Purple metro link is a good travel agency for going towards South India and along with different part of the Maharashtra, Gujarat and madhya Pradesh. Buses are usually neat and clean with good facilities. Staffs are very much cooperative. They also have online booking facility through redbus.in, makemytrip and other sites.

It was a worst experience ever. I took this bus from Borivali at 6.00 pm for Goa, and reached there next afternoon 2PM. Why? Here is why 👇 1. This is Transport cum bus service. Bus has a hiddne 2 hours loading halt at Sion. So after 4 hours of journey you are still in Sion. 2. Now since they have loaded bus fully, they will take n number of miserable long halts to unload it. Making your journey hell. Halts for food and refreshments are planned at poorly facilitated hotels where bus staff can have drinks. Last but not the least. If you are in a position where you do not have any other option but to book with them (as I was). Plz plz plz cancle your trip. The only reason I am writing this, I don't want others to go through hell which I suffered from.

SUPER PATHETIC! I booked Mumbai-Pune on 22nd Dec. I was supposed to reach Pune by 14:10 as per the booking, but I reached at 17:45!! Booking mentioned bus is non-stop, but they stopped at each and every kilometer distance and picked up random people on board without any prior bookings(just to earn some easy bucks). Called their Borivali office while onboard the bus and and got a response that normally it takes 5 to 6 hours to reach Pune and “arrival time on the ticket is wrong”. Absolutely no courtesy in accepting their sheer negligence towards the customers. They have absolutely no idea what business they are in!! Most incompetent and absurd people here! Not sure how they’re surviving!!!! Never ever ever ever book with this horrible company.

Never book from purple bus services. No Volvo bus available plus they are so late that my 3 hr journey was made in 7 hrs. No quality service better go for Neeta or vrl if possible.

1. Firstly, the bus is not a the one i booked, I booked for Purple bus. 2. The bus logo was of some skyline pro and after asking the concern person who might be the conductor did not give a resealable explanation of different bus. 3. There was no boot space to keep our luggage we had to adjust it in bus itself. And that was a big messy trouble. 4. Neither the seats of bus were comfortable. This wasn’t expected from purple travels. I mean even if you guys want some other buses to proxy for you so you wont loose your passengers at least make sure the proxy bus is comfortable for your customers. We have senior citizens with us and they’re had really rough time all this way from mumbai to pune. Would not recommend to anyone.

The most pathetic bus service provider.Had a really bad experience of travelling between Mumbai Lonavala.Started journey at 4:15pm and will reach Lonavala at 9pm( currently showing).While booking tickets it was showing by 7pm within 3hrs you reach Lonavala so we were ready to pay premium as compared to other bus service provided. Total 35 stops taken between Borivali to Lonvala.Not taking any flyover and going under bridge to fill up the empty seats in the buses.Whats the use of booking ticket online.Bus no ending with 4542.Date 28th May 2022.Bus without helper/conductor.Bus breakdown at Khopoli Toll plaza.

Worst ride I have ever had .. the driver was on call and it's been 6 hours we are still in the bus haven't reach to pune from Borivali where the distance is of 4 hrs 30 mins

Unprofessional drivers, halts more stops... Only money diggers... Dont give a damn about customer satisfaction.. rather spend more and go with neeta etc.

Tempo Traveller was third class what we paid for ac good conditions vehicle. After giving all allowances like t.a and d.a driver was depending on us only. Kilometres also they charge from where vehicle comes to pick you not from customer place. Over all very bad experience. we have to hire small different vehicle from panchgani for senior citizens. So if you book vehicle from such place than don't forget to check vehicle and vehicle number and clear all about point well before your journey. I personally not recommended such place because while travelling it should take care by your travel agent. This is all happen when you have via via sources so book vehicle with direct source.

It’s a terrible bus service. They stop in mumbai to pick up passengers who have not even booked a ticket. They make a 3 hour journey and 8 hour journey

Fraudster becarefull guys when booking here. The agency guys cheat. I purchased 2 tickes through vrl . They charged me 1800 when the actual ticket cost was 1430. Reluctant to pay me back saying it was agency chargers Going to take action against this guys Becarefull people .
