Very Bad... pathetic...just for hygienic cut and shower they charged 2500.... where as after inquiring at other places, the charge should have been lesser till 1500... 700 only for hygiene. I messaged the owner and he said that he will not refund the money back. Very bad experience..I have some very good groomers coming home and grooming your angels.. Please don't go to pet castle . Edited : this is an answer to the v rude reply from them. 1500 is the regular rate every where..who knew that u would charge me almost double ..yea I said the shower given was good but not best..the people who came home and groomed my baby were much better.. And so u accept that u quoted a high price. I need a refund..I still am adamant.

Not the best haircut for my Dog. They didn't allow us to come in and they didn't have proper scissors to cut. Would not recommend this place for Grooming.

My dogs have got rashes, the owner was good but they need to hire professional groomers as the current groomer do not treat our pets properly and are very harsh, I went for a bath and hygiene cut, both my dogs have severe rash on their intimate areas. and for the amount they charge they seem to not know what they are doing, they gave my dog a haircut too when i had mentioned that i jut need a hygiene cut.

I have had the worst experience with Petcastle and would not and will never suggest this shop friends. In store experience where as a excited new pet owner I was seeking for help they would recommend all the stuff and also assure you about the delivery. When you actually wanted kitten food to be dilvered the owner as well as the helper have used and spoke absolute rubbish language and have disconnected call on the face numerous times. This is the sort of customer service they provide. Where they wanted flat number as I had given the landmark owing to the current situation where outsider are not allowed in the building.

We went for a hygienic cut and they trimmed it so badly that our pets got rashes , also during the process my pet was crying so much and we went inside to see..there were red spots on the ground n bed but when we asked them they said it’s Holi colour but no We have a strongly feeling it was my pet’s blood. They did not even comb our pets hair after a wash and they didn’t even remove their paw hair, we had to take him again over there. They didn’t groom them properly. I do not recommend at all. No one is experienced there.

I went to pet castle yesterday not knowing that I am going to be bitten by the building dog. Pls everyone going there with their pets be carefull.. this white and black stay dog from the building has bitten before also. Pet castle owner was not present at the time. But one of his staff boys was so horrible.. after getting bitten he tells me we know this dog bites and it is ok that it is not a big deal. I was bleeding and I would have lost my dog yesterday. Then I went on to tell him that it is his responsibility to inform pet parent and make sure that this dog does not bite anyone else again but he kept arguing with me that the dog is pampered by the building owners and the dog will only bite other animals not humans. He was so rude.. pls keep a lookout for your pets and your safety when you visit this place

Staff is very polite & helpful and the shop is one stop destination

The entire staff is extremely warm, welcoming and more importantly aren't judgemental to different breeds. They will always keep yours and your dog's interests at a priority even if it ends up not being a sale at their end. E.g. we wanted to buy paw covers so that our dog doesn't scratch her eye, however they weren't too sure over the effectiveness and advised us to buy mittens from a baby shop instead of spending so much on the paw covers. They deserve every bit of our business.

petted a stray cat 2 years ago then months later she came into our house and delivered one of her kittens. Since then I've been buying cat litter and other products from them. Kind and helpful staff, have affordable (250-300 for 5kg) alternatives

Very bad experience with the shop as we have purchased e collor but we wanted to exchange for some other product but they didn’t change.They were like our manger will cut the amount from the sfaff salary.This is how they do business. Hence not recommended to buy any product from the shop. They will not exchange on any products except food.bad service
