I
ordered
one
of
the
rings
for
my
mum
(his
sister)
that
came
fine.
So
I
thought
I'd
order
one
for
my
nan
his
mother.
It
never
came
engraved,
so
might
be
abit
hit
and
miss
with
the
engravement,
i
100%
added
the
engravement
so
not
sure
what
happened
here.
Probably
be
careful
and
purchase
a
cheaper
one
from
somewhere
else
then
go
get
it
engraved
yourself
to
avoid
heart
break
on
the
day,
it
was
supposed
to
be
a
special
and
intimate
moment
for
Christmas
for
her.
To
be
honest
its
a
sensitive
thing
to
get
wrong.
Deffinitley
when
you
are
dealing
with
those
that
have
lost
loved
ones,
I
know
mistakes
happen
but
you'd
think
with
being
a
large
empathetic
company
you'd
get
the
intimate
details
correct?
I
think
we
will
just
go
get
it
engraved
somewhere.
I've
emailed
support
and
there's
not
much
happening
there,
they
said
they
can
invoice
me
the
additional
£20
for
the
ring
whilst
also
paying
for
it
to
be
sent
back.
