Amazing food. Got a burger 🍔 and it was to die for! Lovely setting inside with a nice atmosphere. Nice menu, but to look at the menu, you have to use your phone. It is just a bit hard but not the end of the world. Would definitely recommend! 😃

One of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had! Friendly staff and we loved the décor. Highly recommend the fresh orange juice!! It was quite sweet for just me so I shared it with my partner, but definitely get it if you have someone to share it with! The food was lovely and not greasy at all. I like that the eggs had chives and paprika sprinkled on the top. Everything was done perfectly for us.

The best breakfast in Liverpool, but waiting times can get ridiculous and that's why it's only 4 stars. Staff is friendly, atmosphere and interior are great, portions are really big for the price and we will definitely be going back there many more times. Although, be prepared to wait. There's often a queue by the front door, and then waiting times for a breakfast can reach quite a long time (I'd say 40 minutes?) Last time, after about 50 minutes, we asked where our food was and it came out straight away but completely cold - I think they just forgot to bring it to us. They scrapped our bill so it was nice of them but something to be aware of! I'd definitely recommend this place but not where you're starving or in a rush.

We enjoyed our visit very much - and everything about it. The service was excellent being attentive and prompt. Although, the menu wasn't extensive the choice was good. When the food arrived at our table, my reaction was 'wow, that looks very nice' - I had the Chicken with couscous, lentils & peppers (see photo) - the taste was equally nice. We will visit again and hope to enjoy everything as much as we did on this visit. Many thanks to the staff.

This was suggested by all local sites and reviewers so i decided to check it out and it was perfect. The welcoming staff and thr atmosphere was vibrant and very nice. Tried the English breakfast which was very tasteful and satisfying. Also got the Pancakes which were very delicious but on the small side. Overall a perfect and must visit breakfast place when in Liverpool!

Really cracking spot for breakfast. Food really tasty and well presented. Service was quick and staff friendly. Hard to fault the place. Was there a bit after 9 and got a seat no problem but it filled up pretty fast after that but not surprised as it’s so good. Highly recommended.

We had our breakfast which was very good. We have ordered Falafel as a protein and you need to order a 3 other vitamin like tomato hasbrowns, or mushroom ... then you need to pick up how you would like to have the eggs: scrambled or omelet.... all this is one plate which will cost almost 7.5£. The prices should be less actually but any way for one time try will be okay. The staff are very welcome and friendly too.

Very good experience, staff were lovely, food came quickly, fresh fruit juice tasted very nice also the food was lovely especially the steak wrap. When we asked for the bill we were given complementary brownies which also tasted amazing, giving us them round off the experience well, would recommend will come back

Beautiful food and a great ambience. Very relaxed.staff were attentive but not overly which made it a more pleasant experience to enjoy. We were served by Carla and she had a great attitude, very friendly and professional. 👍🏻 I've included the photos of the food and ambience from inside the venue.

For 11am on a Tuesday morning this out of the way establishment was busy! I walked for a while to find the restaurant, and am so glad I did. My classic breakfast was the best cooked breakfast I have ever eaten. Amazing quality, beautifully cooked and such a variety of ingredients. The coffee and smoothie were both amazing, smooth to taste for both with that little extra touch to finish! The atmosphere in this small eatery was relaxed with an eclectic group of customers, from work meetings, to grandparents spoiling their grandchild, football supporters and like me tourists to this lovely city. Great value for money and an absolute diamond. I will definitely be telling all my friends and family about this place.

I have to admit I throughly enjoyed my breakfast! I've been to many cafe/restaurants and have had breakfast/brunch, but this has to be the best by far! I couldn't fault it! My eggs was done exactly how I like them, hash brown was just right! The service was good, the waiter was very patient with me ( bless her). We enjoyed it so much we came back the next day for lunch. It was the same standards, we did had to wait a bit longer on the second day, but we did move tables and was a little indecisive on what we wanted. The music is decent at a good a level which you can still hear your companion with out shouting and not hear the other tables conversation (which I generally hate). Dale's Street Kitchen was clean and very comfortable. On both visits, staff and management were welcoming and accommodating. My only negative if I really had to find one, is there is only one toilet, which can be abit annoying as they're a busy restaurant and if your bursting that could be a problem. For those who gave it one or two stars are clearly really pretty people and you can't please everyone! Whenever I'm back in Liverpool I will 100% go back.

A trendy breakfast place, popular with visitors to Liverpool, younger folk and anyone really. Good food at a reasonable price for a city centre location. We had Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon, a stack of pancakes with a side of bacon. All delicious. Service was friendly and kind. We'll return if we are staying overnight in Liverpool in the future.

Cool little spot near the centre of Liverpool, a nice chilled vibe. Recommend you get there early as the wait times can be a little long (there isn’t a ton of seating). Food for me was very average, had a veggie breakfast which was pretty cold when it arrived - however after waiting an hour to be seated and eat you just have to deal with it. On the plus side, the staff are amazing and incredibly accommodating - top marks in that area.

Elegant little breakfast/bar. Got the full English. Very good with just right portions. I had read a review from a fellow American who didn't understand the way of cooking eggs English style. These are fried which you can see is sunny side up. Yolks are a little firm but still runny. Scrambled and poached were other options.

When in Liverpool THIS is where you should have breakfast and lunch! The food is FRESH and TASTY. My sister and I enjoyed it so much we went the next day (3 day stay in Liverpool). I must admit, they were slower on the 2nd visit but the food is worth the wait.

One of the better breakfasts i recently had. The place is nice and clean, with a good background music selection. All the personnel is amazingly polite. Service is fast and efficient and food quality and quantity is really good according to its price. I would definitely recommend this place, if you are not rushing, give yourself a little pleasure. Special mention to the spanish waiter Carla, she was really nice with us and made our experience unique.

A very chilled place to get an amazing breakfast, one of the best I've had recently. Great service that was friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable about local history. And the food was excellent. Good size portions and very well cooked. A proper start to the day. Next time I'm in Liverpool, they're supplying breakfast!

Was recommended to eat at Dale Street Kitchen and Bar by my daughter so while in Liverpool with my dad we popped in for lunch. Nice place and staff are lovely. Good choice of meals/snacks on the menu at reasonable prices. Our food was delicious and will absolutely be returning to sample more of their tasty dishes.

We came to dale street kitchen for breakfast. I had the full English breakfast which was massive and my partner had avocado on toast with bacon and feta. Both meals were really nice and massive portions. We also had 2 diet cokes, 1 breakfast tea and 2 chai lattes and the total bill came to £41. The staff were great as well will definitely return.

Really just ok. Nothing special about the breakfast. In two we had four poached eggs and none of them came out right, they were all almost hard boiled. When I go out I like to find flavours I can’t replicate at home but I’m sure my breakfast is nicer than this. Service was also very slow

After wandering around Liverpool trying to find a good breakfast place to no avail, we decided to do a quick google and Dale Street Kitchen & Bar By Shino came up. This was on a busy saturday morning at around 11am and as expected, we had to wait for a bit outside to get a table. Only took about 10 minutes before we were brought in and seated. The food was great and more than enough for us and the service was some of the best we’ve had in the city. I had the egg and smoked salmon on toast with added avocado and it was lovely. My parents said their meals (egg on toast and full english) were brilliant too. The restaurant isn’t the biggest so you will probably need to wait for a table like we did, but once you’re in it seems relatively spacious and you don’t feel super crammed in. Would definitely come here again if I’m ever back in Liverpool.

Food was excellent and the staff were great. First time there but will definitely return. There's no reservations so you do have to risk being told there's no tables when you arrive. Music was a little loud for me but that's just personal preference 😅 My partner and I both got full English breakfast (She got the veggie options) and both looked and tasted great.

Very busy place but understandably so! Staff were friendly and proficient. Lovely menu, chose breakfast wrap and fresh orange juice. Both were amazing, especially the orange juice which I saw was made fresh. Friend had a cooked breakfast. Will definitely call again when next visiting the area.

Dale Street Kitchen is undeniably a bustling and well-frequented spot. This is my 4th or 5th visit, wait times fluctuated from 15 minutes to over an hour. Considering the chilly winter months, a reservation system might be beneficial, as enduring prolonged waits in the cold can be off-putting. Despite this, the service is impeccable. The waitstaff is consistently friendly, and the food consistently earns a perfect 10/10.Great portion size and definitely reasonably priced.

I decided to get a mocha and the "award winning full English breakfast" I ordered the eggs over easy and they were fully cooked with not a hint of raw in the egg yolk, which to my knowledge is not considered "over easy" but maybe it's a difference in UK vs USA lingo? Aside from that the eggs seemed as if they were fried with 100mL of oil since they were literally dripping in it. The tomato and mushrooms were fine, the bacon ridiculously salty, and the beans overly sweet. The blood sausage thing was tasty though. The toast was plain with unsalted butter which I found was different from US. And finally the mocha seemed way too sweet for me. Almost tasted like milk hot chocolate.

A lovely breakfast/brunch place in Liverpool! Just round the corner from Moorfields station and the main bit of town, it is in a very convenient place. The restaurant is quite small but cosy with a nice atmosphere. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. It can get quite busy and there was a queue when we arrived but even on Sunday around 10:30am we managed to get a table quite quickly (only 2 of us though). Some classic breakfast items like a full English or avocado on toast but I like their Build Your Own Breakfast option because you can pick your favourites! Food was pretty standard but nice.

Absolutely amazing! The food is to die for, the portions are bigger than expected and the service is super friendly! Definitely stop here for breakfast or lunch!

  • 5/5 Christopher K. 5 months ago on Google
This place has a great atmosphere and wonderful service. We did arrive at the perfect time, the place is small and we had a party of four so we didn’t have to wait (hence the perfect timing) But don’t let this deter you from coming here, it’s well worth the wait. There’s also outdoor seating if you’d prefer. This is my first time visiting here, the restaurant and the UK. I am from Washington state in the USA. I would highly recommend checking this out. I would give ten stars if I could. Keep in mind that sometimes the best things are worth waiting for. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Returned to this culinary highlight in Liverpool for the second year, and it continues to impress. The food is consistently delicious, full of flavor, and well-presented. Vanesa provided exceptional service last year. This year, Hannah, Carla, and Georgia, have been incredibly warm and attentive, making each meal memorable. Their friendliness and professionalism are what make this place a must-visit. Can't recommend it enough!

We’ve enjoyed a family breakfast here a few times now as my son lives in nearby student accommodation. We always eat here when visiting the city. Breakfast is amongst the best I have ever had. Huge selection of goodies, and creating your own breakfast is fun. This week two of us tried the new evening menu for the first time. Menu was very well considered - we enjoyed a selection of delicious tapas. We also tried a couple of cocktails. The espresso martini was exceptional! Service was attentive, but not intrusive in any way. We rounded out the evening with some very lovely chocolate brownies on the house. A wonderful way to spend the evening. Highly recommended.

Excellent experience. Staff were cheerful and helpful. Food was excellent quality and delicious. We had steak and it was melt in your mouth and the fries were seasoned well. The dressing on the salad was very tasty which meant i cleared my plate. The brownies dessert was good ending to a fantastic meal. Thank you to all staff

Went here on a whim last night, as we were looking a quick bite before we headed out. What can I say, the food was outstanding. Great design and vibe, an amazing team. We were so well looked after from the manager and the waitress with the funky necklace. As we were in a rush, they catered to our every need. Will definitely be back next time we are in Liverpool. Thanks again guys! :)

It was one of the best breakfasts I've had! Wonderful butchers chipolata's and very well cooked and portioned. Worth a cheeky bloody Mary too, fabulous tasting olives to dress this scrumptiously made cocktail! It's worth the 20minute wait outside, as it was full but obviously turns over quite quickly due to being a breakfast restaurant!!

  • 5/5 Natalie B. 9 months ago on Google
Visited here during a trip to Birmingham for Eurovision. Food was delicious and catered well for dietary requirements such as vegan and gluten free. Would definitely recommend. My only small comment would be for some paper menus to be available if needed. But it's a very minor thing

Have visited twice now, had a full English the first time, pancakes the second and I can definitely say it is one of the nicest breakfasts I've ever had!

  • 4/5 Amalia W. 1 year ago on Google
Yes yes and one more time yes. This breakfast was so filling and set us up for the whole day. I really appreciated their extensive smoothie option and I really appreciate the option of "how would you like your eggs". There were a lot of flavours going on, on the plate. I've knocked down a star because the bacon was underwhelming and the price could have been a little lower however, the cost of living means no place is going to cost a bag of chips anymore, am I right? I was pleasantly surprised at the atmosphere, it was fun and there are spaces to work from and also the restaurant in the evening would be something we'd come back for, there's a good potential for this place. It's posh, so it's pricey but still some great scran you'd expect from a Liverpool breakfast kitchen.

  • 5/5 Dieter H. 5 months ago on Google
Found this gem of a restaurant by chance (on Google maps) while out and about sight seeing in Liverpool. The all day breakfast exceeded our expectations qualitatively and quantitatively!! Genuinely a world class dish! The chilli aubergine was mind bendingly delish!! The staff and vibe here were also refreshingly next level beats! Thanks guys! You kick started our late brunch day off in style and with contented tummies!!❤️

  • 4/5 LISA M. 6 months ago on Google
The pancakes, acai smoothie and the iced coffee were delicious. The service is good but they can be better. We were asked to change seats, before food was served & we agreed. Nevertheless only after we agreed did our server mention he needed the table for 6. If he had been more communicative in the first instance, the service would have been exceptional.

  • 4/5 C Q. 1 year ago on Google
Very nice little breakfast spot, some outdoor seating, very nicely done inside, particularly loved the old photos of the surrounding area. Staff were lovely, got seated right away, however was advised our food order may take a little longer than normal, unfortunately this ended up almost an hour and meant we had to rush breakfast to get on the road. Asked for poached eggs, when the breakfast came they were hard inside, disappointing really as it had potential. Quite pricey for what it is, however would go back if in this area again. Seems very popular as there was a queue of around 15 people when we left waiting for a table!

Absolutely loved this cafe, which was a 5-minute walk from our hotel, Aloft Liverpool. We visited twice, and both times our food was amazing, there was great selection on the menu and everything was tasty and fresh. We tried the breakfast fry, bacon sandwiches, and pancakes with fruit, and all were DELICIOUS. We love our breakfast tea and were served the best cup of hot tea ever. Friendly service and lovely atmosphere. It's quite a small place, but no matter where we sat, it felt cosy and roomy. It was busy each time we visited, but we were seated quickly and were not rushed when sat eating. Highly recommend on all counts and will be recommending to anyone visiting Liverpool.

The breakfast here is great. The door claims it to be the best in Liverpool and it is certainly tasty and good value for money served in a very attractive setting. Service was great despite being busy, a warm welcome and we were shown to a table. Issue with being given the wrong bill was dealt with quickly and resolved. Really enjoyed the breakfast and would definitely return.

  • 5/5 Jake S. 8 months ago on Google
We had to queue for 10 minutes to get in, but that's nothing to do with the service being slow, or they're unorganised. It's simply a good barometer of how popular the cafe is, and with good reason. The food is really good, both the wife & I went with a build your own breaky option and more than glad we did as it was delicious. And all washed down with a freshly squeezed OJ. Will definitely be back 10/10

Found it nowhere near the level of other brunch/breakfast places around I'm afraid. Staff were nice, but service is slow/chaotic and food isn't really up to scratch. Poached eggs were like rocks, other ingredients just tasted dried out. Coffee ok. No special touches or anything unique about the place unfortunately.

Splendid food, Great service. Loved the gesture that they provided us with chairs to sit outside while we waited on a table becoming free. Cannot wait to visit Liverpool again and especially Dale Street Kitchen for breakfast.

Great place for breakfast, so expect it to be busy. Staff were faultless, and so accommodating. You scan a QR code and a menu comes up on your phone (don't worry if it doesn't work, the menu is on their website). One of the few places I've been where they serve an espresso properly (with a glass of water). They have variations of a full english, I had mine sans Mushroom & Black Pudding. I would have given 5 stars, however I found the toast & hash browns weren't cooked long enough for me. Will defo be back!

Went here for some gluten free brunch and was very well accommodated for. Had a ‘build your own burger’ and used bread instead. Would deffo recommend for coeliacs and in general!

Honestly a delight! This was one of last meals before we left Liverpool and it was 100% worth it. We could tell from the queue of people outside it was well liked and a popular place. EVERY team member was attentive to our needs especially when one thought I had coeliac allergy (my friend had put a black pudding on my plate but I was just eating veggie that morning). Food was fresh and drinks were wonderful too, could not fault as everything came out hot and well prepared and presented. Would happily revisit when next in Liverpool ☺️
