Worst experience I've ever dealt with, would honestly rather go without. Firstly waited to have my name called out to be assured it wasn't mine and someone else went through. So 15 minutes later as the guy came back to leave the same doctor calls his name. How lovely so grin a bear it wait another ten, mind you I've taken time off work to make this appointment at 2.40 which would now be 3.15, yet to see a doctor. Finally they finish up after giving him a script with my name on it and take me in to be greeted by the rudest doctor/person. Didn't even introduce his name, say sorry for giving some unknown person to me drugs on my name. Anyways show him one on the problems I was addressing. Pretty much to be just palmed off and dealt with in as quick fashion. He was angry about the guy before and I called him out on it which he didn't like. Absolutely shocking the girls at the front are lovely.

Went there today and was absolutely disgusted with how Dr Nina Unuth treated myself and my 19 month old daughter. She was extremely rude, clearly hates children and has no people skills at all. The fact that I walked out of there crying and feeling absolutely terrible. A doctor should never make you feel that way. I would rather stick to a doctor I have to pay $90 to see then to ever go here again and be treated this way. Would not reccomended this place to anyone especially people with children

Receptionist are lovely, seen two doctors there and both seemed miserable and were rude. Dr Obot shouldn’t even be a doctor, he’s useless, rude and has no idea what he’s doing. I’m convinced that the 5 star reviews are from people that work.

Bare minimum doctors capable of reading your results, but lack the wholistic approach (unless prompted) to find an alternative that actually helps the patient if results are inconclusive. Got the impression it’s just a job. Glad my only experience was bulk billed because it definitely not an experience worth paying for. And I think the doctor’s standards and their care factor reflect that. The one thing I did appreciate was the staff on the front desk. They were very helpful and polite throughout the entire experience.

I've been coming to Ruverlink family practice and seeing Dr Nina since they opened. Dr Nina always puts her patience first and takes the time to listen. I always leave knowing I've been understood and validated. Can't recommend enough. All staff are just amazing

Absolutely amazing staff! My doctor is very caring and so kind and bubbly. I would also love to give a huge shout out to the nurse she is an incredible person! She makes me feel so comfortable and is also so great with my kids. As soon as I walk through her door she makes me feel at home even tho being in that room is a very experience for me she completely calms the atmosphere. Thank you so much Riverlink family practice finally found a practice who is right for me and my family :) God bless 🙏

All of the staff were friendly and helpful. There wasn't a long wait and Dr Chanathani was efficient but very thorough in her approach. I felt like she actually cared to work out the cause for the health issues have and that she would investigate them with me until we are both clear on the best course of action. The nurse and reception staff were also all very warm and kind and very accommodating to my request to swap to an appointment for myself instead after my daughter no longer needed to see the doctor. Very happy to be changing over to this practice as it's also nice and close to home. Thank you ladies!

Please whatever you do do not see Dr Mahesswaree Unuth Came in to Riverlink Medical Practice to check on a lump in my 6mths old boys leg, he had a vaccination just over a week ago at the same place. The reception was kind enough to squeeze me in without an appointment, I then went in to the room with my son & my older 5yr old son, I was trying to explain why we came when the Dr turned to my older son & told him to be quiet & sit down (rudely), I then finished saying that I was concerned that maybe the needle was still in there because of the last appointment the top of the needle had popped off as a reaction to his muscles. The Dr then told me it was just a normal reaction to the vaccine, I asked for more of a clarification as to what is causing the lump she then said you need to be a physician to understand, I said that I could understand if she just explained it to me, she wrote a referral for an ultrasound and said here if you don’t believe me. As we left she proceeded to mutter under her breath. I felt pushed out & rudely spoken to as a concerned mum this was unacceptable behaviour especially the way she spoke to my older son!

Dr Kalu would not listen to a request for antibiotics for our child’s acute sinus infection (something our child has a history of), ignoring the obvious symptoms & insisting it was actually tmj. This lead to an expensive trip to the dentist to rule out the supposed tmj, a second consultation with a different doctor & an extra day of unnecessary pain for our child as it delayed him getting access to the medicine he needed. Good doctors need to LISTEN.

This practice has the friendliest staff. The doctors are understanding and discuss health issues in a kind manner. I strongly recommend this practice and giving a 5 star review.

After accidentally booking the wrong doctors this clinic has become my new regular doctors. Staff and doctors are always friendly and helpful and take issues seriously. They always have appointments available and I only have to wait a few minutes before being seen.

Waited a long time for my appointment. Dr did not make me feel welcome or like she had time for me, she was pushy. I asked for a referral to the hospital for my pregnancy and she said she couldn't do it (any GP can and should do this). The receptionist was rude and looked like she had no care for her job, she got frustrated when I tried to talk to her. I went to a different medical centre and it was great, I was treated really well and referral made. I accidentally made another appointment at this dr, when trying to cancel an hour ahead calling many times, they did not answer and still put a charge to my account although I had left a message. The never answer their phone or get back to you, very rude people work here.

Very professional and helpful staff from Doctors, Nurse's, and receptionist. Another thing i love about the place is the idea of having pathology onsite. It's very handy especially for the new parent or mother. Everyone is friendly and approachable. Highly recommend.

Not a good experience here at all. Skin check was the worst I have had. GP was disinterested and appeared like I was wasting his time. He only checked exposed areas not wanting to check anywhere else even when I asked. Prescribed me a cream which he had not explained properly nor was I informed it was not on PBS! Consequently I had a rude shock at the chemist when I filled the script. Also was very reluctant to provide me with a medical certificate I needed. Not a nice experience at all. Won't be rushing back to this practise...

This is one of the worst medical practices I have been too. I went to request a medical certificate from today until Tuesday afternoon due to a medical issue which I wasn’t following up with my regular GP and Doctor had just offered me for today only and still requested me to pay $80 and then still wanted me to return. It will not return to this practice at all.

Dr Chanathani is great! I don’t agree with 10 min appts but that has become the norm. How she fits so much in, in 10 minutes is beyond me. I always feel heard and that everything has been explained well.

My son had his Vaccinations today and the nurse was wonderful with my son who has Autism & ADHD and she took her time with him and made sure he was happy.

Fantastic doctors. And so easy to get an appointment . Always get a same day appointment. The only thing is, if you have more than one issue to be seen for, you need to make a longer consultation which is fine.

Fast service but it felt like the doctor didn't want to see me. My consultation time was for 10 minutes but he got me out within 5 minutes so why book for an extra long appointment if I need just a certificate? It should depend on the length of your issues, not how many you have...

Terrible experience, doctor was in a rush to get me out, ignored the information I told him, and only looked into my ears after being asked even though I mentioned ear pain and he disregarded it as a follow-up symptom. When told that I felt as bad as I did with covid was told "COVID is just another flu". This is the first time I've ever gone to a doctor with cold/flu symptoms and not had my throat or ears checked first.
