Excellent service, friendly and professional. Couldn't recommend enough. (2x Scaling & Polishing services) I first messaged Tomral on Friday morning with a few questions I had about his services, I received a response within 1-2h and he asked if he could call to discuss. Very personable, friendly and easy to talk with. He was able to accommodate two back-to-back appointments for my wife and I the following day on Saturday. We were greeted cheerily and felt welcomed right away, we went into his office/practice, where he explained his procedures, talked us through the form we had to fill in and we had some general chitchat. I was able to wait in the same room whilst my wife had her procedure. I couldn't see them as the room is divided by a partition, however I heard him thoroughly explaining, answering questions and giving great advice to my Wife. I was a bit nervous as I hadn't had a prophylaxis since 2009 and my last check-up was several years ago. This feeling was quashed the second I was in the chair, as Tomral isn't just providing you with the scaling and polishing, he thoroughly checked my teeth, detailing everything he saw, gave me some great advice about a wisdom tooth and talked me through everything he was doing. It was like a mini checkup as well as the cosmetic dentistry services. I personally found the procedure a bit uncomfortable for a brief few seconds on some teeth, a result of having such a buildup of plaque/tartar for several years. It was a stinging sensation that disappeared after moving onto a different tooth. My wife who has prophylaxis every 1-2 years said he was incredibly gentle in her experience, moreso than anyone she's had the service from before. I unfortunately had no reference but can also agree he was gentle and careful. The procedure isn’t painful, it just may feel like a sharp sting around your gum whilst the cleaning is taken place. The results for myself were night and day, I feel like I have new teeth in my mouth. The main two front stained teeth I was concerned with are now completely clean, the biggest difference was the backs of my teeth, (which as many others I have neglected to clean thoroughly over the years) I am still now feeling them with my tongue as I write this review, it's such a fresh feeling, they look like different teeth altogether! In review, I could not be happier with my experience and Tomral's services. I was sceptical at first when I saw he averaged 5 stars on reviews, I am now one of those that understand why he is held in such regard by his customers. My wife and I will definitely be using his services again, thank you very much Tomral!

Had my teeth done here last week and am really pleased with the results. Much better than I anticipated. I would highly recommend it. I did feel some sensitivity during the treatment although I was told by the dentist that this could happen prior to going ahead. If I have it done again perhaps I'd take a couple of paracetamol before I go in. I was reassured throughout the treatment and made to feel at ease. Aftercare has been fantastic. Found parking just around the corner for 2 hours for free too.

Tom was both efficient and friendly. Not only was he an interesting person but he was a man who knows what he's doing, with scenes of serenity and peaceful sounds to listen to through the process with the end result being magnificent. I couldn't recommend this service any higher. Just brilliant. Thanks Tom.

Tomral took great care of us for our whitening and we are both very happy with the results! Had some slight sensitivity at times during the procedure and a few tinges through the evening but back to normal the next day! Tomral was very professional and even took time to show us how to effectively floss.

Thank you very much for my teeth whitening today. I was talked through the procedure throughout and before having my teeth whitened, I was shown glue on my teeth from a brace I had on my teeth almost 20 years ago which has previously been missed by around 4 other dentists including other comestic dentistry. The glue was removed for me already showing a improvement in the colour of teeth. My teeth at the moment are glowing and I am so happy would recomend and I would go back. Thank you. Only downside is the sensitivity but this is to be expected with all teeth whitening.
