Picked an engagement ring for my partnere in this store. The service was amazing, Liv sat down with me and made me feel welcome. She found exactly the ring I was looking for and offered me drinks. Also, if you don't know the exact size you need they have a lab on site where they can make adjustments so that the ring fits your partner perfectly and is unique. Highly recommend.

What a lovely experience It was to shop here. The lady was beyond lovely ( so sorry I forgot your name) my son was so excited when she helped him pick out some Harry Potter jewellery and never tried to sell us anything we didn't need.. I was shocked at how affordable some of the jewellery is and definitely something for ever budget.

Service was absolutely second to none. Our server Sally was amazing, so helpful and fully explained what we were getting. My ring is beautiful, exactly what she said it would be like. Thank you for an amazing service and a beautiful ring that will last a life time.

What a beautiful experience at Joshuas. I wanted a small brooch, but no suitable ones were in stock - so what did they do? They created a beautiful, exquisite and very personalised piece from the simplest of sketches that I gave to Sarah - a sheer magician of jewellery. To say they created magic was an understatement as this was all done within the very same day. My gratitude to Matt, and especially Sarah - truly amazing.

We were window shopping for wedding rings when we came across Joshuas. What a find! Absolutely fantastic place. Sally together with Jenny & Liv made us feel so welcome and were very attentive to our requirements. They were all very knowlegable and knew exactly what we were looking for and we could not thank them all enough. The rings were made and we could not be more pleased with the results. If only all shopping experiences could be this good! Highly recommended.

I had my engagement ring cleaned before my wedding, and Katt could not have been more helpful. Knowledgeable about what would be best for the specific ring, and gave it a good check over including the setting, so everything would be perfect for the big day. When I got it back it looked better than when it was bought!

Sally was amazing and very helpful, she sat down with myself and went through the different watches, in what will be a gift for an anniversary, so it has to be perfect. I will definitely be back as the service was fabulous.

Poped in while shopping to have a new battery installed in my watch, the two ladies were very nice and friendly and Jenny who replaced the battery for me did it right away, the shop itself is very nicely fitted out and feels comfortable, i highly recommend this jewellers and will use them again, thank you.

Absolutely amazing experience choosing some earrings for my birthday. Jenny paid every attention to detail and listened to exactly what I was looking for. I chose and ordered from a selection of magazines rather than what was displayed in a window, thus giving a greater choice. The surroundings were very relaxed along with the hospitality of a welcome drink. It took me back to an era when customers are treated like royalty. What a hidden "gem" of a jewellers, my husband and I would highly recommend them. Can't wait for them to arrive and into the bargain gift wrapped !

What a lovely experience it is to deal with all the staff at the Birkenhead store. I have a bit of obsession with expensive pepsi bezel watches. I was informed they had a Ball Road-master pepsi Marine GMT watch in an other store that they would be willing to bring to the branch. Unfortunately I missed the call, & answer message from Olivia, & by the time I spoke to them it had returned to the other store. So Olivia got the watch back in & did a great job of selling me it , & more importantly making sure it was the right watch for me, as did the rest of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Every member of staff is super friendly, very informative, accommodating, non pushy, & a delight to speak to. I would like to commend Jenny and Sarah for their impeccable service to me. I happened to take my 3 year old daughter to their store to assist in the removal of a gold ear ring that was locked and they were able to help. The impression they gave is quite amazing.

Today my grandaughter and I visited Joshua's to look at watches. My grandaughters love for watchmaking was well and truly fulfilled. Craig invited us to look at the watches and we were joined by Liv.These two young people held a wealth of knowledge and information had enthusiasm time and a passion for their profession .They answered our questions and also gave us more information than we could have wished for.The watches were first class and the detailed every aspect of the watches mechanism.Nothing was too much trouble the kindness they showed was a credit to this company.It was a pleasure and well worth visiting

Sally and Craig were extremely helpful and attentive today when my husband and I came in to buy a ring. They were also helpful sorting repairs for another ring of mine. When they heard it was my birthday they presented me with a bottle of Prosecco! Most unexpected! Thanks also to the jeweller upstairs who altered the size of my new ring in a couple of hours. Very impressive service throughout.
