    I had the absolute WORST customer service experience to the point where I doubt they even care if you intend to make a purchase. I visited the store on three separate occasions, and not once did anyone bother to attend to me. Their communication skills are abysmal, and they seem to have no grasp of how to speak to someone who is interested in making a purchase. Instead of offering assistance and guidance, they appear to have a penchant for shifting blame and questioning the customer as if they are at fault. I can't express my disappointment enough. I had high hopes of purchasing my very first phone, and thanks to the Croma employees, that dream was mercilessly crushed. It's truly disheartening when a store's staff has the power to turn an exciting purchase into a nightmare. You deserve better treatment as a customer, and there are certainly stores out there that understand the value of good customer service. ☺

    I visited here for some miscellaneous stuff like mouse, data cable and PowerBank. I was well attended by Ms. Pooja, Mr. Krishna and Mr. Rohit, in finding the right goods. Especially on knowing that I don't want to buy the stuff made in China, they identified a high quality stuff, that met my quality needs as well as what is not Imported from China, instead of arguing like most other sales people in departmental stores do. I also explored some more stuff like a laptop, which I was planning to buy later. The features and the Finance options available were well explained to me by Mr. Krishna. I was happy while walking out.

    Worst company in terms of customer service , they make a fool out of there customer, just to complete their target or whatever so ever they ask you to extend the warranty and every thing is covered for so and so period but when you actually call them they give reasons that this is not covered that is not covered. So I purchased a water purifier in 2021 with 1 year warranty and then they told us that you can extend tha warranty for 2 years and you have to pay so and so amount and everything will be covered for 3years . But now when I called them to check the purifier, the person who came to check he told me that the filter is not working so you have to change the filter, which is not included in the warranty so you have to pay for filter . And this filter you have to change almost in 1or 1 1/2 year which cost 2500 . And they don’t tell you all this details when they ask you to extend the warranty, that time they say it’s all included. So I really wanna tell you either give your customer a full information or don’t ask them to extend the warranty. This already happened us 2 times , and the company is not at all bothered about their customer satisfaction . Because when you call them they just say we can’t do anything thing rather then solving the problem.

    I visited the store to get new hair straighteners. I was happy to know that the product could be tested before purchasing. Since the item was not available, they also gave the option of home delivery once they'd receive the new stock. They said it would arrive in three days but I received the parcel the next morning. Delivery and attention was smooth and fast. However, when it comes to buying electronics and appliances, I always believe that online research is your best ally. Sales executives might be of guidance but their ultimate goal is to sell, regardless your particular necessity and situation. Therefore is good to recheck reviews and different options (in products and price) on your own and make the final decision wisely. *This applies to any kind of physical store, not just Croma.*

    I would like to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by Mr. Preetesh Shukla and several other staff members at Croma today. Mr. Shukla, who is responsible for handling warranty products, exhibited behavior that can only be described as appalling. It is disheartening that as a long-time customer of Croma, I find myself compelled to write this feedback. The issue at hand revolves around the after-sales service, which, regrettably, appears to be a significant challenge. Instead of resolving customers' concerns, the staff often attempts to redirect them to service centers, a tactic that seems more about showing their presence than genuinely assisting customers. What's even more concerning is the unprofessional conduct displayed by some staff members, including their use of rough and disrespectful language when interacting with customers. This type of behavior is entirely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company's image. Furthermore, during the sales process, false promises are made to entice customers, only to be left unfulfilled later. This not only damages the trust we have in Croma but also highlights a lack of professionalism throughout the organization. I implore senior management to take immediate action to address these issues, as they are tarnishing the reputation of Croma and driving loyal customers like myself away.

    I went there on two separate occasion pre-covid and recently few days back and i must they have improved a bit in customer service (teensy-weensy bit) and yes they do try target sales(getting you buy want they want the sales guy want to get rid off) rather than customer requirements and if we question more they just lose interest and start ignoring the customer it was bad during pre-covid but to some extent an improvement is seen recently hope they improve on this aspect and also the exchange rates are very low 2000rs for working laptop is just unacceptable

    Croma needs too teach there staff how to behave with costomer . Sales people need to learn etiquette… i will suggest them to ask atleast for water / coffee to clients . I go there often to buy products.. but they only talk if customers done the deal . Otherwise very rude.

    .Absolutely pathetic experience. We have bought a TV from this store on 23rd October and we are still waiting for its delivery on 26th night, well past their scheduled time. Absolutely no communication from the store apart from standard delivery message which has no mention of the names or numbers of the delivery persons. The phone numbers of this store given here and on their receipt are not working I called their customer care thrice in the day and received the usual assurance of a call back from this Store stipulated time but I am yet to receive the product or the call back! Did not expect such a responsible behaviour from a Tata enterprise I don't think I will opt for Croma in my further electronic or appliance purchases

    Worst experience. As I visited Croma store at Bhayander near Maxus mall there was no one to assist you I was supposed to buy an iPhone on finance and have seen all the finance executives are very busy that they even ignoring the customers also and didn’t saw any Croma staff to help me buying an iPhone . It seems like only the finance executives are running the store and customer experience is an option their.

    Very bad service I bought a tv the seller of the company suggest me to buy a tv telling us that it would be a excellent choice. But now I'm very disappointed with the tv screen very bad quality my old tv was far better than this. Now when I had complaint regarding the issue, the agent of the croma telling us we can't do anything there's no problem with the TV . Also not ready to accept my return request.Please don't buy .instead buy from online store or local electronic shop.fully scam is going never going to trust croma again.

    Very Bad experience of Bhaynder branch and no response from Bhaynder Branch manager I purchased washing machine last week and I got this parcel defective I complained to Croma but no response from their side I personally visited but staff is new and not giving me proper answers please replace my washing machine

    Croma is always a good place to buy certain products. The place is very near clean and spacious. The prices sometimes are sometimes better than online shopping but several times on a higher side but in any case at par with market standards. It is a good place to buy certain products and if u need a quick buy. Very Good service. Overall a nice experience.

    Customer service pre-sale is superb and variety of products under one roof is good. But the quality of product and post sale customer support is bad. I recently bought multiple products and was surprised / saddened to see some of them not fresh (vacuum cleaner had used brushes on opening) and of bad quality (Haier AC). My AC broke down within 2 days and I raised a complaint via email and visiting the store on Thursday. Till today (4days since complaint) I have not got a single call or feedback from their customer care to update on the issue. Yes I did get a standard “inconvenience regretted email” but nothing beyond. Definitely not the service we can expect from a big retailer especially associated with “TATA” brand. The sale staff have been supportive but they just say customer care department is separate and they will only handle / update me on this issue. Its like I have been stuck now buying a costly product through them and left to their slow / defunct mercy. Not sure why this is so, may be their post-sale customer service department is outsourced.. Sad but true!

    No ethics, wrong commenment, bajaj employee (armaan shaikh) sell product for his commission with give me wrong information. There is no after sell service ,after a 5 days there no installation process and no customer care response till date Worst decision to buy from croma.

    Just want to say, when you enter Bhayandar West Croma, ask for Priyanka. She's excellent at her job and will not fail you if you're genuinely interested in buying anything expensive. I bought a laptop and that was only because Priyanka was convincing and and knee what she was selling. The discounts were good and the buying options were excellent. Well done!!!

    This store keeps variety of electronic products, home appliances , computer accessories, laptop, kitchen items etc. Bought a bluetooth earphone without testing it because they don't have open piece. Bought a food processor as well. The store has lucky coupon offer too (it's not available online). Chroma gives extended warranty on the products you buy. Staff are helpful and cordial. Expect more rush and crowd on weekends and on festival.

    It was good experience. very helpful staff. So this was my old review before picking product from store.. Service provider of this place are very polite nd helpful.. But when No carry bag provide while picking up the products.. In the rain of Mumbai its so difficult to take product without carry bag.. this was not expected from shop like Croma.. Just for this updating.my review to 2 star. as this is basic service.
