Very poor and unresponsive service. They have been promising to make me a fish tank for over a week now, but after multiple calls, msgs and visits, the glass is still lying there. They keep saying "this evening", "tomorrow morning" but the tank is never ready. Funny that the customer has to chase them to sell something. Have purchased guppies and cabomba plant from them which were in good condition and good price, but other than that can't say anything positive. Tanks are mostly empty, stock is always low.

Don't get fooled by the sweet fake reviews Owner of the shop a fat ugly looking middle aged man was quite rude and it's a small shop occupied by 3 men, he asked his co worker to make me leave even tho I just arrived few minutes ago, very basic fishes not even much there to look at and not worth your time trust me Don't go there.

Great place to buy aquarium fish and associated hardwares.You'll have access to all their expertise and support. Sanjay was very helpful and guided me through the process of buying, taking care of the fishes and setting up the oxygen, etc. The place is located in LIC colony Borivali, so go ahead and try. Beautiful fish available. The owners have good knowledge of the fish they house there and also give good advise on how to care, clean and feed the fish post taking them home. They also keep pet products like leashes and bowls, Royal Canine, pedigree and other necessities. Owners are very warm and welcoming and maintain good relationships with their customers even post purchase.

I have been to this shop twice and each time have had a very good experience. The owner is very friendly and will guide correctly. Unlike other fish shops who don't bother to attend to customers, this shop doesn't misguide you into buying anything. I wanted a hiding place for my fish, so the owner suggested me natural rocks. However, the rocks were not available at the time so rather then selling me whatever material he had, he asked me to wait until the rocks are available. He also took my number to inform me once they are available. Have been to numerous fish shops earlier and have never seen such customer oriented shop. Since I have recently started petting fish, from now on will stick to Fins and Things only for buying all the accessories and fish. Thank you Fins and Things.

Pathetic unprofessional owner and staff. Fishtank set up done a day later than assured after lots of follow up by me and lot of cribbing by them. Wrong set up by Rishi lead to death of fishes within an hour.

Pathetic response of owner… not responding to order, not taking calls. After reading review of wrong setup and fishes dying, I think it’s good I didn’t end up buying from him. Sad

My son is very fond of pets I decided to gift him a fish tank while searching on Google I came across this shop after reading all the reviews I was doubtful about going to this shop but I decided to just visit and see the fishes. I must say the staff's knowledge and willingness to help made the experience enjoyable whether you're a beginner or an experienced hobbyist this shop is definitely worth a visit. I recently visited this place not once but a couple of times as I changed my entire fish tank set up, these guys namely : Aniket and Sanjay from this shop are really informative and helpful and will guide as well with your setup, if your choice of fish is not available, they can make it available for you. Iam giving 4start as THERE IS ALWAYS ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENTs so.. but to summarize they are getting better, I will continue dealing with these people as Iam really happy with the service and deal that they give. I went to this place twice very poor guidence for fish and a careless attitude from a young boy who attended to me two days back he is just on the phone and not telling any info of the price of fishes not acceptable never visiting this place again and recommend to visit as the young boy ABT 17 he is telling me double the price as the owner when I asked him y he told me that he wants profit very dissipointed .😡😡😡😡🤮🤮 mend not to visir as thas y
