The staff is co-operative and patient in this store. They are keen to clear out your doubts and the ophthalmologist is really good. She really explained me the concept of Progressive glasses and its use very nicely and answered all my queries.

Really Awesome and huge store. I had come from virar to visit this store. The staff Nizam and the store manager both are so helpful and polite. They reply every query with politeness and they have a huge collection. I didn't buy from here but went here for help with my previous order still they were really helpful.

Fantastic experience! Love my new eyeglasses. I bought one pair clip on and an eye cat shape in red. Absolutely happy with both, they fit better than when I go to the store. The price was perfect for my budget and the progressive is just great. I could only wish for more variety in the frames but I know that will happen very soon because this people know what they are doing! Thank you Lenskart!

very bad. i have given my glasses for repair for last 2 month, till the time i have not received any feedback from the store (lenskart Geetanjali Appart) nor the executive is picking up my phone. Dont buy any product from lenskart - very back service.

Very bad experience, product is delivered to the store on 26th Oct, but till date unable to get the delivery of the product. Team is making me run around pillar to post for last 5 days and non of them are confirming time of delivery of the product

Placed an order on 19th Oct...was supposed to receive the spectacle today I.e. 22nd Oct..I received sms in the morning that order is prepared to dispatch..now at 8.31 pm I received sms that I will receive it on 28th Oct. in lenskart app it' s showing 29th of October ..LENSKART is only good in advertisement.

I highly recommend Lenskart, Borivali (W). The service is amazing.The staffs are polite and knowledgeable. All the process went smoothly and lot of options to select frames of our choice. Everything is well organised from eye tests to delivery of the product.
