we spent 3 nights in the apartment. The furniture is minimal, the sofa bed dated and uncomfortable. The bathroom is small but functional. We asked for a fan because, as there was no air conditioning, it was really hot. With a walk of about 10 minutes you can reach the beaches. The hotel's swimming pool is nice, also accessible to those staying in an apartment, which can be reached with a short walk on a road which however has no pavement. The staff is very kind and helpful. If I have to find a real flaw, one morning we had breakfast at the hotel. Covid limitations do not allow free access to the buffet, so you have to queue in single queue to order. We took 2 coffees from the machine, 3 pieces of focaccia, 2 slices of tart, 2 glasses of industrial juice and spent 28 euros (fixed cost 10 euros for adults and 8 euros for children). Of course, we could have taken more, but the idea of ​​getting back in line and the lack of choice and quality made us give up. In summary, recommended for those who want a free base in Pietra Ligure. Not recommended if you are looking for a minimum of services.

They could invest 299 euros per room...the possibility of using the swimming pool is good...the shuttle to go down to the beach?? Ok suspended due to covid but if we look at the rest you could have put it on for precautions. Elevator?? However, at the end of the holiday they told me that there were apartments with air conditioning...all in all I don't recommend it in the middle of summer

Quite small apartment, but with everything you need. Well-equipped kitchen, but with some utensils a little damaged. Small but very nice bathroom, with a very spacious shower. The double bed is comfortable, I slept peacefully in it, while the sofa bed is rather uncomfortable. A balcony is available, from which if you are lucky, as in my case, you can see the sea.

Apartment located in a good position in the upper part of the town. The center can be reached in a 15/20 minute walk passing through alleys and stairs. Excellent base considering the quality/price ratio. Dedicated parking is also convenient. The only warning for which the score unfortunately cannot be higher: - cleanliness can be highly improved (specifically in the bathroom we found "traces" of previous guests - greater soundproofing of the rooms would be appreciated

Very welcoming hotel and residence! Kindness and helpfulness of all the staff! For those who, like us, stay in the residence, have the availability to use the swimming pool and all the hotel services... Furthermore, it offers a very efficient shuttle service, which takes you back to the hotel or residence from the sea. Absolutely super recommended for families with children and for all those who want to stay in peace!
