I and my Wife We had a very Bad Bad experience with Lenskart Borivali West S V Road branch. I reached at 02:50pm I was told that person doing eye test is having lunch would take half hour, We roamed around and back back to shop after half hour, the person on counter said just now our staff is having in the testing room it may take half hour as a loyal customer we went out and had some snacks and back. This time it was frustrating as it was my Third round and reply was Same. This time the person on counter was Mr Alam. The height was No Response No Politeness No caring about customer or business. In have taken a video and photos. If you are interested in saving your business and brand name I hope you will take action if same issues repeated with other you will lose faith of your customers. Small store limited variety i retured my glasses two times here usually crowded places in evening lots of sunglasses gold membership buy one get one offer check your eye sight no kids collection available here polite staff I would suggest buy from website if you have power for more offers

I bought eyeglasses RS 3500+ for my sister and thair employee guide very good but after buying they charge 10 RS. for carry bag that is totally no sense of it Lenscart should give it to free.

Worst Experience in this Saileela CHL Borivali West Lenskart shop Never seen pathetic staff like before. I have visited 5 to 7 lenskart branch ordered many products from Lenskart before. But never seen staff like this borivali west branch. They don’t have a value of customers and For eye testing they don’t have a professional staff. They have always excuses regarding eye testing timing and not even manners how to talk with customers. When I told one of the staff I will post a review and complaint against them she told me go whatever you want you do. Dear #Peyush Bansal you are giving really good products at low cost but please kick out staff like this from your team who don’t have a manners. Please look into this and peoples please aware about this lenskart shop.

My experience with lenskart was definitely pleasing when it comes to specs however i was humiliated and got publicly discussed with other customers upon asking one extra cover for my specs by girl at the counter named Ms Mahadik while i went to take delivery. Point to note here is she was not the person attending to me. She not only intervened while i was speaking to other staff in the store but also made sure to instigate me by continuously repeating my dialogues. She was not ready to listen to her colleagues as well who requested her to not spk. I wud definitely want to know action taken to improve her. Discussing one customer with other is highly unprofessional behavior. Also we would request to keep cover on sale at the store. Treatment given to me by Ms Mahadik was worst than begger. This incident will be intimated to your corporate office for necessary action.

Visited quite a few lenskart store for a small adjustment which was needed to be done on the frame and everyone was denying for the same….Then on Sunday we went to this store in Borivali and met Mr.Vaibhav Sapkal since there were lot of walkins in the store he politely asked us to come on Tuesday to check the frame first before buying a new one.After doing some few adjustments with the frame it worked and now it’s fitting perfectly. A big shout out to Mr.Vaibhav Sapkal and would request the management to reward Mr.Sapkal for such an outstanding customer service…A Big Shout Out

I have purchased more than 8 glasses from you for me and my relatives. But the incident that happened with me was horrible. Your pathetic staff ( Chetan Solanki )almost had my leg cut under your shutter when I tried to talk to him. I was constantly calling to understand the timings of your store since 1 pm but no one ever bothered to answer the calls even once. I called for at least 5 times because I wanted to pick my ordered glasses. Finally I called customer care and they told me that the store would be open till 9:30. I reached at 9. I just wanted to collect my glasses that's it! For which I had already made complete payment. The store guy saw me coming and immediately he started turning the lights off deliberately. He told me that the store was closed at 8:30 only. That's the first chaos. He was not even ready to listen. I was constantly requesting because we were going to native place the next day. Needed it urgently. The store guy didn't say anything and started closing the shutter. such a worst experience ever with Lenskart!! I have purchased more than 9 glasses from you but this was the end of it. I am very disturbed by the treatment I got from Lenskart. Turning to other brands from now.

Worst experience ever!!! Staff humiliated us right on our face. Shuts the shutter without giving the glasses even when the amount was fully paid. Just because he had to go home early. Never expected this from Lenskart. My mom had broke her leg because she didn't have glasses so, I gifted her new ones which i was supposed to pick-up. When I went there at 9 pm after calling customer care considering the outlet will be open till 9:30. The sales guy Chetan Solanki (as he described) saw us coming and shut the shutter on our face without saying a word. HOW RUTHLESS?? Now my mom had to travel again without glasses. Anyone looking to buy glasses for their old parents, pls buy from somewhere else and not from these big brands. You will save time and money.

Purchased sun glasses worth approx 6-7k. The frame got damaged and we approached the shop to change frame on paid basis. The shopkeeper denied change of frame and was insisting to purchase new sun glass. Very money minded and extremely poor customer service. I got the frame changed from a local shop. Try to avoid this shop as it's zero on after sales service

1. Number of staff are very less for the store & volume considering the Thakur Village Store is now closed. Long waiting time for being addressed, resolving queries or even processing a bill. I had to constantly ask about 3-4 times for the same, were courteous though. 2. The Store format is a little small again for the number of customers coming in. 3. Was supposed to be getting my Order via delivery, but did not receive the same and was asked to collect from the store. Purchased on the condition that they would be delivering at home through "V-fast" or V-Delivery. Highly disappointing for a store that is supposed to be catering a large population of Borivali West & Kandivali East.
