Our experience with them has been utterly disappointing. Instead of providing a timely follow up call as mentioned in the prescription, we had to contact them constantly for three days but the team was unresponsive. The prescription that the doctor gave wasn't even explained properly. We had to consult a nearby doctor for the same. They have been charging separately for appointment, prescription and follow up with terrible service in return. Our family member has been suffering from severe anxiety and instead of being considerate towards our situation and providing timely resolution, they choose to mistreat us. The mental abuse that they put us through is a matter of shame for a company operating in the medical field. I would not recommend it to anyone. Thanks for showing us the dark side of this industry. Please consult a nearby doctor rather than them for a mental health related issue.

Charging for prescription and doctor's appointment separately is unethical. So, difficult to arrange for a follow up. Despite being promised a follow up call as written on the prescription no reply came from the team's and doctor's end. We have been trying to reach out but to no avail. I would definitely not recommend it to anyone. This review is the only medium to throw some light on the deplorable state of their customer service. Thanks for nothing.

Dr Safehands is an absolute rippoff and unsafe platform to perform any kind of tests. The support person who called me from 93**465563 (today)also told me why did you order from our website if you already knew the lab. When I told that I would persue this legally the person also said, "Sure, No problem". I still do not have answer to my question as to how you can get the reports of a test that I did not order with you. And why does the test results have same ID despite they being different.

They have been mistreating their patients seeking tele counseling for severe depression. The team is not trained enough to understand the needs of the patient and recommending us to any random doctor. The doctor instead of explaining everything in detail would just say that the prescription will be sent to you on Whatsapp which by the way you won't get until there is a payment made apart from the appointment. If you wish to reconnect with them, the service is so slow that the patient would suffer more rather than getting the respite. They do not know how to pacify the customer and provide timely resolution rather would choose to blame the patient. Arranging a follow up which by the way is mentioned by the doctor takes forever and then also there is no guarantee. So, please do not opt for their services if you want to find a safe place for your mental health related concerns. A big NO from my side.
