Lovely little park in the middle of Allerton. The cafe in the park is a great addition, perfect for getting a coffee while you have a stroll round the park and feed the ducks.

Love this park! Because it is only small it can be maintained more easily than the larger parks. Has lots of beautiful wildlife, trees and is normally peaceful and quiet, perfect for an early afternoon stroll.

Nice sized park to walk round with lots of wildlife, ducks, waterfowl, Canadian geese and pigeons. A play area for children and an excellent cafe

Small tranquil park. Small lake, with areas for fishing, formal gardens, play area and the Watering can, just on edge of park. Kept clean and tidy not busy either

Beautiful park with a Lake. Been searching for a natural space in Liverpool since the day I reached, finally found one. Had to walk more than 1.5 miles to reach there and it was totally worth it.

The park is very nice but it could be kept a little bit more maintained. In some areas the park has a lot of litter, that could all be prevented as there are very accessible bin. The geese, ducks and squirrels and very friendly. I go there very often and it's a good small park.🦢

A great place to get some fresh air, take a walk, go for a run, or play together with your kids or dogs. I also saw some people fishing, so you could do that too, if it's something you're into. I loved the tiny ponds with the beautiful birds and plants.

Great little park with a little lake with birds and fish. Excellent for dogs and children. There is a lovely play area and great cafe (The Watershed) for eating in and take away coffee. There is also a garden area which is dog free.

I bring my partners kids here as an excuse to have a go on the swings and to rag it around on the roundabout. Sure, I'm 36. But swings are ace. I hope one day to go right over the top so I can put a photo of it on my Tinder bio and get pyar birds. I'm dead good on the jungle gym now. Sure, my feet touch the ground when I'm on it but I think that 8 year old was jealous when I got across faster than him. In your face Timmy. It's actually a well maintained play area. Not massive, but adjacent to the fantastic cafe and the rest of the park is lovely. Helps burn some of the energy off when I pick the kids up from school

Great place for children to play, to walk the dog , meet a friend. There is a cafe which overlooks the park, close to local amenities if the weather is nice and you want a picnic. There is a lake so you will often see wildlife/ birds, ducks..

Greenbank Park means so much to me now. It didn't so much when my mum was alive. It was her favourite place The place she'd go alone on a random bike ride after work. Or even before just before, to feed the ducks, birds and squirrels. She loved them. Just as she loved all of nature's beauty and simplicity. I love you Greenbank park. I love you Mum x

Great little park. Well used without being overly busy. Families with little ones in the playground. Few fishing around the small lake. Plenty of dog walkers and people just enjoying the fresh air.

Nice for a stroll round the lake. And visit the Oriental garden which has seen a lot of work done to it. Watering Can cafe/restaurant is well worth a visit

Mind the duck poo, all over the grass between the food hut and gate to the park, from main road. Take a chair or ground cover. Other wise nice chill location.

Great little Park, parking not great but if can find a spot well worth a visit on a sunny afternoon. Ideal picnic location. We parked here had a walk round the park then walked through to Sefton Park for a walk.

Could do with a bit of a trim and tidy up, but knowing me I probably went the day before the parks and gardens crew hit the place and I'm fussy, but well worth a visit, got some new stuff at the South side of the park, but I didn't get that far, someone said it was a new cafe, go check it out and let me know for next time.

Great little restaurant at Greenbank Park. Cosy and friendly. My wife loves the onion soup. Reminds her of when her Mum used to make it. The food is nice and tasty. The prices are reasonable.

Believe it or not - this was our first visit to the park. We thoroughly enjoyed our walk around the park and did take time to watch the children having a great time in the play area. Absolutely brilliant park and beautiful Watering Can cafe!! We will be back soon!! After being regular visitors to Sefton Park for many years!!

Visit the play area regularly with my granddaughter. Good mix of equipment for different ages with the cafe next door for an ice cream in the summer

A lovely park Please don't ruin it by putting a pub next to the playground We don't want drunks swearing in front of the children

Excellent little park and fishing pond. We found that there were very friendly, open people in the park. The experience as I waited for a hospital appointment was truly cathartic. The Caffè its staff and offerings are beyond words. If you haven't found this little gem yet, you have something to look forward to. The picture I have posted with this review sort of speaks volumes....

After eating at The Watering Can, we took a walk around the garden and into Greenbank Park. It was beautiful evening, the ducks and the Canadian geese were grooming and settling down for the night. We carried on around the lake to see many anglers perched by the lakeside waiting patiently. It was quiet enough to sit on the grass and read a great novel or simply chill out.

Another lovely park in Liverpool, with a duck pond ideal for taking children to on afternoons or weekends, plenty of birds to feed. There's also a smaller walled garden with rows of lavender that have the best smell around. Lots of bees too if you're an insect lover. Ideal starting point on a walk to Sefton Park, or a post breakfast walk after visiting the Watering Can.

Lovely little park with a beautiful lake with plenty of ducks and geese to feed. There's a playground for children and a place to get a cuppa close by. It's a park to relax in rather than try and play any sports
