setting up the Volvo app and taking us for another drive to show our new cars features in action. I even received a courtesy call the following Tuesday. Having driven from my home in London to collect the car I would not hesitate to recommend or do business with the team again! Very friendly and helpful staff. A very professional and efficient establishment. Serviced my Volvo XC40 swiftly and thoroughly, also cleaned the vehicle inside and out, a very good experience. Am very pleased with the service of this dealer. Plenty of customer parking at the rear, accessed by a long driveway.
