Went there for a ring and later returned it, the woman who had previously served me noticed this and had a conversation with the staff, it then took them around 10 minutes (It was farely empty) to come over to me, I exchanged my current ring for another and the woman serving me took forever and then came out of the stock room giggling with the woman who previously served me, the customer service I received was overall degrading and although this was a while ago it stuck in my mind and it really embarrassed me beyond words, wont be returning although I was a customer for quite a while and would rave on about the store, the reason why is I’ve experienced this a few times in this store (snotty staff, rude customer service) but this was my first time returning something and it horrified me overall.

I had an issue with item I bought for my wife they were happy to exchange or give me a full refund no questions. Great service very frendly staff great range at great prices.
