I went in knowing exactly what i wanted and could not buy it. It was in stock, i had the money but the staff are to busy gabbing to notice. 1 member of staff did eventually show up, he asked if it was my phone on charge... this was a display phone in there own store. I dont think ill be back here

Not to busy, lots of employees wander around with no customers- still we have to book an appointment with someone who can tell me if there are AirTags in stock or not. Max 5min they said, we left after 8min

Brought in my 2 years old iPhone 11 bought new fir £1000 which was not powering on. Was told it couldn’t be fixed and I could replace it with the same model for an additional £500, in addition to them taking my broken phone. What a scam got the “unfixable” phone repaired and fully working elsewhere for £35 … consequently Apple have to be one of the most corrupt and greedy capitalist enterprises currently operating on our planet

Bought a brand new iPhone 15 pro. Had a black spot on the screen after about 2 months. By morning, the spot had grown to cover at least 80% of my screen. Thankfully had applecare+ so walked into the store happily and was even happy to hear that it was to be covered under warranty as a “manufacturing defect”. Got my phone after about 2 hours, only to find that my frame is now deformed. I have panel gaps around the display on one corner and the frame is now slightly sticking out next to the antenna bands. The manager told me that it is fairly normal. Why is it normal?????? It was a manufacturing defect I walked in for and now I have to live with a broken phone??? I spent my hard earned money and get this? Please leave a support if that should replace my phone.

Beyond useless at helping resolve an AppleCare issue whereby both AIG (the third party insurer) and Apple both say they are waiting for something from the other side but simultaneously don't know what and are not able to look anywhere to see what it is. Laughably bad service.

I bought a new iPhone online and arranged 15 minute appt at Apple Store Liverpool to pick it up, trade in my old one and get it set up. Arrived for appt as the shop opened and was told they wouldn’t help me set it up and wouldn’t take the trade in - all this needed to be done online or over the phone. My previous experience at Apple Liverpool was great, they did everything for me, I’m not completely tech illiterate but they can do it in minutes whereas it takes me hours. Anyway no way were they helping today, the guy was quite rude - a new experience for me at Apple! I asked what the 15 minute appt was for if it wasn’t to provide some support, I was told it was for me to pick up my new phone. So 15 minutes for you to get a phone from a drawer and hand it to me? I asked, yes he replied. £959 by the way! I told him I wanted to cancel my order, he said do it online! I eventually found a phone number and was able to cancel over the phone, the person I spoke to on the phone was surprised at the attitude I encountered in store, not as surprised as me! So Apple lost not only my £959 but any prospect of future business from me. Off I went to John Lewis, like a breath of fresh air, they relieved me of my money with courtesy and professionalism and handed me a fully functional, shiny new phone in minutes.

Called in today to see if I could get help with the parental settings on my child's iPhone. The store was really busy and I thought I may have to come back but the staff there were so helpful. I would particularly like to thank Paul who was very kind and extremely patient in helping me sort the issue. I would definitely recommend this store.

Regarding my recent visit to apple , the staff were very helpful and friendly , especially Clair who helped me to manage and deal with the problem effectively and securely , she is very supportive staff and so friendly . Additionally , she taught me some new things that hepled with the privacy and protection of my iPhone and how to identify apple emails and iCloud from the spammed emails and calls as well as she told me about the sessions that apple offers which was something new to me , I really appreciate her efforts … wish her and all the staff all the very best

Staff where very nice and helpful. They solved my problem within minutes. I then expressed an interest in one of their products and they asked if I would like a call about it and promised not to be pushy to sell. I agreed and that call was not pushy in the slightest.

A beautiful store whose service and friendliness doesnt match. The store itself looks amazing and every element of the store is visually appealing. However I felt the staff were unnaproachable and unwilling to help. I asked if someone could help me with stock and the response was: "If its an Iphone we dont have". I understand there is a high demand for their products but surely they arent trained to be so brash. I then asked if they knew when stock will be avaialable and they said: "No". I left the store feeling like its a good time to move back to Android It doesnt matter how good your store is, if the staff are rude it makes the whole expereince sour.

Never have I met a person so rude and il informed at an Apple Store. I was enquiring about battery life on a iPhone 13 that is 18 months old. The flannel he came out with was untrue, comparing it to a car purchased from a show room. No empathy at all and an attitude that was very poor

Booked in last week as my iPhone 12 Pro speaker was faulty and wanted to know why. I couldn't hear anyone on the phone. Was there 15 minutes, had it diagnosed by a technician and was then told it needed a new speaker which is part of the screen. An inherent problem with the 12 pro they have some sort of goodwill screen and replaced it free of charge. Popped back in today, it was done in an hour. All the staff were friendly and helpful and it only cost me the parking charge for a couple of visits. Should have been £240. I also mentioned that I didn't want ti upgrade yet and really appreciated it when they told me there wasn't much point as any pro model are still leading phones on the market. They could have easily told me that I needed a new one, so I appreciated their honesty. Very happy customer!

We came back to your store (as previous customer) to purchase a new MacBook Pro, which is a significant spend for us. Your fantastic team member Loz was able to not only answer the questions we arrived with but better still, guide us through some options to think about and get us to a decision we were content and confident with. Loz holds fantastic Apple knowledge but uses it to put the customer at real ease (sometimes the way lots of tech info is relayed can be daunting). Loz has a great customer skills so much so after we came back from taking a 20min decision break & coffee it was only with her we wanted to make the purchase! We still like the in store experience vs online and it’s only because we were able to come, look try and chat that we purchased a higher spec we hadn’t considered.

Very disappointed in this store. Goes in today because iPhone 13 Pro is playing up. Loses calls and Bluetooth dropping all the time. Walks in asked to speak with somebody and was told in no uncertain terms nobody could help me and the attitude was disrespectful. Because they have a new iPhone release today. I have paid warranty on the phone but still didn’t care. I’m not saying all the staff are this way but the person /staff member I spoke to today really shouldn’t be working for Apple. Very bad experience since we are business customers to Apple products. Make me feel like moving to android phone.

The store is in a great location in Liverpool One near John Lewis. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I would have given it 5 stars, were it not for the daft queuing system. Anyone entering the store has to queue in the doorway while waiting for a free member of staff. If it's busy, the main entrance is blocked. A waiting area with seats would be far better. The store is more than big enough to accommodate this.

A low-quality security company fired me because I was having a good time on the new iphone and a salesman kicked me out of the store because he thought I wanted to put an alarm on. I wanted to pay £3,000 for them.

It was very busy and very noisy with people talking. Despite being so busy I was able to find a free assistant who was very helpful and steered me to the best Ipad for me which wasn't the most recent. She wasn't 'pushy' but suggested different products and accessories and gave me good advice.

Awful customer service. The attitude of the people working there is appalling. I was surprised to receive such bad service from a brand like apple. I went there with an overheating issue of my IPhone 15 pro max. The person ran diagnostics for last 6 days on his iPad and said there is no issue when I started asking him technical questions he’s got no answer and started behaving restlessly. When I told him I don’t like the way he is behaving instead of asking for an apology he just walked away saying he won’t serve me and then another person stepped in and looked at me like a culprit. Then the security walked to us and was asking him if everything is ok. I went there with my son and I was shocked at this behaviour. After being a loyal customer to apple and spending thousands of pounds on their products, they don’t have basic respect towards their customers and treated us so bad. Won’t be visiting this store again in my life.

Thank you to the person receiving enquiries on the door. He looked at my apple se that suddenly shut down and wouldn’t start. He immediately and stuck it onto a charging pad and it magically started up. It turn out it was fully charged so the cause of the shut down is still unknown. But it’s alive …. For now while I’m visiting Liverpool for a conference. Much appreciated.

I ordered a shiny new iPhone online to pick-up in store. I arrived at Apple in Liverpool One during my allocated time-slot, but no phone! Was told that although they had stock, it had to go through on the system first, that is despite payment being confirmed! The member of staff was completely intransigent, and so I had to come back a couple of days later. How would I rate my customer service experience? I would say something like "Apple Sour". Apple are genius at getting people to part with large sums of money, but their customer service is extremely poor.

We went for apple iPhones for our daughters, who are all apple. The service was impeccable and the knowledge second to none, my wife and I ate both Samsung users and won't change as we are relics but I simply cannot recommend these guys enough. A top top job, well done.

I had an issue with my 8 year old MacBook Air not switching on. Great appointment system which works a treat. They offered a repair with replacement components and no fix no pay. No brainer. Sadly the repair did not fix the issue and the next step was very costly and not viable given the age of my MacBook. Great advice, great service in a very timely manner. Highly recommend this Apple store and it's team. First class 👍😀

Very helpful staff here. I had made an appointment for my ipad to be looked at, cleared and restored. Easy to book in, and scan the QR code on email they provide when I made the appointment. Downside is the shop was quite hot, which I felt after being in there over an hour. Very busy store.

Apple watch won't charge, so took it into the store. Two assistants broke off talking to each other, listened to my problem and informed ne that I must make an appointment. Seems they have a staff shortage and were too busy for my problem. ???? The planet apple is definitely not where I live..

I'm not usually an Apple fan, but my experience in this store just about converted me. They were so friendly and kind, and very cooperative. They quoted me the best repair price, and far exceed the care I've experienced in any other Apple store.

First time I visited it was extremely busy, I asked for assistance, was told to wait, so I waited for half an hour, no assistance but I could see how busy the store was so I just left. Returned on a week day with the intention to simply buy a couple of PC's making sure I was avoiding peak hours. The shop wasn't busy, a lot of staff seemed to be walking around l so I asked to simple buy something and had the exact same experience only this time I was waiting for over 40 minutes. All I wanted to do was walk in and buy something.

Staff are great, friendly and knowledgeable but my god had to walk out the lights are so harsh. I suffer from migraines and I am very light sensitive. Couldn't stay in there for longer than a couple of minutes had to leave. How the staff cope is beyond me.

Quick shout out to the excellent Loz who looked after me brilliantly on Thursday 27 July at L1 Store. Nothing was too much trouble, Loz answered my queries and provided the best solution for my needs. Absolutely no hard sell, Loz’s polite and friendly manner means she is an asset to the store and company as ambassador. I was also helped by another female member of staff but sadly didn’t get her name, however the double-act of professional assistance was fantastic! 5 Star performance, I even told the Manager on my way out. Thanks Apple 🍏! Marie

The Apple shrine 😉. It is a very spacious modern design place that offers a very pleasant shopping experience. Assistants are very helpful and not pushy at all.

Worlds best customer service as usual, which is why I’ll always buy Apple products from this store. Wasn't a huge fan of being asked to wear a mask since we're no longer required to anywhere else... However respected that they want to keep their staff safe so I went a long with it.

The Apple store in Liverpool One is an impressive example of contemporary design and innovation. The store is located in a modern, glass-fronted building which stands out among the other shops in the complex. Inside the store, the layout is clean and uncluttered, with a spacious feel that is enhanced by the high ceilings and abundance of natural light. The products are displayed on sleek, minimalist tables, which are designed to draw the eye to the products on display. The store’s staff are knowledgeable and helpful, with a welcoming attitude that lends itself to the easy, stress-free shopping experience. Customers can also take advantage of free workshops and training sessions offered by the store. While the Apple store in Liverpool One is undoubtedly a beautiful and functional store, it does suffer from overcrowding at busy times. The store can become a little overwhelming, which can result in long queue times and customers feeling a little lost in the chaos. Overall, the Apple store in Liverpool One is a fantastic example of retail innovation, combining sleek design with excellent customer service. Although there are issues with overcrowding at peak times, Apple has managed to create a store that is both aspirational and accessible, appealing to tech enthusiasts and novices alike.
