Annoying that they would speak French except at check-in when we started in French, they took one look at my passport (American) and switched to English. Just made for awkward encounters with the staff who would start in French, then jerkingly switch to less fluent English when they remembered I was American. Whenever I was speaking to someone who did not see my passport, it was fine. These uncomfortable interactions with the staff alone is a reason I wouldn't stay again. Hotel was fine, clean, safe, and near the airport.

I was shocked to know that, they give only one small bottle of water and only for the first day, although the price is very high compared to other nearby hotels, The rooms are very small and narrow and without a refrigerator, and without a cabinet to save you belonging. Am very disppointed!! I don't recommand the hotel, especially for a long period of time!!

Best bang for buck hotel in Algiers. Friendly staff who speak good English. Good food, nice bar and nice location. Close to a big shopping mall. Spitting distance from the airport. They accept international visa and Mastercard. Nice bar with a terrace outside.

Abdel rahman and Rabah, were great and helped me above and beyond what was expected from them. the booking was smooth and the checking also. the room is as per Ibis standards (small but cosy) and the hotel itself, although full is calm.

One of the few places you can buy alcohol in Algiers. Khaled, who works at the buffet section was great and very respectful. A grade to him. Keep it up. Buffet was good but not super wow. B grade for buffet. Overall, this hotel gets 5 star 🌟 because of how nice the staff were. Lots of things can be improved.

It was practical because of its location. The room was clean and spacious. The receptionist wasn't friendly. I was put off by the fact that there is no elevator. A hotel near an airport, the guests would obviously have a lot of luggage and need an elevator. There also wasn't a concierge to pick up the luggage. The breakfast was fine.

Narimene and Abd Rahmene were wonderful for dinner. The suggestions were fantastic. She was attentive and I look forward to dining here again several times during my business stay. Thank you.

My experience was fine overall, The service was exceptional, everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Rooms are so small and not renewed but perfectly clean. Well located especially if you’re in for work but I don’t recommend it for long stay.

Did not age well... I have used this hotel for my airport transits several times since its opening. After a 2-years absence I can tell the Ibis is in serious need of refurbishment, the furniture starts showing its age. Breakfast of good quality and reasonable price. The staff is always friendly as it used to be, especially the shuttle driver who waited for us at the airport beyond working hours, highly appreciated!

Small rooms for the price. Good breakfast.serves alcohol if you're christian or "liberal Muslim" .you have to wipe your bum with paper like a savage. All and all a pretty mediocre experience.

This hotel is good but it has some shortcomings for example the water tap on toilets as long as it is a hotel so different visitors will stay a night or more there some of them they need to wash instead of wape after using a toilets think of it + A refrigerator must be placed in every room i hope they will see my review.Thank you for your understanding

We have been here for a week and It is a good place near to the airport. It is silence, the rooms are confortable and the clean services are excellent. I specially mention Leila and Boualem, they are amazing profesionals and always nice and polite!

Been there twice with family it good hotel in general, but the rooms are small and is not suitable for long stay, only one small bottle of water for two people not counting the kids. The prices are not very competitive last time was 14000 DA/ night, for me it should be reconsidered. And the most important point that the Bar has to be relocated somewhere else because it just on the entrance on the left hand side of the reception, which is inappropriate for Muslim community especially when traveling 🧳 with family. I would be grateful if this point will be taken into consideration. Been into other 4 and 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Hotels and sometimes it’s even in discrete place for such. Thank you for you assistance

The breakfast was amazing and full of fresh fruit and vegetables and we had a great time with the staff team who were amazingly nice and friendly especially Abed el rahaman and Adem and has great coffee too I think everyone should try it it was from 5h30 am till 10h30

Stayed here for around a week. It was really nice. They cleaned everyday which was nice. Excellent location as it is 5 minutes away from the airport. The staff were very kind and understanding. Thank you to Zouina, she cleaned the rooms very well and treated us with respect. I've always come to this hotel anytime I come back from work abroad and back here to my home. Would come again.

My experience here in Ibis was not fun. The room is so small. I could barely move around! The floor is broken I didn't feel safe walking on a broken floor. Room 514 While I was grabbing breakfast the stuff were so rude and watching me as if I am stealing thier own food!! I found the receptionists unprofessional. While one stuff member was taking an other guest, the other receptionist was standing there doing nothing while my husband and I were waiting for about 15 minutes. Overall I didn't like it here. I will never make the mistake of booking with Ibis.

I have been coming here for work for many years and the Ibis hotel was a fundamental stop before going to the desert for work in the various Sonatrch sites, there are many names but unfortunately I do not remember them all, every time I come here they make me feel pampered, Lila Salima and as I said above I do not remember them all and I am sorry not to be able to name them, they are the people who take care of the rooms, kind and friendly, also the staff of the laundry Fast and friendly and finally also those of the restaurant. Special thanks to the reception staff who were terrific and as always polite. I can only say that when I come home to this hotel I don't feel the difference with home, really good.
