The manager is very rude.Their sandal collection no doubt is very beautiful but are of zero quality .Their sandals can give you shoe bite .Posting this to make public aware and they give no response to your complaints .I bought really expensive sandal from there it hurt me so bad .I went and showed them but they hardly show any sympathy towards their customer.Honest and experienced review😒

The salesgirls at their beauty & makeup division are very nice, but very sorry to mention that the manager, Mr. Ankit is a very rude person. Had selected a lot of nice things, but the attitude of the manager compelled me to cancel all items & walk out of the shop very disappointed. I do understand that you cannot accomodate everything that a customer demands, but there is a way to speak to the customer.....that definitely has to improve.....your present manager has a lot of training left to complete!!! Sorry, bad experience, but will still commend the girls at the store!

The products of this brand, last max for a Year. The person sitting at the billing counter is Rude, Arrogant and not responsive to any queries. When asked about anything, they raise their voices while speaking. Arrogant and rude as hell. Would never recommend shopping from here. There are many other better Brands available in the market. PLEASE GO AND OPT FOR THE OTHER BRANDS AND NOT CARA
