Haven’t bought from Union 22 before but will most definitely use them again. Dealt with Dale who went over and above to sort out an issue with my coat. Customer service is amazing and prices are really competitive ( my coat was £350 cheaper than Flannels were selling it!) Can’t rate them highly enough. Just brilliant

I had a great experience with this fantastic company recently. I bought a gorgeous coat from them that I am absolutely delighted with. I had previously ordered this coat from a similar company which I actually sent back as it wasn't small enough but my experience with union 22 was far superior. The coat was lovingly packaged with a handwritten note addressed to me personally thanking me for my custom, the coat was wrapped in tissue paper and came in a suit carrier none of which I had from the previous shop I ordered from. Also during a small issue with my order union 22 rectified this immediately. Getting in touch almost instantaneously and sorting my problem out beyond what I expected. Great shopping experience and will definitely be shopping with them again. Recommend to anyone who wants luxury products with fantastic customer service.

A great shopping experience by all means! Union22 has a very well chosen and tasteful mens wear selection. Their customer care is also more than excpetional! Over several years I've come accross many great customer service agents but Dale at Union22 has broken all the records by his fast, prompt and courteous help. I asked many questions and always got fast and helpful replies. No pushing or marketing tricks by any means. He also worked hard to find a solution for a small issue with overseas checkout and made me feel that I've been their best regular customer, though it was my first purchase of two discounted items! I'm more than satisfied by the quality/price of my purchase and more than amazed by their great customer care. Highly recommended family business and for sure will be a returning overseas customer. My first time shopping with Union 22 and i have to say, the experience was excellent. The product I wanted to purchase at first was out of stock but Dale dealt with that swiftly and an alternative was provided at a great price.
