We only tried the dessert, but theres lots of great options if you like rich chocolate flavours. The portion sizes were perfect too. The prices were a little higher than in other restaurants nearby, however the staff were lovely

Lovely customer service. Had the popular sesame seeded chicken with Jack Daniels sauce. Also had a gluten free chicken salad which was tasty! The manager served us due to gluten free dish and was very helpful. Will definitely be back and fully recommend!

Except one little mishap today, we had an amazing time here having food and cocktails. Our server Josh was amazing, couldn't fault him at all. Safe to say the 2 for 1 cocktails won us over and we ended up staying for 4 hours! Will definitely be coming back again!

Another country, another TGIF. It’s become a tradition over the last decade and never disappoints. The ribs were spot on as usual, as were the wings. Great ambience, great service. Only downside was the so-called ‘Ultimate’ Long Island iced tea, which tasted great, but I’m fairly confident the actual quantity of liquor was no greater than the standard serve when compared side-by-side, just served in a different shaped glass with more ice.

Had a great time at TGI Fridays, first time going, but I was kindly welcomed to the way they do things. Very conscientious and informative on food in regards to my dairy intolerance. 2 for 1 cocktails is always a massive winner. Much love to Mickie for serving and chatting with my friend and I, excellent experience!

As you can see from the photos the loaded potato skins were anything but loaded. Nice place, quite slow service on the day, difficult to get another drink. Jack Daniels glaze was gorgeous as usual

The food was decent enough . Allergy information not great though in relation to the kids menu. They give u a little card with a qr code to scan for allergy info but the kids menu not on it. If u have a egg and dairy allergy the kids menu is out

Delicious food, great service. Special attention to customers with food allergies and/or intolerances. Great choice of music, volume could be a slight bit lower.

A strong start admittedly. The server who began with us was a lovely girl (with the blood necklace on yesterday) However halfway through our experience there was a shift handover and the server that took over completely abandoned us. Once we had finished our food we waited for 40 minutes to get our bill without so much as an acknowledgement.. probably would have had time for desert in this time had anyone asked if we wanted any. Eventually a server from another table came over to help us seeing that we had been sat in our bags and coats for over half an hour. All of the discounted menu items were not included on our bill, but it took us so long to get it that I couldn't even begin to try and rectify the situation and just paid the extra.. I had places to be..

Visited with a friend and had such excellent service from Josh, they made our day! They were so bubbly and friendly. The second our refillable drinks were empty they came over straight away to get us fresh ones and checked in on us after our meals. I’ve visited this particular tgi’s many times but this specific visit was made such an extra pleasant experience by Josh, a credit to the company!

We visited on Monday after booking in, but it wasn’t overly busy. We ordered cocktails which arrived absolutely FULL of pips, to the point that they were almost undrinkable. For food, we ordered a full portion of ribs (which were alright), but they came with corn on the cob which was meant to be buttered and was dry and frankly unpleasant, as was the coleslaw. I got the prawns which were again, ok, a bit dry. We also tried the chicken strips, which were the nicest by far. We found service to be slow, had to seek out a server to check on a forgotten drink, and they failed to warn us of the temperature of the plates, which was astronomical, and thus the salads were dry also. They didn’t ask which sauce we wanted with the ribs, so we asked for bbq after it arrived, and were charged extra for this. For me the worst thing was the lack of care in the restaurant; you could see dust on the table lamps and surfaces around the restaurant, as well as being able to tell the table hadn’t been cleaned very thoroughly. There were condiments on the table but the salt cellar was empty. We had to ask for the bill and then point out a deal hadn’t been applied, although this was then addressed rapidly and without fuss. We wouldn’t come again, which is a shame as I have great memories of TGIs from my youth- maybe this is their main target market, there were a lot of teens there, but this shouldn’t mean a drop in standards. Some of the staff were trying really hard, but perhaps a greater managerial presence or some retraining/cleaning is needed.

On arrival service was very good and thats where it stopped. Once seated waited 15 minutes to be asked of we wanted a drink which took another 30 minutes to arrive and came with the food. We were then asked if we needed anything else and we had to ask for cutlery. Food was lovely. Very shocked at the price of drinks - total rip off.

Great service today. The amazing guy who I assume was the manager (if not he should be) sensed our frustration of running late to the Eagles gig and got our drinks and food order out in record time. I am not sure if emotional inteligence can be taught but if it can you need this guy to teach it to all your staff world wide! Thank you! You know who you are and your company should too!

When the sun is shining theres one place to go and its TGI Fridays, on this occasion it was cocktails and starters however, like all previous visits it was great! You must try the Purple Rain cocktail! Massive thank you to Katy, she stopped us from sitting down as she wanted to ensure the table had been cleaned prior. She was pleasant and very attentive. Nice afternoon in the sun, well done team!

The evening meal choice is very limited. We went for lunch a few week ago and there was so much more choice. The food we had was OK but nothing special. The kids pasta dish was undercooked. On terms of service....again this was OK...the member of staff was polite however the service for the dessert was really slow. The kids ice cream was left on the side for ages and it wasn't particularly busy. Such a shame as the lunch we had was really nice!

We visited TGI in Lpool 1 in July. I have complained twice via the website and not heard back. When we visited we were asked about any allergies so we declared several allergies for our son. Shortly after sitting down with our drinks, a senior member of staff, Chloe, came over and told us that based on my sons allergies they advise us to leave the restaurant. This message was delivered very bluntly and with no consideration for the impact on my young son. If there are risks in the kitchen then inform the customer and give them the opportunity to make an informed decision - this was our experience in the Speke TGI and we ate there with no issues. It caused a lot of anxiety for a small child who we are trying to encourage to feel confident about going to restaurants and declaring his allergies. I do agree with highlighting the risks but the way this was done was I'll informed.

Visited on Sunday and decided to sit inside to benefit from the air con. Tables and seats all sticky and with crumbs. The waitress didn’t know what the bottomless brunch includes which I find really surprising. I don’t blame the lady but more the management who does not brief the staff on the products. Tex mex Salad was mediocre. We have been waiting long to being asked for drinks . Beer was cold though and I liked it. 50£ for two salads and two beers. Not my cup of tea I am afraid.

Waited over half hour for food. Place not really busy, when food arrived burger was stone cold. Waitress asked if i wanted another? When that arrived it was warm not hot. Dont know whats happened there been a few times and always been really nice. Won't be going back.

Bit of a weird one this. Went here a few weeks back. Staff were lovely, due to shortages we had a 30min wait and business was slow. We were looked after however during this time, as we are patient. Food wasn't great, menu looked tired and worn, my burger was a bit tough, chewy and warm not exactly fresh and hot as my burgers usually are. I eat nothing but burgers and visited a tgi in Athens when I lived there for 3 months and in comparison the Liverpool branch underperformed massively. Everything seems dirty, table wasn't spotless, small and cramped sitting by the til and directly opposite the open door it was cold and lacking privacy having a member of staff stood behind you on a d off whilst they do what they do on their table. Wasn't the tgi experience I'm used too at all. Based on this I'd likely not come again, there are MANY burger places in Liverpool one. Still, a shame being a big fan of TGI.

Visited a few times - Always excellent service. Jason especially is always friendly and pleasant. Vibrant atmosphere and the potato skins are to die for!! As is the cajun chicken. Well worth a visit during a busy shopping trip.

Worst value for money EVER DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! This attempt of a 1/2 rack of ribs was an extortionate £18.80, and was no bigger than the size of a kids meal- hence the £1 coin reference A total perfect example of rip off greed by this franchise 2nd photo shows the total amount of meat once separated from the bones. This was not a one off example either, as my colleague had exactly the same meal and too was a tiny portion. Zero stars for the food Waitress was lovely, and I think was embarrassed with the serving and clearly uncomfortable when we took photos with the coin.

Came in today the venue was very clean the man at the desk was very helpful and welcomed me as I waited At the bar I could see the guy waiting on a couple he was very attentive to there needs . It was nice to walk into a clean establishment with the music not so loud the atmosphere was calm and friendly definitely worth a visit

Just had some £6 ribs from Sainsburys which reminded me to review this place. The ultimate ribs for £30 were tiny, with no meat, and tasteless and yea drastically worse than 5x cheaper store ribs. The fries were like the cheapest frozen fries from Asda. The drinks were crazy overpriced and gimmicky.

Very friendly staff and the food was great. We had the spicy chicken burger and a teriyaki salmon. The portions are good and taste amazing. Great brownie to share as a desert was a dream! I highly recommend coming and trying out! I'll definitely will be coming back for more ❤ Only issue I could have is because if constantly open foor our table was quite cold from the wind outside but it was very busy and not many tables free so it's okay.

Overall very good, lovely friendly service but my burger was very pink in the middle so I left it on the plate. I didn't mention it when the waitress came to take the plates but she noticed it and came over to us to say she was taking it off the bill.

They have really good combo deals. Cocktail recommended by staff was really amazing. Would not recommend drinking bottled cold drinks- they are quite expensive. Other than that had great lunch here

The best service I've ever had. Unfortunately I didn't get the lady's name (with the fantastic, colourful hair piece) but drinks were replaced as soon as she saw they were low, created friendly conversation and timed her drink/food/checkbacks very well! Food was great too.

Great customer service. Extremely helpful dealing with gluten free request, providing menu and advice and ensuring I was able to enjoy my meal. The Ribs were lovely and would thoroughly recommend a visit especially if you are Gluten Free.

It's actually a nice restaurant and the staff are absolutely lovely which I just had to leave to a tip at the end however the 2 seater tables are so tiny, felt so claustrophobic in them and there wasn't anywhere we could put our coats or hang them up so we had to sit on our coats which was rather uncomfortable. May I suggest a coat hanger for customers to hang coats up or even a hook to hang them up at the back if the seats on the glass? Other than the small tables this place was so nice food is delicious.

Food is nice but not really good value for money, I can get better burgers for cheaper elsewhere. Service is slow but servers were lovely. Drinks are nice and reasonably priced. Not a bad place but is overhyped and probably won't come again

Amazing food, portions were large and very well represented. The staff were the true 5 star experience. The host and waitress who helped us were excellent couldn't help enough. As we all know, the hospitality and service industries have had it hard with covid so we should all show more patience and respect for the people out there doing their best!
