    I was here on a business trip and went came disappointed. Positives: 1. Very close to airport, street side restaurants and a shopping mall 2. Check in was smooth and quick. 3. Good fitness center Never go there for 1. Service - horrible service with having to remind multiple times. 2. Airport shuttle had timings but they weren’t there. And I had to call multiple times despite them having my schedule sent earlier. 3. Room: No soap holder on the shower - unbelievable, water was not draining in my shower due to wrong slope on floor and when complained, they said they will come and fix it. They never came and the issue persisted for 4 days of my stay 4. Some staff were very supportive especially in the restaurant and lobby but the room service staff were not willing to help.

    I was thoroughly disappointed. I was here for a business trip. I'll use my usual 5⭐ for each area Location 5⭐ very close to airport and shopping malls Check in/Lobby 4⭐ Int was smooth and quick. Lobby is aritisic. Rooms 0⭐- AIR CON is not working despite may calls to reception. 👍🏾I spent a night in stuffy hit sweaty room. NOT ACCEPTABLE. Shower has no soap holder and has mould and sink is small and disorganized. Most TV channels are in French. Sheets clean and white very comfortable maybe 400 thread. Safe works well. Room service is fast. Please fix the aircon. Food and Bev 4⭐ - Good selection of drinks. Marriot burger was a delight. Omlette station at breakfast has a long line but the omlette is totally worth it. Service 4⭐- waitresses are so happy and smiling always willing to help. Very welcoming. Overall responsiveness is slow but I'm told it's the Norm. Pool & Spa 5⭐- Awesome Ambience but it gets cold quick. Didn't use the spa but I'm told it's awesome

    I am supposed to put my review for months a go, but here I am, I did not foget, and i will not forget it! we booked a room for Our wedding night at the Hotel Marriot (Babezzouar), and Guess what !! The room was a student or business room with absolutely "I say absolutely" nooo Signs of Wedding Night Room, even one petal of flower did not exist at all, I didn't pay attention or let me say I ignore this fact .. Temporary .. because it was my day .. ok also, the entry and the exit of the BRIDE was with everyone .. I waited a lot .. and imagine , I was obliged to wait with everyone ,, taking into consideration that I was dressed in my bride dress .. ! Unbelievable !! I will never ever return to this Hotel .. and I will not recommend it , especially for those planning to pass their wedding night there! If I was, let me say an influencer, I swear that the things weren't the same !

    World class amenities , customer service is best , but in restaurant and bar , room services are delayed sometimes , well behaved and respectfull staffs , especially the lady staff. Security guys are always helpfull. Just check the rate card or menu before you order anything , just to avoid miscommunication.

    The newest addition from my preferred hotel chain. Although not 100% complete, I found the location to be quite strategic for savy tourists who want something close to the airport, malls and tourist attractions. Less than 10min from the airport. Airport drop provided by the hotel at no extra charge. In terms of service quality, its impeccable as usual. Food service is the best so far compared to other hotels under the same chain. The residence inn is what I like the most. It's an appart-hotel with Marriott's 5 star service. Will revisit when 100% complete and update accordingly.

    The hotel is very nice, the service is extraordinary. The staff is very friendly and nice. Big rooms and a nice location at Bab Ezzouar round up the hotel's benefits. The breakfast is very good with a big choice of different flavors. They offer a big variety of drinks and food with good quality and acceptable prices. I recommend this hotel.

    There are too many staff but none of them are clear about there responsibility. House keeping is horrible and inspite repeated notices, they never changed the bed sheets. Also, in spite of marriott executive booking, the AC was not working (stuck at 26 while actual temperature was 30)/ switches were broken. Highly recommend marriott to look into this and check if they really want to spoil their brand so desperately.

    This is the one of the worst 5stars hotel you could spend your money and time into it. Seriously the reception day staff of friday 23 rd 2023 were unprofessional and incompetent. I got a room with no air conditioning , i requested many times to get the problem fixed, without any chance They kept telling me we were sending a technician , the room temp were more than 29 c degrees. i had to go to the reception more than three times . Anyway from 1 pm to 7 pm the problem didn't get solved , i had to change the room , they really wasted my time and energy , and this is the 4th time staying in This hotel, and it is just getting worse . The spa staff were okay , the good staff also was below average , no barbecue , and limited food choices compared to other five star hotels that i have been to. Overall i honestly dont wanna stay at this hotel anymore, nor recommend it.

    Hi guys ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Im an international guide on google reviews, so ll take few minutes to resume my staying at the hotel for couple days, wanna say thanx for ADLANE (hotel)AND IMAD (residence inn) for the best service ever. Room (suite presidentiel) = PERFECT Loundge= 5 STARS Room service = TOP Room keeper = EXCELLENT Reception and staff = HIGH CLASS I saw alot of negatif comments but alot of them made by ppl they looking always for more. (If u want more u need to pay more its simple). I recommende that place for sure.

    I recommend the hotel. Very close to the airport (10min by car) Nice restaurants nearby Breakfast was fantastic I would like to thank all the people from the security to the reception. It is always pleasant to have staff smiling and being nice with the customers. Keep up the good work. One area of improvement, for a 5 star hotel there should be toothbrush and toothpaste in the room.

    I stayed in the hotel from 18 to 19 in 0531 , and i was very disappointed of the service i received , room had lots of dust below Tv table and was to my surprise full of mosquitoes, i called standard to assist me with anti-mosquitoes product from housekeeping they remain 30 minutes without sending anything till i called again . I was as well not informed about my stay meal package that it didn't include breakfast when i called in morning number 0 someone informed me that it is included then when i was checking out i was surprised again by front office team member request of paying breakfast of 6000 Da for two persons . I'm the night dinner the Food and beverage staff at cashier insist that i pay cash without asking me even , and when i tell him i have credit card he insists again that the bill is supposed to be settled in cash . A sour experience not be repeated

    The staff were amazing and made my first trip to Algeria unforgettable. The staff went above and beyond and were so accommodating. The floors in the room were a bit dirty but aside from that, the stay was perfect and I would stay again.

Making me wait for hours trying to figure out what was the issue but they clearly didn’t know what to do. Upon seeking resolution and inquiring about the manager, I was met with a baffling revelation that no managerial presence existed. The lack of transparency was further exacerbated by the provision of a false name for the manager, later debunked through diligent research on LinkedIn. The subsequent discovery of an unacceptably dirty room, the absence of robes and sandals, and the oversight of providing only one towel, along with an open and leaking bottle of Pepsi in the fridge, underscored the lapse in attention to detail expected from a luxury hotel. Despite repeated room cleanings, the hotel eventually transferred me to another location, leaving my luggage stranded. The level of rudeness and disrespect displayed by the staff throughout this ordeal was unprecedented in my extensive travels across three continents. The unsanitary conditions in the wellness center, specifically mold-infested showers, added further dismay to the overall experience. This is particularly disconcerting given the premium associated with a purportedly luxury hotel. Communication proved to be another major shortcoming, as I had to actively seek information about food options, navigating various levels without clear guidance. This lack of communication significantly impacted the overall experience. In summary, this stay at the Marriott Hotel Algiers stands out as one of the most problematic encounters in my extensive travel history. I implore potential guests to exercise caution and thoroughly review comments before considering a reservation. It is my hope that this detailed feedback prompts a thorough reevaluation of the customer service standards at Marriott Hotel Algiers.     I arrived at 1 PM and I have to wait till 3 PM for check in ( this is hotel policy). They figured out a room as I was not going to stay 2 hours to get a room. The hotel checked me in this room with this very bad view as this is the available room. This kind of rooms with a very bad view shall not exist in such hotel. I will never come to this place again.
