Been to this restaurant about 6 times now, the service is always spot on. The waitresses and waiters have got loads of time for you, always welcoming and polite. The food is just delicious and Iv honestly never had a bad experience. The best lobster pasta everrrrrr. It's my favourite restaurant in Liverpool and would recommend to everyone.

So what to say. What a gem. And a rare one at that! Taken here by a dear friend, thanks JJ! They live near but never been. Had heard of its growing reputation and we were excited to give it a go. Not in the centre of Liverpool, but not too far in a Uber. Late lunch at 1515, but it still had a great buzz from lunch-service. Tables continued to fill even after we arrived. Great table service from all. Shout out to Max! Love what they do here, seems they give youngsters a tryout as front of house, under supervision of course. But once they are up an running they have the room. So yes great service and it felt genuine too. So we had a two-hour slot, again a good sign in my book of an up and coming eatery. It said Italian on the door, on the menu and that is exactly what we got! The menu had a great choice, not too many thankfully. Some classics of course but do ask for what Special that day. Love seafood and we all went for that. Hope the pics work for you, because the taste did for us. Superb, every dish. Italian generosity on portion sizes too! Of course had an espresso - that is my guide to a decent Italian. Glad to say it hit the spot! We were talked into a dessert, we did not need it! But the homemade Bakewell is a must. OMG it's amazing. But be warned .... one to share (between three) was more than enough. So there you are, a great find outside the centre. Great at night as there are a number of places here, next door and across the street to also consider. Oh one thing .... you will and should book for Vincenzo, can't see you getting a table at night without! Great job all.

Amazing food, lovely staff, very attentive and made cocktails off menu. Generous food portions and quality of food was exceptional. Fresh made pasta and seafood in particular. The bakewell dessert is best I've had anywhere. Highly recommend

Our first visit to this little restaurant as guests of friends who live nearby. A great choice for our small party of 6 to celebrate a friend’s retirement. The food choice was very good, something for everyone, and the staff worked with one of our party to avoid gluten in her meal. The waiting staff were very attentive but not overly so. For once, a restaurant where staff keep a watching eye from a distance to see if everyone was happy or ready for the next course. Wonderful! So many other restaurants it is difficult to get the attention of the staff. They were also very patient with our group, as having not seen each other for some time we were heavily involved in catching up, making it difficult for the waitress to get our attention on the menu to be able to take our orders! We were served with good humour and kind attention to our various needs, including drinks and water for the table. A good time was had by all, with gratitude to the staff and the kitchen. Would love to come again.

Absolutely gorgeous restaurant and delicious food! The staff were lovely, was easy to book and the food was unreal! The ravioli and tiramisu was 10/10! Would definitely recommend.

First time here and what a fabulous place to dine. Family meal to celebrate my mum's birthday. Beautiful environment and friendly, attentive staff. Food was excellent, although it was not easy to choose what to eat with so many attractive options. Will definitely be back and thank you.

Very nice place to eat authentic Italian cuisine. Nice feel to the place. Staff very nice and accommodating. Was quite busy bank holiday Monday in August. So you'll need to book. We had the trio of fish , was very nice too. Mrs had the cod. Also nice. Local to Woolton and 4 mins drive from pubs on allerton Road. Overall a nice night. We would go back. Very nice indeed 👌

Came for the first time last night with my husband and best friends. We had a brilliant time. Food was just delicious and the staff were all absolutely lovely. Our waitress was so friendly and down to earth. The atmosphere was great too, a really nice buzz about the place. Will definitely be back.

Not left a review for a little while but have to say this place lived up to high expectations in every way. Particular call out to all staff members. As well as the classic dishes inc scallops , lobster rav and chicken kiev (I know that’s not the name) which I will be returning for soon. Also helped my date was a smoke show.

Excellent restaurant and service. I have always had an excellent meal each time I have visited. Service is outstanding, nothing is too much trouble. Just visited for my husband's 60th birthday, absolutely fantastic food and service. Thank you to all the staff. I would highly recommend, you will not be disappointed .

Celebrated my mum’s birthday here today and she cannot be happier . The service was excellent! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and they were really friendly . The food was amazing , everything was so tasty . The prawn can be a bit fresher as some were a bit mashy, but taste wise they were all delicious ! It is not cheap , but well worth it with the quality and the portion size of the main is generous . Definitely will come back and highly recommend to anyone who want a nice Italian meal .

Came here for an early lunch last weekend, restaurant was super busy but they kindly managed to squeeze us in between bookings! Food and drink was amazing!(Especially the soup) the restaurant was super clean and nicely decorated, Staff were incredibly attentive and friendly; big thanks to Anna who served us ☺️🙌🏼couldn’t have asked for a nicer host, would definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back again!!

Popped in on the off chance of an early meal without a booking. Had a lovely quiet table upstairs, which enabled good conversation with my friend. Both of our pasta dishes were really good. Hit the spot. Friendly and helpful waiting staff. We will be sure to call again , really decent meal.

Staff was wonderful; very attentive and knowledgeable. The food was yummy and good quality - bit on the pricey side maybe. Atmosphere in the restaurant is very nice and you definitely have to book in advance - even during the week. Would recommend and would go again.

The food and service were faultless. The atmosphere was relaxed, although as the restaurant is small there wasn't much space between tables. We felt the decor and surroundings didn't necessarily reflect the quality of the food. Quite expensive, but the food is great.

Italian food with an English twist. What I mean by this is that you’ll find on the menu Tiramisù without eggs or Carbonara with cream (and Parmesan and pancetta) so the “English version” - but yes, you can ask not to have cream in yours. You will also find some French inspired dishes but in fairness, jn the U.K. you have fries in a Chinese so it’s normal to find “relaxed menus”. The “fritto misto” was really nice - very light batter and would definitely order it again. The meatballs were tasty, juicy and the bread worked wonderfully with the tomato sauce. The orecchiette with ‘Nduja and fennel sausage were having just the right “kick”. Really nice pasta in itself! Very important to mention that they have one of the best wine lists I’ve seen in Liverpool in quite some time - from Franciacorta to Chianti to Susumaniello or Amarone you can find them all. On top, good atmosphere and very good service so yes, without a doubt, recommended!

Lovely meal with my son's last night. Booked well in advance for Jack's birthday but could only get a 5.15pm slot which was fine as it's an exceptionally good restaurant. Food was delicious and authentic and I should know I've lived in Rome. Drinks menu is so good with so much to choose from. All the staff were very friendly and smiling. Service was flawless and such a nice family atmosphere. Cannot wait to return again and again. Bravo everyone

Amazing food, was bought a gift voucher as a wedding present. Will definitely be going back to try more of the menu. We were greater at the door immediately and shown to our table. Service was excellent.

A very busy and popular restaurant serving some excellent Italian food. Service is friendly and efficient. Decent selection of cocktails but a rather disappointing wine list. However definitely worth a visit but remember to book well in advance to be sure of obtaining a table at the time you want.

Went here on a recommendation 2 days ago and I'm struggling to think of a time I've ever had better service anywhere in the world. The staff are amazing at their job and the front of house guy is so on the ball. Food was exquisite, literally nothing to complain about. Already going back again in 2 weeks and I can't wait. Cucina di Vincenzo really set the bar high what a fantastic meal and a great experience. You made it such a lovely night. The waiting staff were very attentive and worked so hard to make sure we had everything we needed. I would very happily recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for beautiful Italian food and wine.

Went for a family meal. Lovely staff and service, superb food. Strongly recommended. On the steep side price wise but it was worth it.

I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. From the minute you walk through the door you feel special. The food is outstanding as is the service. Myself and my family and friends have been here many times and I can honestly say that we have never been disappointed. Prices are reasonable also.
