By far the best experience renting a car in Algeria. The booking process was seamless (via email), the team was waiting for me at the designated parking area at the airport. Literally drove away within minute in a brand new car. Returning the car was also straightforward. As i returned it a bit earlier, i was credited an amount to be used for next rental which was a nice surprise. I will definitely use Azimut Car for all my future requirements in Algeria. I was well impressed with the quality of service from the start to the end. Very good impression as I booked everything on line, the response was prompt and professional. I was greeted by the team at the airport in Algiers where I collected the car, the procedure was straight forward and quick. The car was new, clean with full tank of petrol, all I had to do is adjust the seat, mirrors, start the engine and off I went with help from the gps navigation system! Once more I was greeted by the team on my return at the airport, the hand over was smooth and even quicker. It was what you would refer to as a service with a smile and yes it did happen in Algeria which did put a smile on my face that lasted all the way to London. I would give -5 stars if possible. Worst customer service. Never replies to messages on WhatsApp. I don't speak French and my Arabic is very limited. I called and asked if they have cars for rent, when he didn't understand me he hang up the phone on me. I called a second time and he just hang up the phone without answering. Typical Algerian customer service.

I had a very good experience, car was waiting for me when I Landed in the airport , someone was waiting for me , helped me with my luggage , I gave him the deposit and paid in advance , I was given the car key , it was brand new car , price was cheap , staff were very helpful, when returning car , I was given my deposit back , all in all a very good experience, I will rent from them again 100 %

I have recently rented a car with Azimut car for a 3 days trip to Algeria. I was very satisfied with the service. The communication with Miss Aissaoui about the booking and confirmation was flawless. The car delivery at the airport by Sofiane was smooth and the return was a breeze. The car was clean and as per description and the price was fair. I have rented cars countless times in many countries. If you get passed the fact that there is no online booking, no credit card transactions, no line at an in terminal counter and the car is not the current year model (due to government import ban), Azimut car is second to none. It is definitely a different car rental experience, but this time it’s not only different, it’s better. I have had a personalized service from a reliable and competent team. Highly recommended!
