Absolutely appalling service and attitude. No doubt the shop has ZERO customers when other shops were packed in the Christmas season. Staff has no mood nor the minimal courtesy to answer a simple question. I have the impression of helpful and friendly staff in Moss Bros stores but it is certainly not the case here.

Terrible customer service, extremely rude. Manager Richard refused service, accusing partner of wearing items she wanted to return which still had label, in original packaging and were clearly unworn. Meanwhile staff were laughing at my partner when she tried to complete the return. Will be contacting customer service.

Went today to the Trafford centre branch and asked one of the lads who worked there to help me find the correct shirt for my suit I had bought from elsewhere. He made me feel like I was wasting his time by asking and just pointed me to one corner and did not try to assist me find a shirt. On top of this after 30 mins he asked me if I needed anything and I said again to him again that I am looking for a shirt to match my suit and he did nothing to help. It felt as though he asked me that as if he was trying to say to me leave the store your wasting our time looking just for a shirt. I had bought a suit from Moss bros last year and was always happy with their suits quality and hence came back to buy a shirt from them this year but was appalled at the standard of customer service.

They gave my husband a lot of attention. He wanted a full suit and every part had to be in a different size. The assistant was patient and she tried to match everything as much as possible. They sent everything home at the designated time. The price was reasonable as well. We definitely recommend this shop.

1 star as I can't give a zero. Diabolical service. Staff are rude and really have no communication skills. They had messed up the order of my suit for my own wedding and didn't have it in store even though I came on the collection date. Not even a sorry on behalf of the company for the mess up. They even had their phones out watching the football and were reluctant to move away.

DO NOT SHOP HERE OR USE THIS COMPANY. Absolutely appalling customer service. I bought some shoes, but after buying them I decided I didn’t want them. So I went to take the unworn shoes back for a refund within 28 days, and was refused. Both the team in store and online customer service team “deduced that the shoes had either been worn, or had been looked after poorly while they had been in my possession from purchase.” Both of these statements are untrue. Will never buy from this company again.

I used the Trafford Centre Moss Bros recently for my tailored suit for my wedding. I have to say the service was absolutely shocking. I arranged an appointment to get my measurements taken for my tailor made suit and I arrived for the appointment and the service was shocking. They did not take any sufficient time to take my measurements and literally one gent came for approx 5 mins and done the full measurements and I most definitely did not feel comfortable at the time that he took accurate measurements. When the suit then came, the rush taken when undergoing my measurements reflected in the final product as it was just not the correct fit and was made short in some areas. I had no choice but to accept this suit as it arrived 3 days before my wedding day, even though I ordered 2.5 months before my wedding! I paid around £800 for this tailor made suit and I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE, MOSS BROS IS A SHOCKING COMPANY, RIDICULOUS SERVICE!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

Dreadful customer service - went in to have a look at a wedding suit and they couldn’t have cared less. real shame as the suits were lovely but wouldn’t give them my business
