I contacted Owen Drew following a small issue with an order which I had placed at the end of last year - I wasn't complaining I just wanted to advise of something. Anyway long story short - the service which I received was UNBELIEVABLE! I honestly can't praise the team enough, so lovely, professional and helpful. And the products - well my house smells absolutely incredible!! Beautiful!

The delivery of my parcel has just made my DAY. It smells so good I am keeping the paper 🤣🤣 my candle is gorgeous and the amazing Drew even gave me a couple of free prints. I ordered the ‘Elizabeth Taylor’ one and the ‘Coco Chanel’ one and to my surprise I was also sent a ‘Port of a Liverpool’ one and a ‘Life is tough’ one. These are being framed and put up ASAP. Such a generous thought and I will definitely be ordering more soon. Plus the room mist as the box smells incredible .... if anyone needs a candle Owen Drew is the place to get them. Quick delivery, gorgeous product. Packaging was perfect to ensure safe delivery. Just a 5 star service all round. They bear any other candle I have ever bought, worth every penny. I've lusted after some Owen Drew products for a while now, so ordered a perfume sample and some wax melts. Everything smells as lovely as I knew it would, delivery was super speedy and customer service was excellent. Visited Owen Drew’s boutique two weeks ago and brought candle and wax melts they smell amazing.my house from top to bottom smell gorgeous.Friends and family have commented on how clean and fresh it smells , excellent customer service and speedy delivery.

I have recently purchased some more amazing candles from Owen Drew England as I was so impressed with my first order. I have in the past bought other high end candles, but what impressed me the most was their use of natural products, vegan soy wax, wooden wicks and the price. Also the fragrance lasts till the very end of the candle as they are made with essential oils and perfumes. All products are beautifully packaged and when you open your parcel an aroma is released. Today I visited The Shop having seen Drew on the shopping channel - it was lovely to meet him in person - The Shop is a small boutique, very welcoming and their orders are shipped from there also - it was lovely seeing how it all operates for myself. I purchased some perfume, wax melts and soaps, along with a room spray! The option of ordering and collect is great too! I'm very impressed with the products and I will also be a regular customer.

Ordered a fragrance for my mother as a Xmas gift as she loved the smell Ordered it online at 1pm on the 17th Dec .email in my box to say it would be arriving Mon 20th Then received another email this morning 18th at 8:44 to say package would be delivered between 9:07-10:07 today!!!.....it duly arrived at 9:30 ......19hrs after ordering onlinel...phenomenal!!! Superb super efficient service hence the 5 stars Well packaged with wrapping paper and gift bag included Will definitely be using again ...highly recommended

I was recently gifted the Anglesey escape candle & I absolutely love it! It gives such a wonderful scent in the room even without needing to be lit - I have never experienced this before, so I knew it was pretty special. It is one of the best gifts I have been given. It really does smell like the Welsh seaside & transports me to my happy place! The perfect gift to help you unwind after a busy day!

Have some sort of insomnia and happy to be the very first customer here to say you helped me a lot. I was sceptical at first but the Sleep Mist really worked. Have been using it for 5 days now and couldn't be happier. Customer service is exceptional. They reply fast and are all very kind.

Just opened up my mystery box and was delighted to find it contained a reed diffuser in Valencian Grapefruit ( one of my all time favourites) , a sleep mist , a pack of wax melts 1842 and even a Dream wax melt from one of the new collections. All for just £28 an absolute bargain. Thank you Drew x

Just took my granddaughter to Drew Owens in Birkenhead . Absolutely lovely shop , we were made to feel so welcome . THANKYOU to the lovely lady who served us , she gave us all the time we needed. It really is such an experience and the perfume is gorgeous . We came out with beautifully wrapped perfume and candle. I’ve many times purchased Owen Drew products from Roz Tranfield, but visited his shop ( I think it deserves to be called a salon) for the first time, this week. What a delightful experience! Small and welcoming, the heady mixture of perfumes pervades the area, and stock is beautifully set out, making choice options simple. Not one to change my personal perfume, which I admit to using for far too many years ) the fragrance Marrakesh - (which is to die for) changed my mind. I’m in love! It’s gorgeous! Superb quality, and ok, I’m going over the top, but really, really beautiful products and scents. Thoroughly recommend.
