Joey is just about 3 months old (Shihtzu breed) and for his first bath I really needed guidance as to how to go about with him, my school friend told me about this pet shop at IC colony so thought of trying it out. You of course got to take an appointment there because you really need alot of time to get your pet well groomed , and believe me the owner there he is very polite and helpful. And coming to the groomer his name is Vinod, firstly he was really calm and he handled Joey really well no matter how restless he was getting, and this was really impressive because I certainly wouldn't be able make him that calm keeping in mind it was his first bath. He also briefed me about the shampoo he would be using. Secondly he patiently sat back and really did a remarkable job no doubt about it,he turned out to be like a soft cotton ball😂 Moreover my parents had the widest smile across their face when they seen Vinods work 10/10 rating for him. I'd really recommend anyone to try out this place ♥️ Happy Customer!!!!!!

I take my Shihtzu puppies for Grooming here. The grooming is just perfect,staff is kind and Vinod is excellent. He does share knowledge which very useful in taking care of Shihtzu fur. Mr Sanket working there has always made amazing hair knots for my puppies. All working here are friendly and helpful , also products used for grooming are good quality. Highly recommend.

Tried for a basic grooming appointment for my Yorkie puppy here for almost 2 months now. Fully booked and festive season was the reason given every time. Even after multiple calls and visiting the store personally to take an appointment still didn’t get any revert, the person even noted down the details and gave a tentative date. This is highly unprofessional and upsetting. I guess they only take in shih tzu’s and adults dogs for grooming that’s why this ignorant behaviour towards a puppy for whom sanitary grooming is so essential. But at least expected them to say it upfront that they won’t be able to groom my puppy instead of leaving us hanging for weeks.

The amount of Cats that are always around is crazy. And they are very playful too. Won't bother you or anyone around. The staff is very careful with the Pets that come to the store. And while getting your pets taken care of, you 💖 also have Lovely Arun I've cream that you can take full advantage of. So much so that I almost always go for a couple of Ice creams there. Too cool a place to hang out. They have Nice Fans as well so you won't feel Hot even if you sit outside. Only wish they stayed open for longer than they normally do.
