I visited the boutique yesterday with my wife and my son, i was looking to purchase a watch for my 40th birthday. Bryan took me through a number watches in the Seamaster collection. Coffee and champagne later, i’m now a proud owner of an Omega. Exceptional service from Bryan!

After purchasing a new AquaTerra from Omega's online boutique for my daughter's 21st birthday,i contacted the Liverpool branch to ask if it was ok to come in and get the bracelet sized. Adam couldn't have been more welcoming and along with Lewis and Neil plus a glass of bubbly made the whole experience a memorable one for my daughter in getting her first 'proper' watch. I've been to other Omega boutiques but i have to say the level of service in Liverpool was second to none because it's run by really nice,friendly people who know their stuff. Keep up the excellent work guys,it's greatly appreciated !

Delightful. Fantastic experience, I’ve been visiting every few weeks while I decided what to get Pretty Wife for a surprise. Every time the team were absolutely lovely and could not be more helpful. On my penultimate visit Lina helped me narrow it down to the Mother of Pearl face and today Lewis undertook the transaction and, when I brought my wife in to surprise her with the gift he could not have been more welcoming and helped to make it a special experience. Highly recommend the overall customer experience. Thank you. I will be back for the next surprise gift.

Went into the Boutique a couple of weeks ago to try on various watches, looking for a special treat! Lewis was amazingly helpful and very patient! Decided on a Constellation Globemaster Annual Calendar which are relatively hard to come by. 2weeks later got the call visit the store as the watch had arrived. Perfect fit and form straight out of the box. My wife also spotted something shiny she liked so we came away with a brace of watches! Lewis and the Team were fantastic, consummate professionals, very informative. If you’re in the market for an Omega in the North West, look no further!

What an experience. Some might say for the money you spend it should be expected, however you can't buy genuinely nice people. Lina looked after us and did a great job explaining the difference in the watches i liked, i felt no pressure at all to buy but because of her and her manger i did there and then. Great store with a great team. Professional but so friendly and down to earth.

My mother visited last month to try and get the buckle of my Seamaster Professional 300m repaired as a birthday present. Ashley, the lady who greeted her was apparently very lovely and helpful, as was the manager, who was very upfront about there being a defect on my specific buckle. The watch was repaired within the hour, free of charge. Our original jeweller was initially not so honest RE the defect. David M Robinson will 100% have a return customer. Thanks again, Harry S

We visited the boutique with no specific watch in mind, Bryan had expert knowledge of all the stock, he took us through the different watches and the history behind the model. We never felt pressured to buy, rarely enjoyable experience.

My wife and I visited the Omega boutique on a couple of occasions, it is a wonderful place and the staff make it all the better. Lewis and Lina always greet us with a hot beverage from the bar. The second time I went was to get my Omega Seamaster fixed. The clasp was broken due to an accident. It was a day or so out of warranty but Lewis was able to arrange the watch to get sent to get serviced, on top of getting it fixed with brand new clasp, which was amazing! Also, Lewis knows everything about Omega watches, so when we go to the boutique, it’s nice to have an extended chat about watches over a cappuccino.

Visited with my partner to look at new wrist straps for my watch and a new watch for her. ⌚️ Was well looked after by Lina throughout and look forward to returning in the future. 🍾 All of the staff here were super friendly, and a credit to the Omega brand! 🌟

Recently got my seamaster for my birthday. It was an amazing experience all the way through. Bryan was very professional and very knowledgable. Staff also very friendly and make you feel very welcome. Can’t recommend enough!

I visited this boutique earlier this year to get a wedding present for my now husband. I can honestly say purchasing his watch has been one of the highlights of all our wedding experiences. Adam was so welcoming and friendly the first time I visited the store. Down to earth lovely genuine gentleman! Nothing was too much trouble. When I explained I was looking for a wedding gift he couldn’t have done enough for us. Outstanding customer service! I’d asked about an engraving on the box and the watch which he organised without hesitation. He also gave us a few omega branded gifts as a gesture for the wedding which I couldn’t be more grateful for! Myself, mother in law and sister in law also had a fabulous afternoon when we picked up the watch! A fair few glasses of champagne were consumed and such a lovely experience discussing the watch and our upcoming wedding. I cannot thank Adam enough for his customer service and I will without a doubt be back to this boutique for any future purchases.

Best experience I’ve had, been to many high end jewellers I.E goldsmiths beaverbrooks etc. Lewis gave me a five star service by offering drinks and showing myself a collection of high end watches. What made the experience so unique is that Lewis took links out of watches so he could help me find the perfect watch that sits on my wrist. Not many jewellers would take their time and do that. I will be buying several Omegas from this store!

Going to enquire with Lewis at the Liverpool Omega Boutique was an absolute privilege. His knowledge of the products was second to none. He ensured to listen to my questions and answered in great detail. I have placed an order on the watch I enquired on, and am looking forward to seeing Lewis again to sort the final things out. This Omega boutique is simply fantastic. The staff are very kind, accommodating, and knowledgeable. After spending some time there last year with Adam, he made such an impression that I said I would be back if ever I was in a position to purchase my dream watch. A year on, I was back and Adam was just brilliant. We spent almost two hours in there chatting all things watches, we agreed a great deal, and then he even threw in lots of extra goodies (probably more than he should have). The watch and the whole experience far surpassed all expectations!

What can I say. The staff really know about watches. Such an inclusive experience. Bryan was so helpful & knowledgeable about all the Watches on sale. Its up to you, wait years for another brand( begins with R), or buy a better watch,(master chronometer) Today.

Came in with no knowledge of Watches at all. I was greeted and help by a gentle named Lewis, the interaction was pleasant and he was very knowledgeable. I was made to feel comfortable within the experience with no pressure to buy and left the store with more of a grasp on watch types. I would definitely reccomend asking for him when you go in.

Like to say a big thankyou to this Omega showroom, this was my 4th Omega purchase over the years, but was made to feel like it was my 1st. Ashleigh was excellent in helping me make my purchase. The experience of how buying a luxury watch should be. Boutique, has stock to try and buy which is a refreshing change. I was assisted by Ashleigh who demonstrated an impressive passion and knowledge of watches and was more interested in the Brand aligning to my requirements rather than just trying to sell me a watch for the sake of it.

I visited the boutique last month to view a number of Speedmaster pieces and was very impressed by the boutique, and it was clear that the staff were enthusiasts of the brand. I had only intended calling in for a couple of minutes as I was passing by, but Ashleigh (plus the other guys in the store) was so helpful and friendly I stayed around half an hour. Ashleigh even sent me over some additional info after my visit, which was much appreciated. If you are in Liverpool and looking to purchase an Omega, or are interested in seeing some models and learning more about the brand, then a visit to the boutique is highly recommended.

My husband and I called into the boutique yesterday and was pleasantly greeted my a lovely guy named Lewis. We asked about a service on a very old omega that has sentimental value being passed down through generations. We sat down and was offered a selection of drinks from the bar. I had a lovely glass of Bollinger Champagne, Jim had a coffee. They were presented to us by a very pleasant guy named Brian. I felt like a VIP. The whole experience was very relaxed. In comfortable surroundings the boutique is beautiful. Lewis was very knowledgeable in explaining the different mechanisms. He is a dedicated watch lover. Wearing an Omega himself. Lewis put on his white glove and took a couple of beautiful pieces out of the cabinet. We didn't purchase a watch on this occasion. We were happy to leave the watch with a reputable business and in the safe hands of Lewis. Such a personal service from start to finish. Highly recommended 5*

Me and my girlfriend just popped in to have a nose and we were greeted at the door by a lady named Ashleigh who gave us the warmest welcome. She offered us a drink and then spent a great deal of time showing us all the different Omega watches available. I was in my element trying on some of my favourite watches. Ashleigh was very knowledgeable on the subject and it was great to have a conversation with someone else who clearly loves watches. Fantastic experience from start to finish!

Went in as I always dreamt to have the 007 omega from no time to die. I was looked after by Lewis and his customer service was excellent. Very accommodative and very helpful with the choice. If you love watches than an Omega is a must.

I experienced an excellent level of customer service throughout my recent visit and was offered refreshments whilst I looked at a few beautiful pieces. All staff were very friendly but I'd particularly mention Lewis who spoke very knowledgeably and passionately about each watch and came across as a real ambassador for the Omega brand. Since my visit Lewis has also kept in touch periodically which I feel is a really nice touch. If you are at all interested in the Omega brand then please pop in. You will not be disappointed. I have now visited the new Omega Boutique in Liverpool a few times. I have visited many watch boutiques over many years, in many different locations, but this one ranks among the very best. The boutique is beautifully designed and maintained. The timepieces are beautifully arranged and the lighting just right. When I visited the boutique this morning, a beautiful and high quality Christmas tree had been installed. Everything is so tasteful and of a high quality. But no matter how beautiful a boutique is, everything ultimately depends on the Ambassadors. I can say that the Ambassadors in this Omega Boutique are simply outstanding. I have felt a genuine welcome, warm and sincere, each time I have visited. I have felt that they are genuinely happy to see me. It usually takes me a few visits before I decide on a new timepiece, but I have never felt any pressure, just a genuine happiness that I have called in. There is always a lovely coffee waiting and plenty of time to look at any timepieces I choose. I have been dealing with Lewis who is totally professional, knowledgeable and cannot do enough to help. In short, this is a top class boutique with wonderful, professional Ambassadors who are the best. I shall certainly be purchasing my next timepiece from there because of my experience. I came to Liverpool recently to visit friends and do some Xmas shopping. Whilst I was there I decided to go to the Omega Boutique in Liverpool as my husband has a big birthday next year and I wanted to look at some watch ideas. I was greeted with a large smile by a gentleman named Adam Speechly- who offered me a glass of champagne and my daughter a soft drink. He was so personable and full of life that I lost track of time looking at all the beautiful watches on offer. As a result I was late meeting our friends and had to rush off abruptly ( sorry Adam!) but will definitely be back to see him next year. Well done Omega. What a lovely boutique. I recently attended the Liverpool Boutique for some advice in relation to a service and was dealt with by Adam. The level of customer service was fantastic and Adam’s knowledge of the brand and the models was seriously impressive. The watch being serviced is of huge sentimental value so I am reassured by his attention to detail and professionalism. I would not hesitate to go to Adam when I buy my next watch.
