LOVED THE SERVICE. The service was really good and they were quick with their work. Miss Priyanka is very soft spoken and excellent at her job, tip and toe is now my favourite and will visit often. 10/10 recommending it to everyone.

It’s my first time in Borivali Branch and I am happy for what Nayan did to my nails - she did a fantastic job in perfection. Happy with the service provided 😇 Only one thing was Tip and Toe keeps showing that they care for customers and they provide hand gloves for UV protection, that was not provided at this branch.

Had great experience in Malad Branch, hence tried the Borivali branch. I’m not a connoisseur of nail related stuff , hence I had several questions with the services they were offering, but the nail artist was a bit too rude with her explanations and seemed easily frustrated. Later she was a bit harsh pushing back the cuticles. It was literally hurting. She possibly was new, but there is only so much discomfort I can take. Borivali branch, never again. Yes, they could not even generate a proper bill. Some made up bill with the details. Such behaviour is not appreciated

They also have a wide variety of beautiful paint shades to choose from.!💜💜 And the staff was super friendly which added to the experience making it better than it already was.!! Went for mani-pedi appointment for the first time in my life. The staff was friendly and explained everything they were doing and what it does. I took the most expensive option there since this was for my wedding. It included many steps which took around 1.5 hours. Ehsan did my pedicure. He always asked me if what he was doing was comfortable or not. His foot massage was amazing! Nayan did my manicure. She took great care of my skin that was peeling around my nails, not hurting me at all during the whole session. All in all, this was a great experience. Will surely come again.

I booked the appointment via the luzo app. Niddhi was very quick and helpful to confirm the appointment. Got the essential mani-pedi done with Laxmanji and Nayanji. They were super gentle and neat. Awaiting my next visit 👍🏻
