    Filthiest macdonalds I've ever been to. Be lucky i don't end up with food poisoning it's that filthy. Car park Is full of rubbish because the bins are full. Multiple uncleaned tables. Selected eat in and table service. They packed it take away and didn't bring to the table. Could hear the staff swearing at each other and talking about strip clubs, disgusting behaviour.

    I think this was the least enjoyable meal I have eaten at a McDonalds. I am not a McDonalds expert so I expected the bright colourful pictures so I could see what I might want. But just a blank wall. So I thought ok I’ll order through the machine. It said “sorry, only taking orders for take-away”. I thought, well I want to dine in, so no point proceeding. So I approached the unsmiling assistant and just said “large Angus meal”…I mean it’s not like there’s a menu. It was all I could think of. The food came out within a minute. A BIT quick I thought, has it just been hanging around?There were hardly any customers. I immediately noted that the fries were overdone. The burger seemed curiously insubstantial with a much thinner meat pattie than I ever remember. A large slice of tomato from the tomato-end slithered out. I prefer proper slices not butt-ends, but anyway. After I had eaten everything I couldn’t believe I had probably consumed a large number of calories but still felt hungry. I asked the servery girl why the machine had said I couldn’t order unless it was take-away. I then found out that their definition of take-away includes “taking away” from the counter even if you dine in. I went to the toilet. The hand dryer didn’t work. I left feeling fairly cheated as I had been so looking forward to my once in a blue moon McDonalds meal. There had been a curious vibe there also. Lots of staff talking about nothing to do with the job. Like the food was the second priority. A short time later I went to Bunnings. I realised I was ravenous so had to buy and wolf down a sandwich. It was like manna with all the real wholemeal bread, juicy chicken and Caesar sauce. Not sure if/when I will darken McDonalds Karalee doors again.

    Tonight we were handed straws covered in filth. When we asked for new straws, a staff member wearing a Grey uniform (everyone else was in red) argued with my husband over it. And the place was filthy!!! Chips and burgers cold! We could overhear in appropriate staff conversations and behaviour as well. I’ve attached a photo of the replacement straws we were given. We won’t be back. Yuck!

    9pm not alot of customers yet I waited far to long for icecream, food scraps and rubbish all on the kitchen floor. Staff were busy talking to each other and not cleaning.

    The coffee has really gone downhill. Undrinkable. About a month ago it was consistently great. Bought one every weekday morning. Whoever the new barrister desperately needs to learn how to stop burning the coffee. The older lady who used to make them mid -week was awesome. Bring her back!! 🥺😣

    Seems Maccas has forgotten about customers. They hide away from the counter, joking around while you wait ages to receive your order. The food quality has dropped also. Seems service and quality are now not a priority.

    I would like to rate the food, however after 20 minutes wait some rude server declared they couldn't complete our highly complicated order (two sundaes and two shakes). I requested a refund which took another bumbling staff member a further 15 minutes to perform the intense calculation of $20. The atmosphere was that of a late Friday night with rubbish and filth everywhere. The pity was that it was only 3 in the afternoon. I had the audacity to request a table without rubbish and food waste, and some highly irritated staff member came and rubbed a filthy cloth over a table, kindly leaving the rubbish on the seats for my family as an optional extra. All over the staff were incompetent, rude, slow, and clearly out of their depth. There was NO food served to even rate, and the place was disgusting. I wouldn't take your dog here to eat, unless you hate your pet.

    If I could give this a 0 I would. Come here at night time and they are always doing a system update. Go there a few hours later and they are still updating the system. Seems like night shift workers are just sitting there waiting for a system update all night. Should not advertise its 24 hrs and should just close the restaurant. Extremely poor standards. Will not be going back.

    No printer in self serve machines- no use when staff are calling out order numbers and you don’t know what number it is as it didn’t show on screen. When I told staff about the paper, and I was unsure if the called out order was mine I was told, “yeah, probably yours”. No effort with which machine needed paper or attempt to even care. Very uninviting when in store- no signs on counter, no staff on counter. All staff in kitchen talking. Very disappointing

    Good luck trying to place an order during the night due their systems always having to be restarted then to be told it would be a 10 minute wait only for it to be half an hour. Was told to park around the front to wait for my order once I finally did place one only to be told off for parking in the parking wait bay because apparently that isn’t used at night? Terrible service.

    Earlier in the day came and got a chips using points an iced latte and coke as you couldn’t do strawberry thick shakes. The chips were cold and not cooked and didn’t have time to go back tonight we stopped by again for a double fillet of fish no sauce value meal and surprise you guys added sauce we order this all the time and you get it right 50% of the time which is why we check the order every time so got the right burger, the chips where poor quality again only thing consistent is the poor quality last complaint requested to be contacted through the McDonald’s app and no manger bothered. Don’t waste your money far better options in the same shopping center

    This was by far the WORST McDonalds meal I’ve ever had. Firstly, the Big Mac fell apart in my hands due to the cold patty, excessive sauce, and incorrect lettuce. I added bacon—oops, big mistake! It resembled a dry, hardened piece of leather. The fries were disgusting—cold, oily, and hard too. However, the soft drink was perfect. After being ignored for nearly 5 minutes by the idle, and inattentive staff, I asked to see the manager. This was an even bigger mistake: Dead eyes, with a cold heart. Offered no apology, but offered a replacement. I sensibly declined, and instead asked for some genuine concern, care, and compassion. Sadly, there was none on offer. Terrible experience.

    Been there numerous times when I work night shift only to find out they can't do any orders due to system restart. Why advertise 24/7 when in reality it's not. Also have been there and they don't accept the orders/discount codes through the app even though randomly they sometimes do.

    What a dive now days. No staff to serve, no registers even. Just do your own ordering and wait. Then, even when you've had to serve yourself, customise the burger, you get home to find they've completely ignored the chances and extras ordered. I had a rule about not using self service at McDonald's which I broke because it was late and not much else was open. I guess I'll try them again in about 5 years time.

    Tables and floors were dirty, rest rooms weren't much better, no serviettes with our order, acted like it came out of their pay when we asked for serviettes. Won't be back

    Got 3 happy meals and a mcfeast meal on weekend. Food cold. Chips soggy and unedible. Mcdonalds pride themselves on how "good" their fries are. This was very sub par. Very disappointing considering I paid $43 + and had to reheat meal in microwave. Live 4 mins from "restaurant".

    One of the worst McDonald’s for food. I have never had an order come out right. Sometimes I’ve had to return up to 3x! On the one order. I ordered a mcchicken with 2 Pattie’s the other day and they put a chicken and a beef pattie on it… BUT the saving grace is the older lady that makes coffees. She is soooo amazing. Im there every morning still soley because of her. Treat her well!!

    Order here if you want want lacklustre service. 🤣 A drive through assistant who did not confirm order or payment amount and staff members who do provide the items ordered. Lucky we kept the receipt and knew what we’d ordered.

    The worst maccas in Ipswich by far. No one in the drive-thru but me yet my order took 5 minutes to make and all the food was cold and old. I watched majority of the staff talk to eachother right by the window then give me and my children a dirty look while we were waiting. I’ll be taking the drive to Ripley Maccas before going back there again.

    No shakes which is a downer but didn’t come for shakes. Food was service quickly with friendly customer service. Playground is clean, restaurant clean and toilets need some attention but not horrible.
