Bought a suite and accessories for a wedding the 2 ladies were exceptional in the customer service, mannerisms and giving advice. Highly recommended and saved me some money too, which is always nice.

I’ve booked in via the web site I had a confirmation email, a follow up call then another email, my son & I arrived to a very busy store but we were seen straight away by Vincent a young guy with similar build to my son Daniel so he already knew what styles would look great, Daniel tried 4 different styles/colours and left a very happy chap ready for his Prom. Excellent experience from start to finish.

Went for a suit yesterday and the young girl in store at junction 32 sara was absalutly fab she helped my husband choice and got him the size he needed and gave good advise her manner was exerlent nothing to much trouble after visiting other stores she was the only 1 who came to us to offer advise thanku sara for making are visit stress free and pleasurable 5 star service

There was a great variety of suits and all of good quality. However, the customer service was abhorrent - we were served by a male assistant (brown hair and beard, scrawny) who clearly did not want to help us from the beginning and had an extremely nasty attitude. After asking to help us with measurements his immediate response was “no” with nothing else which immediately alarmed us and told us to work it ourselves. Works in a suit shop but has no etiquette - the irony is laughable. His disgusting attitude almost put us off from buying the suit but we were running out of time. I hope Moss Bros has a complete change of management in this store as after reading the other 1 star reviews it’s clear this was not an isolated experience.

Went in today to get 3 suits for our wedding. Absolutely appauled how the sales women spoke to us 'was you in here earlier? You've been in a long time' poor customer service, totally rude and lost custom from us.

Good range of suits and varying prices, styles. Tailored, slim fit, hire or made to measure. Helpful team of assistants ready to measure you, make suggestions on style. A lady called Joy assisted us, providing great customer service and was very patient in helping us make choices/offer alternative options on suits. There was no pressure to buy.

Booked a slot on a weekend and was filled with customers and didn't have time for our group. Didn't have any if the tailoered sizes I needed. Rang me and told me our sizes were in and had 2 days to come in and try them before they are sent back... absolute joke terrible service, unorganised and ignored in store. Got decent music in store thats the only positive. Go somewhere else peeps.

Sarah deserves the Moss Bros Castleford employee of the year award for her dedication, attention to detail and knowledge of the stock. I was treated to first class advice and service, coming away with perfect apparel for my requirements. No pressure sales here, just good honest guidance and advice. Thank you Sarah.

I was served by Joy and Craig and honestly the best customer service I’ve had in years. They were so attentive and happy to help. Plus the clothes were brilliant. Highly highly recommended.

Worst customer service ever, the manager was horrendous, rejected a return based on the fact that shirts were creased. Ridiculous excuse for customer service

Had a visit to Moss Bros the other day for a shout, plenty of choice, lots of sizes, friendly staff and if they haven't got the size you want to can be ordered.

Top service from Cam, didn't have the size for what I wanted so he ordered it in for me, I like the idea of the tailored stuff that they do here, gives that bespoke feel to something that would ordinarily just be bought off the shelf!! I recommended this to one of my mates who is also getting married, he didn't take my advice and went to a different suit shop (not going to mention their name 'directly'...) and he showed me what they bought and to say that the suits looked like 'novelty' suits would be an understatement... if I ever need another suit again it'll be moss bros all the way!!

Went for suit hire,,, not impressed, they didn't even measure him,, so the suit was way too big with no time to take it back and be altered

Helpful staff compared to use useless excuses in the York designer outlet who just seemed spaced out 🙄

If I could give zero stars and leave a review I would! Absolutely disgusted with Moss Bros ordered three-piece suits 5th feb 2022 for our wedding 15/04/2022 advised suits would be ready end of March latest two weeks before wedding. Contacted moss bros with two weeks to go to the wedding and x1 waistcoat x1 full suit still not ready, advised all would be in by the following week. Still no contact received from moss bros so my fiancé visited shop to be told (with one week to go until the wedding) x1 waistcoat still not in expected next week and x1 waistcoat could not be provided at all! Why was this not highlighted prior? Why was the order taken in the first place if this could not be provided? Very poor organisational skills. No compensation offered by moss bros. We now have x1 groomsman that has paid £222 for a three-piece suit that doesn’t even match and will look out of place on our wedding photos for the rest of our lives! Let’s hope the father of the brides waistcoat arrives in time for the wedding! Terrible customer service Absolutely would not recommend

We were served by a very kind lady who saw us struggling to get the correct size. She measured our sizes and save us tons of time. I know most people think outlet doesn't have good service but she made our shopping experience there really really good. The name on the receipt is Gill not sure if it's actually her, but if it is really appreciate your help Gill. ☺️
