Great quality ice cream served here but the quantity is slight less. In my opinion, they should either increase the serving size or reduce the price then it may be a fair bargain. The ambience was very good and service was just moderate. We tried tender coconut and sitaphal ice cream which both had an amazing flavour.

The seating arrangement is really good It is very spacious But this time when we visited half of the flavours were unavailable which was a bit disappointing.

Pathetic customer service at naturals Mira road,and the fame has gone above their head. We ordered for Anjir ice cream on the counter to which we were given melted ice cream and when asked for replacement, the person on counter was super rude and said this is what is and said this is what we have, take it or take ur money back. Did not expect such disgusting staff for such a beloved ice cream brand. They lost a loyal customer.

A small joint with indoor seating available, this place is a delight for lovers of ice cream. Most of their flavours are of natural fruits and hence, seasonal. The texture of their ice creams in general is very creamy and they taste fresh as well. They also provide half n half scoops of two different flavours for the cost of one..😋

Good place to fulfil your ice cream craving even late night. This place is decently crowded for a reason . Fun time place with family , kids love it but adult adore itm I can visit it again. Fresh ice cream which is also called as a natural ones. I enjoyed my time here with family

One of the originals in Mira Bhayandar area. We fancied this when it first opened up and we were children, with a few bucks up our sleeves this was a always a distant fantasy. Now that we have come this far, the place still amazes me like any other naturals ice cream parlor in Mumbai or Pune. Last visit was also a pleasure with the family. There are now as of 1st November 2022, three parlours adjoining each other, apsaras, gyanis and naturals the latter still with the highest footfall and the best collection.

I have tried coconut tender flavour and it was very good.

Poor service. The staff (or whoever they were) refused to provide dry ice packing for 3 boxes of ice cream when I asked them for it since it was going to take a me longer to get back home. They refused and said naturals never provides dry ice packing, which is NOT true because I have been to other Naturals ice cream stores and they have provided better packing and with dry ice to ensure no/least melting. The ice cream is good, however this store has poor service and rude staff and my rating is purely for the service and not the product.

Good tasty icecream. Earlier I had not taken any pics. But now ordered again and this time coconut icecream 500ml. Also ordered Naturals Sitaphal icecream and It’s owesome taste. Added mixed berries.

I cannot tolerate the smell of milk after it's boiled, the ice cream parlor was making fresh waffle cone, and there was strong smell of milk inside. Otherwise the ambience is quite good.

It's a lovely vibrant ice-cream parlor for neighborhood. It's a small joint and serve ice-cream in cone and scoop. Recently they started milkshakes also.

Disgusting customer service. I was there to buy anjeer ice cream and the person at the counter gave me melted ice cream.When asked for replacement, he was so rude and shouted at me saying this is what it is, buy or take your money. There were onlookers gathered due to the commotion. While the brand is reputed but they lost a loyal customer as I would never want to go back to the pathetic and rude staff.

I only eat Chocobite flavour which is my favourite. The price has increased a lot but the taste is still the same.

I do not recomend you this parlour as This ice cream parlour is not hygienic, I got 2 pieces of hair in my cup, Also would like to share one thing that two cup of psg icecream charges me 105 Rs if I order online and in shop It charged me 150 rps 75 rp per cup scoop (PSG ice cream).The shopkeeper makes customer fool n rob the customer, do not visit this icecream parlour.
