Absolutely fantastic service. Nothing too much trouble Had replacement lenses fitted within half an hour, brilliant!! I’ve had several new pairs of glasses and also just replacement lenses all high quality and look great! The staff are very friendly and take time to make sure you are happy with your purchase I can’t recommend JustSpecs highly enough and constantly recommending them to all my family and friends Well worth a visit!

It's great to be able to take my new prescription to Terry and reuse the frames I like, my opticians don't like to put updated glass in old frames. I buy ordinary sunglasses and Terry will put my prescription glass in them , Terry always says they might break....but I haven't had a broken frame yet. Great friendly service always, great prices Terry has not increased his prices unlike some opticians. Lovely new spacious shop with plenty of frames to chose from. Highly recommend.

Have been a customer of Terry’s for the last 4 years, just picked up my latest order and both pairs are spot on, great glasses and great customer service. I can trust Terry to tell me what frames suit me and accurately measure up where my pupil sits in the lens, so I can make optimum use of my prescription. Terry constantly updates his frame stock so there will always something in to suit you and your budget. Terry’s knowledge of optical lenses is second to none. He will only sell you what you need and offer appropriate advice to allow you to make an informed decision. There is no upselling or hard sales pitch. This is a family business and the emphasis is on friendly service.

Very good service and reasonable prices. I bought two new pairs with anti reflective coating and paid full price for one coating and half price for the second. I also had an old unwearable pair repaired for no charge I am a regular customer here even though I live several miles away. I don't do many reviews but feel these people deserve one for their reasonable prices and friendly and helpful service.

I couldn’t have asked for a better service! The glasses I chose as spec and sunglasses are both designer with thinner lenses and Bari focal size and were a fraction of the price at spec savers so it was a win win situation for me 😁 the service was great, the banter was fun and all in all well worth the visit.

Went to JustSpecs with my new prescription to ask if my frames could be fitted with the new lenses. I wanted to keep my frames, because they were light and the arms were thin and allowed me to wear my hearing aids without obstruction. The service was superb, my eye hight and distances were measured accurately for the first time in years and the result was a pair of specs that I didn't have to slide up and down my nose to find the sweet spot of focus. Brilliant, my varifocals are the best I have ever had. Big thank you 😊
