I purchased a specs for my dad from TITAN EYEPLUS DADAR Pre sale service is good but yes after sales service is a pain in TITAN EYEPLUS My dad specs glass got detached from frame within 6 month of purchase They have tie up with Zopper and after you go there to claim your insurance they will hand you one number and ask you to call them I spent more than 2 weeks just calling all the customer care and the store and people would pass the ball I strongly suggest to work on after sales services

It was a really great experience you might think this is a paid post or how this shop can have 5/5 ratting, the thing is they actually give a really great experience. Had some strains in my eye thought I had some issues with my eye so did testing and they were really good to me . Got very accurate results in 10 minutes.

Hussein and mrunali from dadar tt center seem to be knowledgeable, customer friendly, courteous and seem to know what would suit best for the customers as per their eye needs and also keeping budget factors in mind

Went there for nose bud repair in specs, even though I had bought specs from somewhere else long ago. They repaired it for free. What a nice gesture. Looking forward to purchase next frames from here.
